Rented a car from them recently They claimed their staff on duty made an error and under charged me even though i made it very clear the return time/date of the car. 3 weeks after the car was returned they charged me an extra day rental and took the amount off the authorised deposit, WITHOUT informing me or seeking my consent. They informed it's the fault of the staff member (who since has resigned) and the company is NOT responsible for his action and no refund is entertained. This is totally unacceptable and certainly dubious business practice.

Excellent service and communications from Vicky and the team at Sixt! Booked way ahead of time from Australia, and everything was ready and waiting when we arrived to collect the Exora minivan. 10 mins later we were out the door and rolling along, clean and tidy. 2 weeks later, and many Kms of problem-free driving (apart from learning some Malaysian swear words), it took 10 mins to return the vehicle and walked away smiling. Will personally definitely consider using Sixt again in the future. Highly recommended!

diese Sixt Station ist die beste Sixt Station die bei der ich bisher gewesen bin, Vicky und Wan sind sehr freundlich und versuchen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir hatten Glück diese netten Menschen zu treffen und das Sie auch noch ein Auto für uns hatten. Hertz hat zwei Tage zuvor unsere Buchung Storniert, das wir fast unsere Reise hätten abbrechen müssen. I've never reviewed a car rental agency before, but this one deserves it, thanks to Vicky! I've rented cars all over the world and have never gotten the service and care as I did from Vicky. She had everything organized before we arrived, checked on us during the rental and make our return quick and easy. In the past I wasn't a big fan of Sixt but Vicky has changed my mind. Thank you!

I would say this is the best service I received from any car rental company. A special thanks to Ms. Vicky (Malaysia office) and Ms. Sawanya (Bangkok office) for their excellent services for helping our group to arrange the car rental for our upcoming Thailand trip. The car is absolutely spotless and clean, properly maintained, with balancing and alignment (which a lot of other car rental doesn't do that, espc in Malaysia) They really uphold the branding name of sixt. I rented a 8 seater which was pretty run down with 138k on the clock. This car was not the standard Sixt usually has. Personnel was friendly and helpful
