Unfortunately your costumer service does not care about your clients during covid circumstances every other week the gouvernement changes the curfew and lockdown roles . We have booked and paid but we can't come and I don't understand why you wouldn't payback our money . It's not fair and it's not professional.

I confirm they charge for things that are not right. They charged me extra for late check out after i checked out 10mn before the time and sent them a message to inform them I was out, I even got an acknowledgment. Still they pretend now the cleaning crew said I was still in an hour later … …

I have a really good experience booking with simply comfort suites, fast response and a easy check in. The house and our room was really clean and comfortable also the location was close to the subway wich help us a lot, definitely booking with this guys again. One of our best experiences.

Very clean, very comfortable beds, all what you need during your stay even toothpastes, toothbrush, coffee, tea, sugar, soap, bodt wash, shampoo, Dishwashing liquid, iron, etc. The only thing the sofa bed in the living need to be fixed otherwise everything is perfect.

Great place to stay. The bed and furniture was all comfortable. The place was all clean and fairly stocked with amenities. The location was wonderful, everything you could want is all close by within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location to see a game a Scotiabank Arena. We had some difficulties with wifi and parking however response was quick and issues resolved. Check in was fairly smooth and we enjoyed all of the amenities the unit offered. Would stay again!! :)
