The business is owned and operated by a pair of sisters. They did my Sisterlocks installation and have been solely responsible for my routine maintenance. I've been with them for the last 18 months or so and they are amazing! Their professionalism was one of the many factors that played into my selecting them as my final choice for embarking on my Sisterlocks journey. During my consultation phase, they were the most consistently responsive and thorough in their correspondence. They sent timely responses, provided detailed information on their services and pricing AND they provided samples of their work without having to ask. Their professionalism extended to the in-person consultation. Installation was a 20+ hour experience over 2 days. Regular maintenance (pre-COVID) was set at 6 week intervals. Generally, they book 1-2 appointments in advance anytime you come in. Appointments are always followed-up with an emailed calendar item. In the event that they need to cancel or reschedule the time- they provide plenty of notice for the change(s). I have had no bad experiences with them.

It’s been almost 3 yrs since I started my sister locks services with Shelly and SheRah ( both sisters) at Simply Devyne. They are professional and knowledgeable about the sister lock process. My hair was not in the best condition ( I had sister locks prior) and they both taught me how to maintain and care for my sister locks in between my retightening appointments. They have also introduced me to products geared toward my dry natural hair, products I had no clue that existed. Hydration is key in natural hair maintenance and I struggled with finding the right products. I can honestly say, I am always receiving compliments from family and friends about my hair.
