With rising grocery costs and a busy household, I was tired of shopping, spending way too much, and then ending up tossing food that went bad in the fridge. Simply Supper has been a godsend. We’ve ordered 6 meals to be delivered so far, and have tried 2 this past week. Great portions; the family size fed our family of three for dinner, with my husband and I packing leftovers for lunch the next day, and then still have at least a serving left after that. I love that things taste good, don’t seem high in sodium or extra fats, and that the meals were easy to put together once thawed. And it pleases me to no end that there’s nothing wasted. We will keep ordering monthly, and foresee this saving us money and time.

I love this place so much, the food is delicious every time and the portion sizes are very good. 2-3 makes a perfect 3 portions. I wouldn't get the same variety and delicious not processed food for the same budget if I went to the grocery store myself, and this takes all the planning and prep out of it. It took my husband and I less than an hour to put together 12 meals and they are super quick to make at home when ur ready. Sadly, all of their dishes besides desserts and sides are meat or fish dishes, no vegan or vegetarian options.

A truly made-in-Edmonton gem. A place where families can buy high quality home styled meals at very reasonable prices. Simply Supper can assemble the ingredients required in advance of your arrival, and then you attend personally to cook amazing meals to bring home! If that's not enough, then you can attend the store and see what's available in the fridge. Usually there is a wide variety of menu items for 2-3 people or 4-6 people. From dinner entrees and desserts, there's enough to satisfy any hungry craving.

If your looking to make healthy meals at a good price - look no further. If you need something to cook that night or you want to save some $ and assemble yourself, I can’t speak about this place enough. Those busy nights where you did not plan and let’s face it, fast food isn’t the answer, this place IS! Yes you cook it yourself but it’s healthy and the family will love it. Lots is instant pot friendly too. So put it in and forget about it!

I love that the meals are super easy to make. It's nice when I don't have time to prepare stuff. The meals are pretty good and I think the cost is fair. There's only been a few things I haven't really cared for. I find their desserts are delicious. The kitchen is very clean. They have forgotten to add stuff to my order so when I get home I've had to run back to pick up the items they forgot which is why I had to give them only 4 stars.

We were given a gift card for simply supper and I have to say... not only is it a great idea for a busy lifestyle but most of the meals we purchased were really yummy. I am enjoying their key lime pie right now and it's amazing. Another dish we really enjoyed was the chicken yakatori. I also want to mention, the ladies we dealt with on both occasions we used their services, were super friendly. Great customer service!

Business model is that you prep dinners in advance to cook at home. Depending on whether you get a sale, price for a 2 person dinner is about $15. Quick and easy way to prep about 9 meals in less than an hour. Meal selections rotate every month. Most meals have a protein and a starch, but sometimes don't include a veggie side, so you're on your own for that part of the meal.

Recently ran a fundraiser for my sons hockey team through simply supper. The entire process was so easy and stress free. The entire team at simply supper were amazing, Laurie deserves a special mention for her attention to detail, walking me through the process, answering alllll of my many questions and updating me at regular intervals, highly recommend.

Simply supper is delicious, fun and very easy to prepare and cook! The recipes are delicious and healthy and very affordable. The staff are super friendly and so helpful at the river bend location!! Cant wait to see the new recipes and my favourite to recreate is the jalapeño salmon meal!!! Thank you and every needs to check them out

We have been 3-4 times and each times the meals just get better. We did meal kits for a while but they were so expensive and time consuming to prepare each night. I love that we can go to simply supper and fill our freezer with new exciting meals in just an hour with no grocery shopping or clean up. And it's fun!

Amazing resource for preparing freezer meals or having them prepared for you. Very attentive to food safety and dietary restrictions and everything is delicious! Friendly and welcoming! A lifesaver! Bought meals for a year and it's made a world of difference for regular meal planning!

The meals are absolutely delicious. Staff is friendly in any capacity. I hvae gone here to pick up a quick to go meal, made meals and picked up meals made for me. All alternatives have worked fantastically. My family is always delighted at the quality and deliciousness of the meals.

Great place if you have never tried it. We’ve been coming for years. Fun to bring family to help assemble meals. Easy and ready to cook. Just keep in freezer. Also can order ready for pickup. Helps save lots of time in busy family schedules and very tasty meal choices.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The 3 meals we have tried have been good. I am disappointed with the serving size of the meals. I got the 2-3 serving size and it is more accurately a 1-2 serving size. Someone could easily eat the meals we have had to themselves.

It was delicious!! Everyone loved it!!! We ordered the Christmas dinners, 2 turkey and 1 ham. It was great portions for our family of 8 and leftovers to boot!! Totally will order other dinners from here when we come to town!

Great place to get prepped meals. Cheaper than meal kit delivery. Comes already assembled, although you could assemble yourself prior to the pandemic. I don't always love the meal choices, but good portion sizes and service!

We love Simply Supper for what they do for our family meals. We usually have one Simply Supper meal a week. This ensures one meal a week can easily be made since all of the prep is done and all we need to do is cook it.

The are fantastic, helpful, friendly, and will offer tips on food prep. Great variety in the menus, and the food is delicious. I have been using Simply Supper for 5 years and never disappointed.

Wow, it was great to find this place for a single guy who doesn't have time to cook. 9 bucks a meal or 55 for 6 is a great inexpensive way to have a good meal every night. The food is great!!!
