Darci did such an amazing job on our wedding cake! I had already looked into her portfolio when we started wedding planning and fell in love! When we booked our venue we found out they partner with Darci for their wedding packages and it was like it was meant to be, I was so excited!!! Everything at the tasting was absolute perfection and made it so hard to chose our flavors, Darci took the time to really understand our vision and she executed our wedding cake flawlessly, it was EXACTLY what we had in mind! She incorporated the sola flowers I had crafted for all of our bouquets/decorations, and really took our design to the next level! Everyone absolutely loved the design and gave us so many compliments on how delicious it was, we can't thank you enough, Darci!!!!

Darci was very easy to work with and responsive in answering questions. Her cake also tastes wonderful. It was unfortunate that our tiers weren't as discussed and red roses were added to the decor when that wasn't any part of our wedding colors at all (our florist provided the flowers that matched our colors, but red roses were incorporated). The bottom tier and top tier (out of 3) were supposed to be the almond cake, and instead the bottom tier was our second choice of pink champagne; not sure what we'll get in a year as I'm sure it's the pink champagne. The groom and I didn't get a slice of what we were really wanting since they were layered incorrectly and unfortunately this couldn't be anticipated up front.

If you are in need of a wedding cake, choose Darci! The best wedding cake in town! The cake tasting was so wonderful… unlike other places you get to try little bites instead of whole cake pieces and therefore also get to try a bigger variety! I loved that we didn’t have to choose any flavors in advance! All the flavors are so delicious, it makes it hard to choose! I have never tastes better cake flavors! Our wedding cake was a hit and Darci designed it exactly how we envisioned it! It was beautiful and so delicious! On top of that Darci is such a sweet and happy soul and her service is wonderful all around. Planning, communication, delivery…. Everything was so convenient! I would recommend her 100%!

Darci was a pleasure to work with! As a busy bride I needed my vendors to be responsive and Darci definitely was. No matter how early in the planning process she was always very professional and responsive to all my questions. Darci knows her craft! During the tasting she was super prepared and organized. We explained to her the overall aesthetic of our wedding and showed her some photos from my Pinterest board and she knew exactly what I wanted. We chose our cake, fillings, and frosting quickly and she took over the rest! Cake arrived to the venue on time, in perfect condition and it was just so BEAUTIFUL AND DELICIOUS! Thank you Darci!

Darci did an awesome job making and delivering my wedding cake! Our first time meeting her was at the tasting, which was such a great experience. She had all kinds of flavors to try (all were delicious) and made it so much fun for me and my husband. At the reception, the cake was beautiful and delicious! A month before our wedding our cake baker went out of business, Darci was gracious enough to pick up our order and made us not only one beautiful wedding cake but also an amazing ski themed groom’s cake. Darci made our wedding cake for our party of 80. The result was fantastic! We decided to go with an almond flavored cake, with an amaretto flavored icing. Darci used a little bit of syrup, so the cake didn't dry out regardless of being in NM. We got so many compliments from our guests.
