Outstanding support. My first-time using Simpson (I was referred to Simpson by Blue Cross as I needed a stability waiver). Which Simpson can provide, no problem and at a very good price. I am most pleased on this count, even more so with the service. Being a first time customer I had several questions… When I phoned the office , If my contact person (Barbara) was busy the person who answered the phone (Kelsey) said, “I can help you” which they did on two instances.
