Stay away. Total ripoff. Bought a ticket so we can teach our 2 yr old how to jump on a trampoline and have fun. Went great for all of 2 minutes. A rep came over and told us that if we wanted to be on the trampoline part with him, we had to buy tickets and socks. Even though we were simply holding his hand, we obliged and purchased $50 of socks and jump privileges. Then, again even though we weren't jumping, they came and said we weren't allowed to be on the same section as him. Obviously we would not have purchased tickets if that was the case. As if that wasn't enough, then they came and said toddlers couldn't jump. So they sold us 3 tickets we couldn't use. Lastly, after explaining to an individual named CORI that we refuse to pay for services we didn't receive, she only responded no refunds with a smirk on her face. They seemed to have found the entire thing funny. I would suggest Big Air which is not far from it. Better pricing, better trampolines, better staff and they won't rip you off by making you buy tickets to help you teach your toddler to learn to jump and then tell you, after buying them, that you still can't anyway!

Don’t bother coming to this place it’s anything but fun, you’re not allowed to do anything but breath and waste your money. You can’t throw the dove ball a certain way, you can stand around to long in one area, you can’t swing a certain way you can’t play basketball a certain way… even though we had a entire area to ourselves on a weekday the staff would constantly come up and tell us what we couldn’t do, all my son did was sit for a second to fix his sock and the staffs all in his face about how he can’t sit here… no one else is around. Our kids ages 4-14 (3 kids) had 0% fun due to the constant staff nagging over nothing. I’m not THAT person but is it our skin color you didn’t want there it something??? Will never return and this place should be out of business. Make a 4yo cry… thanks for nothing.

Way too strict. I had to buy a whole pass to be with my children. Couldn’t just walk on if one of them needed help. It’s a Monday. 7 kids in the building. Brought the three year to burn some energy. It was only he and I in a closed in area. I sat down for 1 second to fix my socks and I got yelled at for sitting down. 13 year old trying to play basketball… can only play on one hoop because he’s tall. But it’s way too tall for him to have any fun (again no one was there trying to play). Can only go “one way” on jumping things…. Even if the whole trampoline is empty and it’s only one child. It’s ridiculously expensive. Definitely will not be going back. It’s unfortunate… the family has always had a blast previously. New management and stricter rules made things no fun for an hour and a half.

Never have i ever had issues before going to any other trampoline park with other branded gripper socks. We paid and were good to go not even 2 minutes later was told they can’t jump because the socks don’t say “sky zone” of course i could purchase new socks but i just spent $55 for them to jump, so they gave us used socks or we had to go. Call it petty if you want but i think it’s RIDICULOUS. Not to mention i understand safety completely but having staff follow down kids for EVERY little thing is upsetting.. my boys couldn’t enjoy themselves at all and kept asking to leave…needless to say we won’t be back.

Purchased a monthly pass in Apex and was assured that it will be fine in Charlotte. Come to find out it does not and was very rudely told to not only purchase the ticket, but also the socks we bought at "Sky Zone" is not allowed. The manager or franchise owner pretty much just said he can do whatever he wants in his Sky Zone and go leave a review if we want. I was also told to take it up with corporate and then got told that complaint will just come back to him and nothing will happen. Be aware of the Charlotte Sky Zone. What a shame since we had an absolute blast in Apex. False advertising at its best

My husband and I brought our daughter and friend here on a Saturday, mid-afternoon. It was great due to it not being overcrowded. The girls were able to explore the whole place without any issues. It was clean and the staff was Amazing. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I will be returning more frequently and the summer pass is not overpriced. You don't have the buy in advance as there wasn't a long line but you can if you would like, I did anyway. There is only an admission for adults if you will be jumping with your children, prices are the same.

If I were you I would never go to this sky zone because the do not clean anything it is nasty there!Second all of the employees won’t let me do anything ever second they nag me! Third When I was in the toddler zone with my cousin they told me to get out because they thought we weren’t family members because we weren’t the same race! Fourth of all my cousin had big air socks on and we had to pay $6 extra for no reason at all. Please never come here ever again!

Came here with my family on a Tuesday and we was THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE PLACE, the workers was harassing us the whole time. My family were playing Dodge ball and one of my kids fell and before she can get back up the working telling her to stand up. ITS DODGE BALL u going to fall. Everytime they fall they hollering stand up. When I say harassing us and we was the only people in the building. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY IN THAT PLACE AGAIN!!!

disgusting service. They are trying to make money at every step. be prepared to pay $ 2 for the mask. $ 4 for socks even if you have other good socks, you will be forced to buy those socks. Only in their super socks are they responsible for the baby. Children are also required to jump with masks. Disgusting experience. Will never go back, would not recommend to anyone. The child stepped into something sticky in their socks and they gave someone's used socks. the dirt on the floor has not been removed for the entire time.

I visited Sky Zone Trampoline Park recently and unfortunately had a highly disappointing experience due to their abysmal customer service. The staff seemed completely clueless about handling kids, and their lack of knowledge on how to engage and entertain children was evident. It was frustrating to see them struggle with basic tasks, leaving parents like me feeling frustrated and let down. I would strongly advise against visiting this location if you're looking for a smooth and enjoyable experience for your kids.

We had a wonderful time!! I was nervous with all the negative reviews but I'm so glad we went! Melanie at the front desk was wonderful and so helpful! Yes, you have to wear a pair of their socks but they are $4 and have 4 cute designs for kids to pick from. I did not jump and was able to just follow my 4 year old around while staying off the mats and didn't have to pay. Lots to do!! Went at noon on a Thursday and wasn't very crowded. All of the staff was so kind! Excited to come back and try toddler time!

The worst experience in a establishment I have ever had. I was so hot I almost collapsed after 10 mins in there. I do not recommend it until they upgrade there air conditioning system. I was even jumping and then the owner going say it’s because a lot of people are in there. If I his store was in NYC it would have been shut down til they fix the AC.

My family and I had an amazing time!! This location is amazing - excellent customer service, clean, great snack and food options and a wonderful arcade area. We truly enjoyed this trampoline park. We planned a group event here for about 50 kids (and some of the parents). Melanie at Skyzone was great to work with. I had never been to this location but the facilities were clean and laid out well. The staff did a great job at going over safety rules and watching the kids. There were lots of activities besides just jumping - dodgeball, basketball, zip line, Silks, and much more. Most importantly the kids had a BLAST!

My daughter went here for a friend's birthday party. Pretty good set up. Nice equipment and very safe. Lots of stuff for kids of all ages as well, even for little ones under 4. Decent rates for admission. The really impressive part is that their concessions and merchandise is crazy cheap. You can easily take home a souvenir for the whole family for under 20 dollars. I love that!

This place is Ridiculous!! Too many rules!! You are not allowed to seat anyplace. Very expensive for what it offers. There is a lack of balls that people fight to get one. The staffs stay the whole time saying everybody can not seat, hang a ball, be where they are. To top it off, there is no internet conection and their wifi doen’t work. I do not recommend this place !!

If you're looking for a place for your kids to burn off some energy, this is it. Lots of room for them to run around. Nice zip line and rock climbing area. 3 basketball hoops. P.S. don't hang on the rim like my son :(. It's against the rules

We bought our boys the 2023 Summer passes for $69. We love It and they love it too. We go about at least twice a week. This allows them to burn some of that youth energy off in the middle of the day. I haven't had any issues at this location.

Managers are mad and yell at customers, the male manager is angry and yelled at an Asian lady for not knowing about the water policy and him yellling at me for him assuming i didn’t read the policy, we will never come here again, worst place ever dont come here go to Urban Air

This was the cleanest sky zone I’ve ever been to. The observation area, “chill zone” was awesome! Full view of the entire floor. My kids had a blast!

The manager on Saturday September 17th 2022 gave me an attitude because I beat the highest score and claimed the tickets promised in the note on the machine(see pictures). Let’s hope he’s not the owner. Fun place to bring your kids though.

Fun for the whole family! Husband and I got a full workout jumping with our 5 year old. The icees at the end were great too. My husband thoroughly enjoyed dunking the basket ball and jumping into the foam pit just as much as our son.

The place is quite filthy. The cube foams in the pit are dirty, crumbly and falling apart. My kids are going to need a thorough shower and an extra dose of vitamin c when we leave here.

Amazing location. Great for taking younger children there, they will have a blast. It’s just enough to do for a hours worth of time.
