My wife and I went for our first time and absolutely loved our experience. The staff took the time to tell us what was in some of the drinks even though they had other customers waiting which spoke volumes to my wife and I, in terms of customer service. I got a skinny mango tango which was great, and my wife got one of the coffee drinks that she loved. The prices were fair considering what we got and what all goes into them. I mean 5 bucks for a drinks that's lasted over an hour is a pretty good deal. When we got there we were hungry and Literally by the time we were done my wife and I weren't full but we weren't suffering from hunger pains anymore lol so thanks sips for saving my wife and I 40 dollars on eating out. We will be back! Oh, another good point about sips is the variety. They have a large list of drinks and they have no problem explaining what they are. Thanks again sips for your patience.

Oh my gosh!!! This place is a little slice of heaven on earth.. I will always love a great smoothie! The fact that he was encouraging me to Walk up to the drive thru was amazing! Most places will turn you away for trying to get service walking to the drive thru but he was extremely friendly!!! He was very knowledgeable about the menu and was even able to tell me where the ingredients were from and how fresh they were. There is even a local woman that he gets his pastries from and let me tell you what, they are amazing!! I was lucky enough to get to try the double chocolate muffins and he even warmed it up for me... My mouth is watering just thinking about it. I went back to the drive thru not even 45 minutes after my first trip it's that good!!! You guys are doing great and I appreciate your hard work.

I ADORE THIS PLACE. Somehow, this tiny shack on the side of the road in Hermitage has the best coffee I have EVER had, especially at the price point they offer. The staff are always exceptionally kind and happy to help, and take good care to ensure the accuracy of my order. Fantastic location, and the drive thru is always fast and convenient to use. This place is an absolute gem, and I recommend it to anyone who asks me about a coffee shop in the area.

Started going to this place almost 10 years ago when I was pregnant with my son. I would have weekly cravings for their snoballs and this was the best place to go in Hermitage. Now, we go a few times each year to take our kids for snoballs. They also have coffees and a variety of juices that we enjoy. In all these years I’ve never had a bad experience here. The customer service is always wonderful!

My boyfriend and I have been frequenting this place for the past few months and we are always satisfied with the smoothies we get. I love their coffee too, the flavor is rich and toasty. I just got a "PB and Yay" smoothie and I definitely recommend it. Thank you Sips for your excellent service and menu, and also for a great on the go drink to hold me over if I can't eat for a while :)

I almost always get fresh pressed juice. It is always pressed after i order as i watch them making it. It is the best value of the few other few places that i know of throughout the area that even offer this. They do not fill it with ice then add a little juice but the serving is almost ALL juice with maybe a few cubes to give it a little chill.

Customer service is truly amazing. I wanted to purchase syurp as I have previously and was told they did not sale it. The young lady immediately called the owner after asking questions as to who sold it to me, etc. She asked me to park while they figured it out. A few minutes later, i received my tiger's blood syrup. Very happy customer

I’m reviewing Sips as a former employee and loyal customer. I can attest that not only are the smoothies delicious, but if you order a healthy smoothie, you are getting a healthy smoothie. The ingredients are fresh and simple. Brad’s standard of cleanliness for the kitchen is extremely high. Consistently good drinks every single time.

A little pricey but large portions justify the price. Excellent smoothies and great customer service. Frozen lemonade is a great value at only $5. They never look too busy, there’s a convenient drive-thru, a walk-up window, as well as mobile ordering via a QR code (you can get on Facebook and it’s posted outside the walk-up window).

There's nothing better for a healthy pick me up than getting a Sips juice! The color green is my favorite, but I also like morning dew and the pink one. Their milkshakes and shaved ice are always great too if you're in the mood for something sweet. Great customer service - friendly, helpful, and fast! Highly recommend.

This place is fantastic, great drinks and the best customer service. The juices are awesome and very little of their ingredients are frozen. Their coffee is absolutely fantastic, the beans they use are high quality, no bitterness and no acidity. This is one of the few places I can really enjoy an straight espresso.

Finally went today and ordered an iced Mexican mocha. Should have went a long time ago! Perfectly mixed without being too sweet, and she didn't overdo the ice either. I tasted the milkshakes that my friends got, too, and they were great! Thick, but with plenty of flavor (like they should be, imo). We will be back!

Stood at the window for 5 minutes before finally leaving. Both employees made eye contact with me at one point but never opened the window. The 'open' sign was illuminated, employees were inside and it was during hours of operation. If you enjoy being ignored and wasting time, this is a must go!

Got my usual a large grape shaved ice and a ice only for my lady my grape was great but my ladys ice unfortunately tasted like some hot pepper flavor had somehow gotten in her ice and she had to throw it away we were not going to drive back across town to replace a cup of ice

Sips is consistent great! My family's favorite drink spot. The owner is super sweet. The associates are always nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place. I recommend the PB& Yay-my personal fave! My daughter loves the Tiger Blood shaved ice. I will definitely be back!

Was really looking forward to trying this place due to the awesome reviews, yet it fell short for us. My fresh-squeezed lemonade tasted solely of sugar water. I’ve been diluting it all day and also had to add lemons to it. The Elvis Presley was a tad bland.

We've been going to Sips for about 6 years now! I love them, my son's favorite is the mango dango smoothie. We had tons of great coffee and smoothies. Brad and Mary make sure everyone knows the quality standards, and have amazing customer service. ❤

This place is great for people who likes something fresh every day. They have so many juice and smoothies options I have hard time making up mind. So far I haven't been disappointed with anything that I tried. People there are super helpful.

Great place for smoothies, fresh juice and Icee's! I take my kids every chance we are in the area! My youngest son loves the peach flavor icee. The couple that owns this place are very nice and you can tell they love what they do!

Love everything about this place! We go here atleast once a week after my daughter gets out of school during the hot months for a cool down! The shaved ice is amazing and there are so many delicious flavors to choose from!

Awesome place. We were visiting from out of town and wanted a light breakfast. The Elvis is so good, perfect flavor and not too thick or sweet. I want to come back later in my trip for a juice! Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming here for years! The lattes and smoothies are always incredible and the owner/baristas are super friendly and have the best recommendations. Whenever I’m home I stop by just about everyday.

They have a great menu selection. There's a large variety of choices. Staff was super friendly and very helpful! Service was quick. Drinks were delicious. Definitely recommend. We will be going back.

Interesting place. Never seen anything like it. The space itself was super small and kind of in the middle of nowhere but theres a charm to it. Got a coffee and it was decent. Price not bad either

Always tasty and fresh. I've mostly gotten their smoothies and they are very yummy. Nice staff and pretty quick. Definitely recommend for a morning pit stop or an afternoon pick me up!

First time here and the staff is welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed a strawberry cheesecake snow cone (flavor was very very real) and a mango smoothie. You can tip on a card! Will be back!

I've lived by Sips for 7yrs. I tried it for the first time about 3weeks ago. I really do like their coffee. Made fresh and pippin hot. Very nice folks too.
