Mâncarea ca de-obicei foarte gustoasă, dar de data aceasta chiar m-am indignat de comportamentul chelneriței. Au fost comandate 3 croissante, unul cu creveți și doua cu rața. Domnișoara a adus în loc de croissante cu rață - sandwich-uri. Nu zic, se mai întâmplă să greșești, să fie un miss understanding, dar anume cum a răspuns domnișoara, chiar m-a scos din sărite, nu pot cita cuvânt în cuvânt, dar sensul era “ Sandwich-ul e sandwich, croissant-ul e croissant”. Cu așa niște aere de parcă nu suntem la curent și noi o deservim, nu vice versa. Nu îmi este în fire să scriu review-uri de genul, dar am rămas perplexă de așa atitudine. Am venit cu familia să savurăm un mic dejun intr-o atmosferă plăcută, însă datorită la așa personal am rămas indispuși. P.S. Mă repet, mâncarea excepțională, am mâncat sandwich-ul fără să facem zarvă, pe când aveam tot dreptul.

I ordered the poached egg with hollandaise sauce, salmon, avocado and toast. We call it "eggs benedict" in English speaking countries. I know hollandaise sauce very well. This dish's greatest depends on a real hollandaise sauce. Unfortunately, the hollandaise has no taste, there is no strong tart taste typical, it didn't taste like anything at all. I suspect that they either use the eggs whites plus the yolk to save on wasting the eggs, or use a vegetable based oil in their emulsification. It is disappointing to pay a premium price that I would pay in Germany or Australia for something that doesn't have that kind of quality.

10/10 pentru mâncare, super delicios. 10/10 pentru deserturi. În poză este smântânel cu vișină, te înmoi de tot când mănânci. Ceaiul cu portocale și ghimbir e fantastic. Îmi place că mâncarea e autentică și se folosesc ingrediente naturale. E unul din acele locuri în care poți discuta ore în șir cu un omulean apropiat și să ai plăcere din mâncare. Dar. Ziua este foarte aglomerat. Pe de altă parte, lume multă nu vine când meniul e rău. Aduceți-vă aminte de localurile japoneze, mici de tot, dar unde se vând cel mai bun ramen sau miso sau sushi. Și oamenii stau în rând afară. Aici măcar stai înăuntru.

Nu mi se pare deloc potrivită ideea de a comasa un magazin cu o cafenea... poate ar fi bine să se delimiteze aceste două entități, în primul rând pentru igienă, în al doilea rând pentru atmosferă și o ambianță mai plăcută, nu ar da impresia de un "du-te vino continuu și agitat". Separat ar fi fost foarte ok ambele, cu atât mai mult că au intrări separate. Magazinul cam înghesuit și greu de deplasat printre rafturi, deși produsele sunt bune, unele chiar deosebite. O reorganizare a cafenelei și magazinului ar fi binevenită. În rest e ok.

Always enjoy having food and spending time at Sincer! The menu never fails to surprise, very nice design and the staff is very friendly. I enjoy both having a cozy breakfast/brunch,or having a date with a cocktail. The location is very central, best part of the city. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to spend some quality time with your friends or family, you'll find lots of interesting details in the interior, delicious and sometimes, unexpected dishes and the best part - desserts!

Am avut plăcerea să petrec câteva ore la cafeneaua „Sincer” alături de mama. Acest mic colț de rai urban ne-a oferit nu doar un ceai aromat, ci și un ambient cald și relaxant, perfect pentru a-l petrece cu cei dragi. În ceea ce privește mâncarea - deserturile au fost foarte delicioase (recomand desertul „Smântânel cu vișine”). Mă bucur mult că am ales acest local pentru a trăi momente frumoase alături de cei apropiați.

Very cozy place in the city center. The interior is stylish and bright, there are also nice places to sit outside (although the road is pretty close to the tables it doesn’t distract). The food and coffee was good, prices are quite low for the place like this. And the waitress was super friendly and polite! There is also a shop with a lot of healthy and organic goods there. Pretty expensive but this is how they always are. If I’m in Chisinau again, definitely coming here for breakfast again :)

Cozy cafe with tasty food for good money, there is not much space for tables though. My soup with beef and beans was delicious!! I’ll definitely come here again. UPD. I was there for the second time and it was not so good as it was before. I was waiting for my dish almost 30min. Sirkini (pancakes from cottage cheese) was so so. The waitress was absolutely slow and didn’t pay much attention to you. So I changed my rate to 4*.

my favorite cafe in Chișinău. Perfect for brunch, tea, coffee or even dinner and drinks. The food tastes amazing and the homemade tea is one of the best in the city for sure! They also have a small shop where you can get organic food.

Food is good overall; some dishes like the chicken liver pâté are awesome, sosme like the omelet were basic. The vibe is ok, we were there during a busy time but the service was fast, they did forget some part of the order though.

Great place for nutritious and tasty food. The staff is very good, the menu is full of meals that are nutritious and taylored to a balanced diet. The deserts are some of the best in town. Highly recommend for breakfast and lunch, not so much for a romantic dinner, a bit too casual. Usually they are very busy so reserv in advance.
