I reached out to Simple Service when I encountered some plumbing issues in my home and he was able to drive all the way from San Antonio to Austin to come check out the problem, give me an estimate & start the process of working to fix the issue. Once he did arrive and inspected the initial concern & it turned out to be a major issue to where we had to be placed in a hotel for a long period of time, Simple Service handled everything with the insurance and made a already hectic ordeal a lot more easy and hassle free for us. Simple Service was also able to work in a nice floor renovation on the WHOLE house & gave us more than we expected from something we originally thought was a “small leak” in our master bathroom. I definitely recommend working with Simple Service and his amazing team for all and any of your plumbing problems not only are they extremely professional but they explains every step along the way & handles everything for you. Our house looks amazing now and the issue was fixed in a timely manner. Couldn’t of worked with a better company.

I came across Simple Service at the end of a foundation repair adventure and they were a God-send. These days it seems like good customer service and the customer experience are lost on most, it was refreshing to have people work on my home who it felt like they cared about me and my home and getting it back to where I wanted it, as much as I did. I had a leak in only one of my washer/dryer faucets and called two plumbing companies for quotes… One plumbing company gave me only one option which was having to rip out install a new unit AS WELL as a drywall fix through a THIRD PARTY . The second company was a local one with a small team called “Simple Service.” The owner himself “Tristan” came out and analyzed the situation. He gave me TWO options: one was what I originally wanted (only replace one faucet not the whole unit). He was straight forward and honest about not needing the whole unit. This is what we need more of in this world! Ethical businesses that really care about taking care of their clients. Our technician AJ was extremely professional. We were given a specific window of arrival to our home and he notified us 30 min prior and arrived on time. He took the time to listen to our concerns regarding our plumbing issues. Once he had enough data, he then did a complete assessment of each plumbing area and provided options for a resolution. We did proceed with option 1 and he also made a special trip in order to get just the right part to finalize the work needed for the master bath area. I have worked with many plumbing companies and technicians but AJ was extremely careful of how he laid out his work space as to not damage any of the existing tanks and kept everything clean while he worked. I would highly recommend not only Simple Service but ask for AJ. He will do what is right.

This was our 2nd experience with Simple Service Plumbing. We used their services before to replace a burst section of pipe when temps dropped below freezing. This time we had two ruptures that revealed more plumbing issues from old piping and required extensive repairs. Both times we called multiple plumbers to get our repair taken care of ASAP. Tristian from Simple Service was always the most responsive. He scheduled us on his calendar the following morning. During the process he thoroughly explained our repair options, his recommendations and answered all our questions. We had a leak in our shower and we reached out to Tristian for help. Within 2 hours he was at our house fixing our issue at 11pm!! Not only did he arrive quickly, he was able to show us what was wrong and talk us through his process to ensure that we were taken care of and satisfied. He was also able to look at our other restroom and even looked at our water heater. He went beyond our expectations of professionalism and his service was amazing. I just can’t say enough about Simple Plumbing. AJ looked at our issues and walked through the house to look for other causes or issues. He and Tristan explained what they thought was the problem and gave me options for the fix. Found the culprit and continued to check for other problems taking care of all. We bought an older home and the seller installed Tankless Water Heaters, I have no experience with them and they (2) were not sending hot water. Just my luck. I called Simple service during the Freeze 12/23/22 and of course all plumbers were swamped with frozen and burst pipes. Tristan was able to squeeze me in, He diagnosed and fixed my Tankless Water Heaters and took the time to walk me though and educate me on them. I had the water supply valve to a toilet replaced (preventive maintenance) before it leaked. The one the builder used was a cheap one. I discussed what I wanted done with the plumber and we agreed on a price. He had to go to three different places to get a good valve as both big box stores only had the “push-on” type in stock. He was thorough, neat, professional, personable and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend and use this service provider again in a heartbeat.
