I visited Skin Day Spa, for the first time, a couple of weeks ago, having a full-body massage. I rarely bother leaving reviews - only if i feel my experience was extremely bad or good, then i feel it's worth sharing. All the usual boxes were ticked - front of shop, back waiting area, treatment rooms, cleanliness, atmosphere, smell and most of all the warm and friendly people who work there. The massage? Rarely do i find that the planets align. The room was the perfect temperature, the bed very comfortable including the face hole, and it didn't go unnoticed that they use several towels which felt luxurious. The music and light were just right. At this point i realise the therapist will either make or break what is turning out to be an amazing hour ahead of me. She was knowledgeable, interested, empathetic to my insecurities and needs, had an amazing technique in movement and pressure but most of all had an aura about her which had me feeling i was in heaven. I was a manager in the beauty industry for many years, and this is the type of experience i wish i could bottle - i'd be a rich guy. 'thank you to the whole team, you will certainly see me again'

I've just finished my weekly home skin routine as recommended by Pauline and Sarah and had to write a review as I'm so happy with my products and latest skin regimen. I started going to Skin Day Spa as I suffered adult acne, which was red, inflamed and caused me pain and embarrassment. Over the years I have been going to Skin, Pauline has regularly evaluated my skin and changed my products to suit the seasons and my skin. As a result I have clear skin with some acne scarring. Over the last month, I have had a series of LED treatments to treat my scarring. I cannot believe the difference in my skin, the scarring is clearing and my pores refining. The environment is relaxing and all of the team are friendly and knowledgable. I would HIGHLY recommend Skin Day Spa if you have problematic skin or just want to be pampered.

I had the most divine Micro & Oxygen facial with Dina. From the moment you step into Skin Day Spa it’s like stepping into another world, from the hustle and bustle of Carlisle St into a calming, tranquil utopia. Straightaway I was offered a calming hot tea and a seat in their beautiful lounge. Then when the room was ready I was shown through and Dina explained exactly what the facial would involve. And oh my goodness, the facial, so lush and lavish. Dina explained everything before each step, and made sure I was comfortable and calm through each stage of the facial. I’m not trying to sound dramatic but I left feeling reborn. My skin was super plump and glowy and for the whole day I felt so calm and at peace. I cannot wait to go back! Absolutely appalling service. I purchased some products from their website using click & collect option. A few days later they called me to notify that my order is ready to collect however i have to come within a few hours because they close for renovations. I couldn't make it given such short notice but I was assured that they will be closed for one week only so i agreed to wait. I came to the SPA two weeks later to collect the products but the place was still closed for renovations with phones not being answered and nobody replying to emails. I could not pick up the products for nearly a month. When i finally received a call back from Pauline, she tried to make some lame excuses , was rude and not helpful. Just shows you how little they care about client!

I am in absoulty shock about how amazing this place is !!! I stumbled by it waking past on a little holiday and thought I would love to check it out ! I was welcomed and they found an appointment for me ASAP and got one that day ! Let me start by saying my expectations were blown away , I’ve had facials in Milan , Paris , Newyork at some of the most prestigious clinics in the world and this by far is up there with them if not the best ! A massive shout out to NOVA !!! She is an incredible therapist and took amazing care of me The attention to detail and the care and love they put into there work is next to none ! I wish there was a rating for more then 5 starts because this day spa is exceptional

I had an amazing experience at the skin clinic, and I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Chauntelle Cann for the exceptional treatment. Despite being late by 40 minutes due to a traffic jam, I was feeling extremely stressed and disappointed with myself as I had been eagerly anticipating the treatment. However, the staff at the clinic were incredibly understanding and accommodating, providing me with the full treatment time. Their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for customers truly touched me. I cannot thank them enough for the exceptional customer service. Thank you once again!

What an experience! I stumbled upon skin day spa by chance - I live in the area - and wanted a facial… well…. The best stumbling on my behalf this year. Beautiful environment, very unassuming from the out side - but truly delightful inside. I have had multiple facials there with Nova.. that have blown my mind. The 75 minutes feels like a 5 hour escape and reset. The rooms and beds are so delicious, warm and relaxing - this coupled with the exquisite service and knowing that I’ll be leaving with great looking skin - it truly is a whole package. Very reasonably priced and HIGH value for your money!

First time coming here and was probably the best facial I ever received! My face was peeling and so sunburnt, and also just needed major cleaning asap. The lady I had molly, got rid of all the peeling and made my face 100x better I seriously couldn’t believe it! Was feeling so insecure about it and she made it 100x better. Defs recommend this place, especially the tech Molly! Thanks again I’ll be back :)

Booked in a skin consultation, facial and massage and met the lovely Ellie. The service she provided was exceptional, a 45 min massage with the right amount of pressure and a 45 min facial that left my skin glowing for my big day. During the consultation, she went through the products I should be using and my skin's history with the troubled skin. Will definitely be booking in regular facials with Ellie!

I've had a number of treatments at Skin Day Spa and every time I'm there the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I walk out of there glowing and walking down the street it's inevitable that I get attention from everyone I walk past. Whether it's because of how my skin looks or because I incessantly rub my face with delight at how soft and smooth my skin is who knows, and quite frankly who cares.

Today I had a very relaxing massage and where needed Mizzy applied the perfect pressure to my muscles. Mizzy is gentle & strong but it was her long flowing strokes I found I needed and were most relaxing. A wonderful experience and Mizzy is a wonderful massage therapist. I will be a return client for sure. To all of the staff thank you for your welcoming energy in your beautiful space.

The minute I stepped foot at the spa, I felt like I was transported to a quiet, calm and serene place far far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The ambience is comparable to world class spas, I had the mini micro abrasion facial and it was incredible. I wished I could stay longer, but I was in a rush. I will definitely come back and try their LED and I/R facials

Absolutely incredible. I've been here twice, first for a facial and the second time a body scrub, facial and massage, and it was the most incredible, relaxing experience. Their products are divine, and the girls are lovely - I've had Fiona both times, and she's wonderful. Highly recommend going here, it's definitely an incredible indulgence!

I went to Skin Day Spa for a deep relaxation massage as part of a gift voucher and was very pleased with the experience. Erika took care of me and she was very professional and the massage was very good. My body definitely needed some pampering and hydration after the long lockdown. I'll be back soon for a facial and looking forward to it.

One of the most perfect massages from Michelle! Perfect pressure in all places and for me that’s unusual. I have lower back pain and nearly always get pain from too much pressure in the lower back area, but not this massage! All I kept thinking was when will I make my next appointment! I had a glorious experience from the second I walked in the door. The environment is super inviting and draws you into a relaxed state immediately. The Super Hydrating Spa Escape was worth every penny, my therapist was lovely and had exceptionally good hands. I felt like I floated out the door. Will definitely be coming back.

I booked in for a 45 min massage and Kathryn had listened to my concerns and addressed them in the massage as focus areas. We discussed how I felt afterwards and treatments moving forward to alleviate pain points. Very relaxing and great communication. Will definitely be returning!
