Unfortunately things did not go well. Firstly, despite arranging to collect on a Saturday morning at 9 am, and confirming this a few days in advance, nobody was there to meet us. Somebody next door was able to contact the security guard, who contacted one of the managers. Basically, they had forgotten about us and, to cut a long story short, nobody was able to get there to give us the car until 1 pm. So, four wasted hours when we only had the car for two days. Once someone finally arrived, they were extremely apologetic and helpful and got us on our way quickly. Fair enough - these things happen. Having said that, perhaps one might have expected some sort of gesture of goodwill, such as a reduction in the hire cost given the inconvenience of hanging round in the heat for 4 hours, but none was offered. The next problem came with the return of the deposit. Unlike every other time I have hired a car (probably about 20 countries), the deposit was charged to my card. For some reason, it was not possible to put a hold on the card for the deposit amount, as has been standard practice every other time I have hired a car. The car was returned in good order. Unfortunately, there was some sort of logistical issue returning the deposit. After nearly six weeks of trying to get it returned (there was never any dispute about the condition of the car etc), I had to get my bank involved, who quickly reversed the transaction. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend.

Очень вежливые сотрудники офиса, встретили меня в аэропорту с именной табличкой, заранее подготовив все документы для аренды автомобиля. Процесс оформления аренды занял 10 минут. Получил свой автомобиль в чистом состоянии и с полным баком бензина. Во время путешествия автомобиль ни разу не подвел, т.к автомобиль был новый. Во время сдачи автомобиля сотрудники были очень дружелюбны и приветливы, не смотря на то, что автомобиль я возвращал среди ночи, к тому же, они отвезли меня в аэропорт и помогли с чемоданами. Очень положительные эмоции от сотрудничества с данной компанией. В будущем во время пребывания в Ташкент, буду пользоваться только услугами компании Sixt Uzbekistan и всем советую.

European level service and highly professional team. We wanted to rent a car for several days over New Year‘s eve, which multiple other companies denied us to due to their days off. In Sixt it appeared possible and simple. We are especially happy with the service provided by Sixt customers manager Tochir. He explained everything in detail, demonstrated available cars, answered all our questions and was beyond helpful. We rented a car from Sixt for one week starting from Samarkand. We got a brand new car and everything was perfect. Rofe, the rental agent, offered a perfect service. He send us an email 2 days before the start to ask for our documents so that he can prepare everything in advance. When we arrived at the rental station the documents and the car were ready. Rofe speeks perfect English, gave us good advice and his phone number in case of any problems or questions. Car return was also very smooth. Rofe offered that we can still contact him any time if we have questions. All in all a clear recommendation for Sixt.

Остались очень довольны сервисом, машина была предоставлена в срок, менеджер с водителем приехали в наш отель, где мы заключили договор и оплатили. В офис ехать не надо, что очень удобно! Машина в отличном состоянии, чистая. Водитель Якуб провез нас по маршруту Ташкент- Самарканд - Бухара - Ташкент. Поездка прошла комфортно, интересно, душевно! Спасибо компании! El coche que nos entregaron estaba en muy buenas condiciones, y la gestión fue perfecta. Nos encontrábamos en una ciudad muy lejana a donde se encontraba el coche, y nos ofrecieron llevárnoslo a donde estábamos nosotros y dejarlo en el mismo sitio para nuestra comodidad. La persona que estaba a cargo ha sido muy atenta en todo momento y siempre ha estado ahí para cuando hemos necesitado algo. La fianza se nos ha devuelto prácticamente en el instante en el que devolvimos el coche, por lo que las gestiones se hicieron muy eficientemente. Muy recomendable, 10/10

Nous avons cherché l'agence un moment, et quelle fut notre surprise lorsque nous les avons trouvés,. Sur le site ils vous disent qu'ils sont proche de la gare, en fait ils ne peuvent pas être plus près. Ils sont juste en face de l'entrée des voyageurs, avant même le parking des taxis. Отличный автопрокат. Мы оказались в Ташкенте в снегопад и в период, когда на заправках перебои с бензином. В другом автопрокате предложили машины с 10 литрами бензина в баке, и дальше делай что хочешь, и шины только летние. Sixt выдал машину на зимних шинах и хотя бы с половиной бака. Отдельное спасибо Тахиру за внимательное отношение и подсказки.

Al recoger el coche Denis nos ayudó mucho dándonos indicaciones tanto del coche como de los límites de velocidad y advertencia de cámaras ya que hay muchas tanto en Tashkent como en las carreteras.
