Do your research before visiting this store. The staff is only focusing on selling the products with fake promises. My shoes sole started tearing after one small scratch in just 15 days. I bought the shoes from the latest collecting without any discount which costed me around approx 8k. At that time the staff promised me that you use it and if anything bad happens we will take care of it. Now they are saying it is wear and tear problem we can't do anything, our soles are lighter that is why our shoes are light in weight so this is normal. #overratedShoes Strongly not recommended.

Busy showroom in a fairly good market of Delhi. Parking is a big no no. Once inside, the premises is subtly divided into males shelves on one side and females on the other. A variety of shoes and apparel have been displayed. Those marked for discounts are displayed separately. Extremely helpful staff. Help in trials of as many pairs/apparels as the customer chooses with a smile. Encouraged me to utilise my special offer. Billing was without a hassle. Overall a tremendous shopping experience.

Being in this business sitting idle is one thing but when you have a customer you should be on your toes as business comes in, for employees it should be an option to satisfy and sell the material but unfortunately the team at this store lacks the attitude to sell moreover they don't entertain you the way one should I went today in the afternoon at 3pm the boys there were not sure about what I asked for and the shoes were not showed to me properly

Dont buy from this store at all.. My shoes is not even 2 months old and its sole is going off.. First they cnt take out the bill from their system even if u tell them the bill date & mobile no registered.. After that They will lie bluntly saying no warranty on shoes.. Avoid such stores

The store is good but staff is too lazy as per me they are very rude and specially there boss the girl there is pinky and bubli being followed by all the boys when I went they were busy using cash register and having kids fight over some change. Pathetic experience

Great customer service. But there aren't many available options on this particular branch as much as there are in other Skechers Showroom/outlets ( Skechers Moti Nagar has much wider range and options )

Love the experience of comfortable shoes bought recently Massage fit technology is so good Recent staff behaviour and selling skills was damn good. Suggestion please hire more female staff.

Salesman appears to be little reluctant . shoe has a quality and brand value so no need by the salesman to put efforts and guide customer .
