the clothing was really cute. the owner was talking to one of her employees sorta rudely. i’m not sure what the employee did but the owner kept talking to her and kinda shaming her. the store is a bit small and there was prob 5 customers and it completely changed the vibe of the store. she kept on talking and then called someone to ask if they could close. i completely understand that she is trying to run a business but it made me uncomfortable. the employee wasn’t met her during the call and after she popped back up. the employee looked like she was going to cry and it instantly made me uncomfortable. the owner/manager could have at least gone in the back. this made me completely upset and my friends at i were all appalled by the manager/owners behavior.

If ever you thought you were only a particular style, this wonderful, local, well managed store and styling crew will surprise you with new looks, great fitting outfits that thrill you and make you look fantastic. We really needed this quality boutique in West Portal, and the Hayes Street and Chestnut Street locations have such great selections, too. Lisa, the Owner, has done a magnificent job of capturing the fashion trends, and presenting them in "styling", affordable clothing, sharing with us her great sense of taste and glamour.

I usually don’t go into boutiques but after today I think I will. Beautiful store and the sale prices were 20% off on top of the existing markdown. The employees were very welcoming. They had exactly what I was looking for and I got two beautiful evening gowns and a pair of pants for $200. When I was in the dressing room employees continuously checked in on me and brought me a different size of a dress I was trying out.

Staff are fabulous! I've bought a handful of basic sale items and a pair of skinny black Levi jeans that I absolutely LOVE! The ladies here just want to look after you and make you feel pampered. They will take all your items you want to try to the change room so you don't need to carry them around the store while looking. Thank you for your incredible service and letting me do an exchange on my jeans recently <3

What a lovely boutique store ! I happen to walk by this store in West portal which is probably only 2 blocks from my place and I couldn’t believe the amazing selection of cute and stylish clothes at such a reasonable price. I bought a warm and knee length cardigan which was on sale and I wore it few times and got so many complements .. I can’t wait to go back for my retail therapy lol !

I visited Siren today because I have been searching for a dress to wear to a wedding in October. I found a beautiful dress on the sale rack that I am so excited about. The owner and employee present when I visited were very helpful and supportive! I would definitely recommend this store to others and I look forward to shopping there again in the future.

I always love stopping in at Siren Boutique -- mostly on West Portal, and sometimes on Chestnut Street. The inventory is always changing with very cute clothing, shoes and accessories that meet a variety of tastes. I like to stop in when I am looking just the right something and always seem to find what I'm looking for. And Lisa is delightful.

The store is cute and the women working there were very nice to me. One of the woman was extremely.helpful and she went out of her way to help me find clothing that I liked.based on what I told her. She really worked hard to find clothes I might like. So I hope to.be back some day. It would be nice if they had a vegan clothing section!

SO glad they're in a new space - they deserve every success. Online ordered a men’s hat from canada and got it in less than a week! Looks great and fits perfect. Packaging was cute and friendly. Very neat writing by the way :) Strongly recommend and will be back!
