I've been having facial treatment from these amazing girls, in particular Stefanie, for the last 10 months or so and my skin has never looked healthier!! I used to have botox treatment to iron out wrinkles etc..I no longer need botox!!I have regular monthly treatments without fail! Why did I give SkinresQ five star?? Colette personable and professional. I used a groupon, and sometimes I find businesses do not give the full experience due to the discounted price. Not the case with Colette. She made me feel comfortable and cared for. She took the time to learn about my daily activities, skin care products, and routines, all the little things that would effect my skin. I left with a beautiful glow and felt far more knowledgeable about how to care for my skin.

I had a wonderful experience with Collette. Not only was she on time, professional and lovely, she was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and informative. I appreciated that she didn't try to *up-sell* me, as most spas do. My appointment was right before a trip away, and she provided helpful information to protect my skin while away . Highly recommend. Colette is super friendly and provides excellent service at competitive prices. I've done the hydrabrasion and DMK facial, both with great results! One of my favourite things about her is that she's not pushy on selling overpriced products like other spas. She might recommend a product but will encourage you to perform your own research before coming to a decision.

Called to schedule an appointment but never got a call back. Not even sure if the lady I spoke with took my number down after giving it to her. She didn't seem interested when I told her I had a WagJag voucher which is strange since her company signed up for the discounted cost and promotion. Waste of money.

Late, Unprofessional, Over selling me, She had a unpleasant tone to her voice. facial wasn't even that good, trouble finding the spa Lots of other groupons for same price just wait for a 40%- 75% deal which is every other day. This place is not worth the low price

Collette knows her stuff! She walks you through every step, explaining what and why she'd doing it. She is not pushy when it comes to buying product...although if you buy what she recommends your skin will be noticeable better! I cannot recommend her enough!

Collete is such a sweetheart! so kind and caring. I've been seeing her for enzyme treatments to help with hyperpigmentation and dark spots. my skin has never been better! I look forward to starting microneedling sessions with her aswell!
