This review is based on customer service. The impertinent male who is in charge of greeting people and making them feel welcome failed miserably. My friend and I had booked with his male staff (ig: handle dgs.David ) we specifically asked to be booked with DR.Sanchez together. Both of us had our appointment set up at 1 pm with Dr.Sánchez so we thought. We stopped by earlier to see if they could see us sooner. To our surprise, he booked us with the wrong doctor. He said he could get us in at 10 am. I let my friend go first since she was coming from out of state. He estimated 30 mins and once she came Out I would go in. I later asked if he could give me a rough estimate since my friend already came out one hour later and I was waiting in the car. He became hostile with me and said I already told you I’m accommodating you two by squeezing you in earlier. But in all reality he messed up by booking us with the wrong doctor We would have kept our original one pm appointment, Had he done his job correctly from the beginning we wouldn’t have had this issue. It's extremely unnerving to be talked down to all I was trying to do was get a service and figure out my timing. This isn’t the first I’ve seen his rude behavior as my cousin and aunt have gotten services here in the past. After A long period of waiting from 9:30 am - 12 pm. I decided to leave without any services drive back home to Los Angeles. This Pompous man shouldn’t be dealing with any customers none the less helping the doctors run a business. My friend was pleased with doctor blue’s work but the front office staff needs to be a little more polite- considering he is the first person we see before being seen. Unfortunately, I will no longer be referring my friends or clients to receive services at this establishment.

Yo llevo un ano viendo a la Doctor, Yurany, (conocida por la Doctor Blue). Se aganda mi confianza en todo aspecto de su profesionalida con el cuidado de mi para. Con la Dr. BLUE, me hice un rinoplastia, botox, filers para mi pómulos de la cara. Y también a muchas de mi familia. Cada ves quedo más y más preciosa. Me encanta la forma que Dr. Blue me da su mejor recomendación. Y antes que se me olvida , siempre me anestesia la cara antes que me injecta , y nunca siento nada. I was referred to this spa by a cousin of mine who gets treatments here. And, I agree with all the great reviews I’ve read. If you are on the fence or even a bit skeptical like I am and or have any doubts … Look no further this place is safe, clean and literally harmless. Dr. Damares who last administered lip injections hands down was literally painless. Because she injected an anesthetic she’s a life saver I’m not sure I could have gotten through that pain otherwise. Minimal - to - no bruising, and very natural looking. I highly recommend this spa to anyone who maybe fearful. You’re truly in great hands. Also: Scheduling with David who is efficient and makes it a total breeze.
