I have use Singletons on the past 4 cuts and am now expriencing inconsistencies in the quality. My first two visits I was pleased, fpungd the stylist to be pleasant and was encouraged to come back but my last two visits have left me frustrated and looking toward having the cut remedied. The last time I waited a bit longer than the 7 days alotted for a do over and had been charged the full price to have the cut fixed. Im now having to do the same again. Quickly loosing my confidence in the ability of the stylist to give me a good and consistent quality hair cut. Find the price to be a bit more than Id expect for a discount stylist shop as well. May not risk another visit

Truly a great experience and wonderful job of my request to fix highlights that were done wrong at a competitors salon. They were able to take me in on really short notice and everyone there was so friendly. My stylist was Jenilyn and she was able to fix my previous colour so it turned out just how I had hoped. The salon coordinator, Kate, was also super kind and checked in with me often to make sure I had the best experience, bringing me hot chocolate and magazines. I have been coming here for years for my haircuts but will always come back now for my highlights and colour too.

Ignore the posted hours of operation and the lit neon OPEN sign! Arrived at 4:45 yesterday, Saturday, to buy some product and found the door was locked. There were staff there, but no customers. Staff sitting behind the desk looked right at me at the door and then looked away. No explanation or contact of any kind. The OPEN sign was lit!!

Hair dresser was unfriendly and rushed. Charged me more because she said she was a senior staff member. Left my hair too long and I left the haircut needing a haircut. Another hair dresser cut my boy's bang in a weird choppy manner. (Noticed another recent comment where this happened) Will not go back to this place.

Natalia was very helpful and quick! I was called about an issue in the system with my appointment for the following day. She was very helpful and friendly with finding another appointment at a different location for around the same time within minutes. Thank you so much!

Natalia gave both my daughter’s a beautiful haircut. She was very thorough and quick AND it was a great price! The customer service from both when I called for an appointment and our entire visit was fun, pleasant and professional. Spectacular service!

Terrible customer service . Ok as far as hair cuts , but today my appointment was ridiculous as after showing up, they told me that the worker wasn’t anywhere to be found.. who the hell hires these people.. not going back

Completely butchered my son's haircut less than a week before Christmas! Buzzed up to the crown of his head and then some crooked Spock-like bangs across the front. So disappointing!
