First time visiting this place AND Celebrated my son’s 10th birthday there on Sunday Feb 5/23. I was sold looking at the website. The online process of booking the “Mega VIP” is simple, and I did receive the call a few days prior to confirm my booking. To my dismay, we DID NOT receive the VIP treatment. The place was over crowded, barely any seating anywhere for the party guests that were not jumping. I was told my hostess is double booked for a party, and my party room has only a 15 min access instead of 30 mins because of another party in there. I said that’s fine, I don’t have much to set up. I was told I’ll meet my hostess in 15mins, that got changed to 30 mins, and I didn’t meet her until 1.5 hours LATER. I had to ask the front desk staff after 15 mins of the actual party start time, if someone could act as a host to get the kids started (as I mentioned , first time here, and it’s very overwhelming). I don’t feel this was the front desk staff responsibility and she did her best to serve both my party and other public coming in or other parties also happening. We didn’t get the birthday shirt until the end of the party (which I also had to ask for) and although my son was given a sticker for his birthday, he didn’t get any front of the line privileges as promised on the website for this package. The worst part of the experience was the checking in and waiting for the hostess. I hung out near the check in desk trying to keep an eye out for other party guests as they came in, I didn’t have any help from the hostess as I anticipated, the front desk staff took my cakes and foods we brought in, and I had to ask for extra hangers for our locker which was basically a cart on wheels with a hanging rack and two shelves. The front desk staff tried to help us out. We were far away from the bleachers where the kids could put on socks etc. basically tucked in by the water fountain. I didn’t get to watch my children have fun or take video until an hour into my party. The staff are not very engaging with participants, and I saw kids doing cartwheels and other activities that are typically not allowed at other trampoline parks… I don’t see rules posted and no one explained safety or anything to myself or my party. The party room (which is just 2 tables by the front door with a screen in front of it): The staff did a good job of quickly setting up however I think when handling plates etc, they should wear gloves and I asked the hostess about this and she said they sanitized and she offered to provide plates and cups but I didn’t bother due to time. She also provided me with tape to hang up the banner which was helpful., The bad: There’s no PA system, it took awhile to wrangle the kids and get into the party room which cut into our one hour. The hostess allowed us an extra 10 mins to finish eating cake but she was very pleasant to help with wrapping cake for my guests to take home. She was very apologetic as well and I don’t blame her, this is a management issue. The washrooms and hallways were flooded to the bottom of the stairs, I’m also lucky I didn’t have any guests with mobility issues because it’s not advertised that was the only washroom in that place. At the cost of $44/participant I feel ripped off and very disappointed. The parking lot is an accident ready to happen and lots of fights over parking spots. Wish they had a spot or two allocated for people that booked a party so they could be near the doors or even a cart available especially since they allow outside food/drink. (Similar to a drop off zone). So Very frustrating and difficult when you need to bring in stuff by hand and I didn’t have anywhere to put my stuff initially (due to hostess availability issues). I do NOT recommend having a party here or the mega vip package. The kids have fun, but I didn’t have any area to sit with the parents of participants and actually told them to leave and come back for the last 45 mins of party when we get in our room. Don’t waste your money - it’s clear what their bottom line is (money).
One thing for certain is that your kids will have a blast here. Besides that, nothing else is worth praising unfortunately. Hence the 2 star rating. I hope the owner can read this review so that the appropriate changes can be made to improve their services. There is plenty of staff on the floor but there doesn't seem to be any managers on site to keep all the student workers in line. I paid for a 3 hour party. 2 hours jump time and 1 hour party room. It took the front desk almost 30 minutes to check in 20 kids when everyone had their waivers signed ahead of time already. There was 5 people behind the desk yet only 2 of them were checking people in. Rest were socializing while customers stood patiently in line. Imagine 20 single digit year old kids waiting impatiently for everyone to be checked in. So right off the bat I already lost 25% of jump time that I paid for. Next is the party room situation. There is only 1 dedicated room that is sectioned off with glass. The rest are make shift rooms with dividers in an open space. So expect to have other kids wandering into your party space. Little to no privacy at all. They only give you access to the party space 30 minutes before your jump time ends. This pushes everyone else into the jump area. We had to leave all our party room decor, snacks and food in the back kitchen until it was our time to occupy our space. You're given a storage space for all the kids belongings but there isn't enough for all the adults attending to store their things. So you're forced to either leave things back in your car or use their other locker services that's not in the same area as the kids belonging. I would never spend my money here again unless some drastic changes are made to improve the issues I mentioned above. Imagine having to consider recommending parents to stay at the party because keeping an eye on all the kids is a team effort. Having the party space from the beginning is much more reassuring so that you can at least establish a landmark for the kids to circle back to if they were to get lost from the group that they're playing with. I am skeptical such changes will be made as the business appears to prioritize turnovers with little considsrations to balance that with quality. Sadly, not surprising with franchised businesses. I should have done more due diligence checking the place out before booking. I only booked the place because my son and his friends all raved about it. I checked the place out 1 week before the party and noticed all these issues right away. I voiced all these concerns with my check in call that I received but the response was pretty nonchalant. I requested the dedicated party room during this call but it was rejected because the girl said all the party room allocations were already decided and rearranging it would be impossible. Yet they called me 48 hours before the party date to assign me my room. She also explained to me it could have worked had I picked up their supposedly phone call 2 days earlier which was a lie because there was no such call made in my call logs. Overall it was a very underwhelming experience on the service front. There are so many better options out there that stand head and shoulders above skyzone.
This is just my opinion as I was not there but feel compelled to comment. To WS and her review. I find it very hard to believe that you claim your son was called the "N" word yet stated it was borderline not ok? If that truly happened Noone including myself would not agree that it is absolutely not acceptable and the staff member should be fired and police contacted. You also felt the need to mention that he was a "White" staff member which has zero relevance and suggests you probably play the race card often. Furthermore you stated they randomly targeted your child and made him leave for no reason which is most definitely not true and your child was breaking the rules endangering other children or his time had ran out and he refused to leave. May I suggest instead f playing the victim and teaching your children that same ridiculous mentality maybe step up and parent your children, teach them right from wrong and to take accountability for there actions instead of playing the victim and blaming others. I have been there dozens of times with many friends and family and have never heard a complaint once. I suspect you didn't get your own way and or your kids had to be parented by teenage staff members for not following the rules and you like so many people these days got offended that they had the audacity to want the rules followed. I'm positive your whole review is fabricated and suspect if looked into you have several bad reviews to several different establishments simply because your children aren't being taught the right way to behave by you. The fact that you stated you've "never left a bad review" is very suspect. Again this is just my opinion but I'm assuming many others as well. Keep up the fantastic work SZ and continue to enforce the rules despite risking offending someone who is in the wrong!!!
First of all, this place is NOT ventillated or safe for kids at all. I went with my kids on a weekend and was "convinced" to buy a membership. 20 mins into the jumping, my child was abused and hit at with a ball by another bunch of kids. When I went to check on my kid, the kids started to hurl abuses at us and got their parents involved. We did settle the matter, however, the staff members were all kids who were laughing and hardly came forward to help or avoid this situation from reoccuring. Once our group went to the other side to avoid getting in contact with those kids, we were abused and threatened by these kids yet again. I decided to speak to the manager who said they could do nothing to warn or report this incident further and that they could only offer a refund. It is absolutely mismanaged as the staff is not equipped to deal with these kind of instances. They do not stop rude people or offer any warnings to them at all. It is not about the money but the safety of kids because they do not differentiate the areas between different aged kids. Places are unsupervised, staff is seen standing there on their phones and highly disinterested. I have vowed to never go back and would suggest people really do take this incident into consideration if and when you decide to book this place. Kids are NOT safe, waivers are NOT enough because you cannot supervise every second of their activity. I see this being a persistent problem in the reviews below but the management does not seem to care. We really need to just STOP going here. Cancelled all my memberships.

My son was invited to a birthday party this was on May 28 2023 at 2:00PM. The staff was great and friendly. I took off two stars due to staff not intervening in the dodgeball game. There were two youths wearing a Durags and tank tops. One was Caucasian the other was of African decent. These kids were 15 - 16 years old. They were playing dodgeball with my son's group who where 10 to 11 years old. One of the teens was verbally aggressive with the kids while I don't mind my son getting some life lessons I was disturbed to know that the black teen was calling my son and his friends the n-word and other obscenities. My son said "Dad he kept us calling us the N-Word, the s-word the f-word and the a-word." My wife said that these teens seemed to be friends with one of the workers there. She thinks the worker was the older brother of the one who was swearing. His white friend seemed to have access into the employee only rooms which was the doors next to the massage chairs. Luckily the aggressiveness stopped when my wife made herself visible in the dodgeball court. The worker did not stop the obscenities. My son and his friends were upset and we told them to not worry about it. Other than that we fun once those teens left. Just in case you are wondering my son and his friends are not black.

We attended this location for a friends sons birthday party. Upon arrival, we were bombarded with unusual and uncomfortable level of humidity and heat inside the facility. Everyone, including staff, were observed sweating and fanning themselves, my partner was informed by a staff member that there was no AC (imagine how uncomfortably hot it can get during peak times in the summer heat) List of issues: 1. Lack of adequate seating and tables. 2. There is a lot of young employees but instead of supervising the safety of kids in the jump zone, staff were often observed mingling and chatting. 3. The employee who was hosting our group, was a young male, and was not very helpful. He had an attitude and kept disappearing when we needed help. 4. Party rooms are complete trash.... we were seated in an open, hallway like area. 5. They served 3 large pizzas, that were COLD, for a party of 20 kids. Very disappointing...thankfully, food was provided by family. 5. Facility is unkempt, not very clean at all. Thankfully, this was not my party or else I would have raised hell. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend anyone booking this place, you do not get what you pay for. Kids did have fun but it is not worth the money you pay to book large parties.

The workers were extremely unprofessional and aggressive. A white worker had called my son the n word infront of multiple people. And another lady had told my son he's deaf for not hearing her speak in her quiet voice. she had a black weave and long lashes. I never caught her name but she was extremely rude to my 3 sons and even told one to leave completely when we had payed to stay all day. It was the last straw when she forced the ball out of my sons hand with no explanation and my son no longer wanted to play after this. I have never written a bad review of a place before but i feel like these actions were highly provoking and borderline harassment. Id like some thing to be done about these two workers a man with blonde short hair and the other lady. Both looked to still be in their teens so i understand that they don't know better. Either way no one should ever act like that in general and i am very disappointed with the service here it was disrespectful and my 7 year old son said he did not want to come back here with tears in his eyes. Id like something to be done about your staffing as this was way out of line. Other wise i think it was a great experience and the other workers were extremely helpful.

I had my sons' birthday party in October at the Mississauga location. Worst place I ever had a party for my son!!!! I was highly disappointed. The staff were unfriendly (except for the young man who was our party host). There was no sign to indicate my son was one of the birthday kids, so my guest were confused on where to put their stuff. I let the staff know and nothing was changed. Staff charged my guest even though I paid for the party package. The staff said the pizza company forgot the order so we had to sit around and wait until it was finally delivered. Everything was so unprofessional and I truly feel like it was a waste of almost $500. I am truly disappointed and I really expected better. I have had many other parties at other places and this was by far...... the worst. I even called to make a complaint. I was told the General manager would contact me and then I was rushed off the phone. It is now November and I am still waiting for the call. These people just want your money. They don't care about guest experience. Trust me, this is not the first trampoline park I've hosted a party. It's a shame I wanted to try something new for my kids.
Great way to exercise and have fun! Lots of trampolines and different courses/areas. From a free jumping zone, to trampoline dodgeball, ninja warrior, and just a foam pool to jump into. You have to wear their custom socks with grip, which is only $2 and you can keep them. The free jumping area was nice and large, and there's mostly free space to jump on. Great to see how high you can launch yourself. There are 3 Ninja warrior courses. A beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Each one offers a slightly different course layout, albeit small with only 3 segments each. Still fun to run them. The dodgeball area is the most fun. However, you need a minimum of 6 players to start a game up and they would close one court down (of 2 total) if there's not enough people. The only negative part, as my group would rather not want to pelt children with balls. If you're an adult, go with more than 4 or 5, or else you can't play, especially if there's kids playing already. Go on a weekday as it is filled with young children, and some parts are booked off by birthday parties so even if you wait, they'll lock it out for 15-60 minutes.
Terrible supervising staff. Across 3 separate jumping areas we were yelled at by the young lady supervising at that time. It was very unclear that a particular zone was "Toddlers Only" since there were no zone signs and on the single occasion a toddler was present, he was jumping around the adult area with little to no supervision. The shouting from the supervisor was unclear while jumping and as we kindly approached her to clarify what the issue was, my adult brother was asked "Are you a toddler?". Her minimum effort attitude was completely unnacceptable and should be reviewed. We ended up leaving the main trampoline area with the foam pit and obstacle course due to that staff member. The dodgeball area was unsupervised and thus was a great experience for us as we didn't experience the rudeness we had before. The basketball & wall run area appeared to be unstaffed. There was a staff member nearby laying down on a couch on a video call. It was unclear if she was working or on a break.

Pleasantly surprised with the staff at this location. Booked a party recently here and from begging to end whether talking on the phone or the day of the staff were great! Any and all of my questions were answered and communication was great. Everyone was friendly. Our party host Seleen the day of was great and very kind to the kids. She was always around to help out or answer any questions. Offered to distribute the pizza, cut the cake and even play a game with the kids! We booked our party Sunday and early at 10 AM and it was great because there wasn't a lot of people there yet so we didn't have to worry about the smaller kids getting knocked over or having to wait to play anywhere. My one and only complaint would be our party room was located by the front door in the corner and even though there was a print wrapped on the windows it got very hot and almost uncomfortable so I'm really happy we didn't book later in the day it would have been too hot. I would book here again!

We had an awful experience. Was told you could order pizza between 11:30-12, so I took my 3 young kids to the counter at 11:50, I paid for the pizzas and was told it would be 20-30 minutes longer. At this point my kids were hungry but they said they could wait. Otherwise we were gonna leave Sky Zone to eat lunch elsewhere. We ended up waiting an hour and 15 minutes before the pizzas actually arrived. Then we had to wait in a long line up again by the time we were finally served the ladies at the counter were very rude and ignorant to my daughters. My kids didn’t end up eating until 1:30pm. They were starving and unhappy. This place also has no places to sit to eat food as people put all their coats on the few tables that are there all day and then go play and don’t even sit at the tables. There’s barely any couches like other trampoline parks have and bathrooms are inconveniently located. Terrible experience considering we paid $150 including our food to be here.
Text: I took my child for the day and paid with my debit card on April 2nd, 2023. I did not sign up for a membership but they proceeded to withdraw money from my account each month until I caught the withdrawal. After reaching out, I was told that I had signed an agreement and they emailed me a PDF document of the 8 page agreement. There was no signature. That is because I NEVER signed such an agreement. I have disputed the transactions and got all my money back from my bank. It's a shame that Remington S., Membership Services Coordinator, would not take responsibility for their error. I see other reviews that this is a common occurrence. It’s a real disappointment that establishments like this would scam customers in this way. I am writing this review to WARN others to be vigilant and check your bank statements!!!

Safety is NOT a priority for this place. Most of the areas were not monitored by staff. Brought this to the manager’s attention at least 5 times after which we stopped caring and just focused on our own kids and ensuring that they were not being pushed, hit, cut in line, etc. Most staff who are “monitoring” are either chatting with each other and ignoring the kids, or are staring into space and not noticing any of the potentially dangerous behaviour. Had to ask a number of older youth to stop rough housing around smaller kids. I don’t know how this place is able to maintain insurance. Just because parents sign a waiver does NOT mean that you can be as negligent as you wish. It’s only a matter of time before someone egrets seriously injured. Mohammad appeared to be the only staff member doing their job.

This place is unsafe for kids. Her last 3 visits to Skyzone have been very traumatic for my daughter. She has been pushed around by other kids on multiple occasions, and twice she was hurt (in one of those, she nearly sprained her ankle when she fell when one of the kids pushed her hen she was on the trampoline). Another instance which I witnessed myself was - she was on the horizontal roped ladder, and one kid shook it and my daughter fell. I had complained to the staff there, and they paid no heed, saying 'they are kids, what can we do!'. Since the, my daughter is too scared to go again. I wrote an email to the manager, and waited for almost a week, but didn't get any reply, leading me to write this review. They are not very responsive either. Secondly, it is not kept clean. Broken parts on the hurdles not fixed on time.

Had my daughters Birthday Party today were I got the Mega package. After discussing with the organizers over phone that I need the closed glass room given I am paying $600 for 10 jumpers and they confirmed that I would. I arrive today and I found out that they just stuck me in the corner of the party area where there’s just dividers between each party, no privacy what so ever people were walking in and out of our area. A complete rip off will not be back again. I complained at the front when I was settling my bill and they were like there’s nothing they can do just pay!! don’t reply to my review saying contact the manager as I won’t. Other parents should know know what to expect before booking any more birthday parties at your place. Oh and they don’t give the small bags with the plastic cheap bottle any more so make sure to bring your own.
The day we went there, it was so busy. And it seems to me that they accepted registrations beyond the parks capacity. Non-jumpers are allowed on the jump area, I can tell cause they don’t have proper jump socks nor the wrist band tag. In the dodgeball area, there was a time when a kid was trying to throw the ball too hard so many times at a particular kid, and there was a team member on site but she doesn’t seem to care at all. And I notice a lot of tripping hazards in & out of the jump area, without proper signs. I understand that these kind of facilities may tend to cause some injuries but it is not an excuse to make extra precautions on safety, after all most of their visitors are children. Although I know that my son had a good time playing with his friends, but I’m afraid that we won’t be back here anymore, for safety reasons.
My son, my nephew and their friends really enjoy this place. It's a great way to get them to burn off some of that energy they have. The price to jump for a day was $75 it was cheaper to buy a monthly pass at $65 dollars. This way the boys can come and jump/bounce and do whatever their hearts desire for movement. I've heard no complaints so far and they've gone multiple times already which attests to the fun factor for them. The pass essentially pays for itself. We've also used the facility to host birthday parties and we have also attended parties here as well. All good all around. A sweaty gaggle of kids at the end. Ensure they bring a refillable water bottle to keep them hydrated. Snacks and drinks are available for sale but I find it pricey. The kids will eat before, jump then home for a meal. Works out perfectly everytime.
Honest review: Had my daughter birthday party at this location for just under 30 kids. It was super busy and way over capacity. Two kids were jumping per square, it was also dangerous for todlers in the baby section, people took their kids and left since they were bumping into each other. Huge line ups at the obstacle courses. Felt like a Disney land line up for a ride. Also the washrooms were in unusable condition. Guests complained that they couldn't use the washrooms and waited until they got home The birthday section crammed like 5 birthdays at a time and put a divider to section it off. There was no place to put the food/cake. We ended up putting it on the floor. Complained and filled out a survey online, they said that jump passes are in the mail since February, and nothing came.
This place is so fun for kids and adults. They have a dodge ball area, basketball shooting, a foam pit, ab amazing obstacle course and lots of trampolines to jump around on. Great way for kids to expend their energy. I highly recommend purchasing a membership as it's cheaper than paying per visit if you intend to visit more than once. Also during the winter this place is the best for the kids to play on really cold days. I always get a membership during the cold months. The only thing this place needs to really work on is cleanliness- the floors are always sticky and the bathrooms do not have toilet paper and need to be cleaned more regularly.

Went in on 7th of may and then wasn’t informed about the membership charge coming out of bank account every month and when I happened to see the charge and reached out to them that I live 105 km away and won’t be able to come back to use it rather than helping me out. They just said that you would be having a membership and until unless it’s cancelled will be deducting money from your credit card. I tried calling them numerous times was shocked to see that no one responded for good 45 minutes and the next time I called and I selected an option is to book for the party and someone responded right away. Very unprofessional, customer service and it’s better if you hire mature people than hiring kids.
Families, be forewarned NOT to sign up for the monthly pass they push upon customers. I tried it for 1 month out of curiosity and then cancelled. Despite having confirmation of cancellation, they continued to charge my account for months. When I called them to complain, they told me they wouldn't refund these fees because "each member had to be listed to be cancelled". We only had 1 account under my 4 yr old son's name. I was merely listed as his guardian and they refused to refund me because my name was attached. Awful customer service. Literally stealing from families and pointing to absurd terms & conditions that are not made clear up front, nor upon cancellation. Sky Zone are crooks.
What this place desperately needs is an Adult who is running things. I feel so bad for the kids working there, dealing with entitled parents and their like minded children. Way too crowded. You'll pay for 90 minutes, but you'll be active for half and wait the rest of the time. Not nearly enough parking, the site suggests arriving early, this is so you can circle the parking lot for 20 minutes before getting in line. I'm still giving two stars instead of zero, because for all of its faults my children had a blast. They are young and don't know better. Thankfully there is no shortage of over priced family activities in this city, and we will be sure to try somewhere else next time.
Recently had my daughter's birthday party here. Very stressful party. Rude or rather overworked staff. Horrible delipidated corner was assigned for the cake cutting - dull & dark. They didn't even have a microphone to announce and call up the kids to the party area (which they had confirmed at the time of booking). Cheap cutlery. Even the tee shirt for the birthday girl which was a part of the party package had to be asked for. Kids had fun obviously as they always do jumping around. But a very stressful & tiring party. There was nothing for parents to feel relaxed and enjoy even after spending good money.

"I had a fantastic time at Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Mississauga! The variety of trampoline activities and attractions kept me entertained throughout my visit. The dodgeball games were an absolute blast, and I loved trying out the foam pit jumps and slam dunk lanes. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring everyone's safety while having fun. The park's cleanliness and well-maintained trampolines added to the overall enjoyable experience. Whether you're a kid or an adult, Sky Zone is a great place to have an active and exhilarating day of bouncing and laughter."

Thank you for hosting a special day for my son's 4th bday. The event was well organized with no hassles. We were able to bring our own food, they provided us with a fridge, I got half an hour or more to finish up bday decors with the host help, and there was no negativity about providing extra utentils and such for us. It was fun, relaxed and organized in a timely manner. The kids had a blast and we all enjoyed it. Highly recommend anyone here who would like to keep their child's birthday ! Shout out to Abdul for helping us and for being so helpful kind and for going that extra mile to make sure we were all okay. 5 star because of him.
I planned double party for both my kids today and with over 26 kids I was worried it would be difficult to manage. But everything went great and my party host Abdelqader was amazing. Not only he helped checking in the kids and accomodate last minute numpers increase. He also helped decorating the place, make sure all kids wash their hands before pizza time (not easy with 26 kids between 3 and 10). .. He was with us all the time. Until the party ended, he helped in cutting cake, distributing food among kids, I will be asking for AQ to be my party host next time. :)

Overall it was a fun experience. Definitely more entertaining for older kids/adults. I would like to see a toddler zone to make it safer for younger kids who want to also have fun. But the locker situation is kind of annoying. Every time you need to grab something (water for the kids) you have to put another $2 to lock it up again (which btw you need change for or else you have to withdraw money from an ATM and get charged $3.5 banking fee). It would more convenient if there was an added per visit fee with the admission price to use the lockers for the time you’re there so you can reopen the lockers as much as you need.
Very fun place for kids of all ages , even adults. I usually never have a problem but today I was very upset with 2 of the workers that were working there , 2 black girls, absolutely rude. I would've given 5 stars but because of the rude behavior I'm giving 4 stars. I was able to speak to the manager about their behavior and I'm glad she spoke well and listened to the concern i had . I would still recommend the place ,the only thing is please teach your staff some customer service and how to speak to a customers i was already exhausted and the last thing I needed was bad customer service and attitude from the workers.
FILTHY! With all the staff they have there was total chaos with no controls in place. Dangerous environment with teens jumping onto where small children are jumping. It's was so dirty and seems like tables with a birthday group blocking the walkway. Are there no birthday rooms for that? To finalize we bought pizza and they were practically burnt slices, dry and not worthy of being eaten. $3.50 a slice! $6 for a slushie. I understand wanting to make money but after almost $100 for 2 children I was disgusted. Never visit this place again.

They admit too many guests so there were such long lines for everything. We waited 20 minutes for 3 minutes on the obstacle course, so most of the 90 minutes that you pay for would be spent waiting in line - it’s really not worth the money. The staff is not very helpful in directing the flow of people through the courses but it’s not really their fault - they’re probably underpaid and burnt out from having to deal with loads of kids who were running wild and jumping queues, because management didn’t put a cap how many players should be in the facility at a time. Will not be returning.
The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because my kids semi enjoyed themselves. That being said; the entire place was overcrowded and chaotic. The parking lot was no better. There didn't seem to be any limit to the amount of people they were letting into the facility and the lines to do any of the activities was extremely long. I know this company prides themselves on youth employment; however, the employees were giving conflicting directions and rules and there was absolutely no consistency. We paid for 90mins and did not even stay for the entire time.
When inquiring about a birthday party, I was assisted by a rather tall fellow. While looking into the party packages the gentleman helped me further understand the concept of the different packages (Prices,Timing ETC). Afterwards he offered to give me a tour of the party spaces and explained how to possibly get a certain room. Overall he was extremely helpful. If i do end up booking a party i will definitely be personally requesting for Adil. Thank you again for all the help!

Today’s experience @skyzone in Mississauga was not as expected. Very busy on Saturday. The place is limited in attractions, dodgeball and jumping zone are mostly available. Then cue is always on skyslam, foam zone and the wall because of their limited space capacity. Place was dirty, staff walked by and didn’t care much, but I blame also guests. Also, guests kept shoes on in mats they’re not supposed to. Kids running with socks in the washrooms and getting back to playing- that’s really unacceptable. Parking ok front and back of the building. Prices are ok.
Bad day at the trampoline park. Two kids got into a punching fight. Went on for a while with lots of foul language being screamed at each other. Workers split them up but didn't do anything to curb the language. Not sure why the parents weren't located and the kids asked to leave. Had to take my grandson to a different section to play. Then part of the group followed us and proceeded to run into the dodgeball court and steal our balls to take to the other court.

Thank you to Ryan and Alex for the hard work they do at this location, THEY ARE AMAZING!!! I SEE YOU GUYS but I think this place could be better if the staff were more involved in monitoring instead of talking to their peers because I had to intervene twice with 2 different kids fighting also a note to the parents and this is not all of them but the staff aren’t your babysitters, YOU should be monitoring your kids actions they aren’t getting paid enough to be your babysitters but overall we had a good time and thank you again to Ryan and Alex
We never been to Skyzone before and it was always Aerosports for us. We were really amazed by the obstacle course as well as the foam pit. It was a great use of time for the kids and they thoroughly enjoyed it. This would easily keep the kids engaged for at least 2 hours comfortably. I strongly recommend this place if you haven't visited at all. There is no entry fees for the parents and the daily prices during weekends are $30 which is reasonable in my view

I made a membership subscription & they got my Credit card details & was told that I can cancel at any time. I canceled 2 weeks before the renewal date & received a confirmation for cancellation & that my card will not be charged. however my Credit card was charged with the subscription fees. I contacted them tried to get a refund however they told me to come to the store & then told to email the head office. it is not the money but way how they deal with their mistakes. don't subscribe with them. Update: Matter was solved with membership team
My kids love this place, especially the ninja course. However, the place could use a little cleaning and some air. It's pretty hot. Also, I noticed most of the staff is doing more socializing with each other than working. I had to remind one of them to watch their station because the kids were not adhering to some important rules and the little ones can really get hurt. It's really the management that has to pay attention.

my kids had a blast at this trampoline park! The obstacle course added an extra level of excitement to the jumping fun. The membership fee was quite reasonable, making it a great value for regular visits. My only small concern was that the air conditioning could be improved. It got quite humid inside, especially during peak hours. Other than that, it's a fantastic place for some high-flying fun! ♂️

I had a great time at the SkyZone in Mississauga. This is one of the most impressive and largest of the Sky Zone facilities I’ve been to. They have the Elite Warrior, Junior warrior and warrior obstacle course! It resembles a Ninja playground or challenge course. They have a massive foam pit with a ladder and other obstacles. They have two basketball lanes and two huge warp walls. There were a group of kids playing dodge ball and their GM Sean gave me a tour of the place with a smile :)
The place has a nice setup, what i disliked very much was the fact that you can’t play there with your own kids together. Except you and your kids are the same size... felt reminded on weird school days, whatever you do, someone comes and said something like: You can’t jump here, or Your son can’t jump here, or You can’t jump together here, don’t lean on the walls, your son is not allowed to go there, he is to young, I’m too old. We were literally unable to do things together.
Greatly Overpriced! $33 per child to jump around for 90 minutes. It’s only worth doing if you get a membership. But that membership only works at one location and doesn’t even get you a discount at others. With the parking lot being full, I’m probably in the minority by complaining about the price. The staff is nice and your kids will have fun. But I won’t come back.

Honestly I would not ever come back unless there’s new everything. Meaning the place was very , very dirty trash everywhere and you couldn’t sit down cause drinks was spilled. Kids jumping over the little kids. Maybe I came on the wrong day I guess. I wanted to give no stars but it wouldn’t let me post till I at least color in one of them, but i grade a ZERO

I went here with my three daughters, and purchased passes for 90 minutes that costed around $100. When they went to the jumping zone, there were no trampolines available and numerous other kids sitting around without a trampoline to jump on. I payed for 90 minutes but with the number of people we would be lucky if they got half an hour of jumping time. They should cap the number of jumpers to ensure everyone gets the full turn they payed for.
So crowded specially on weekends, do not have enough trampoline mats to accommodate kids, on weekends its look like mess, not recommended between 1 to 6 on weekends. Your kid have to wait atleast 20 min to do any activity. Also the staff keeping their shoes on all the time over the mats, very disgusting to see them walking on the sides of the trampoline with the shoes on.

I visited Sky Zone Mississauga on a weekday it was not very busy, my daughter lost an item, that was picked up by another customer. The staff went above and beyond to retrieve the item. I was not expecting such great customer service by the staff and management, I was super impressed and will continue to be a loyal customer and will recommend to many others.

Although the place is full of distracted parents on their phones, and most kids seem to be there unattended, also they try to sell everyone who enters the place a membership (worth it if you visit at least twice). Snacks, ice cream, pizza and coffee sold on site. Great place to keep kids busy, fit and off the screens.

It's a nice place for kids to have fun but if you don't like too crowded places then don't go here on a weekend. Came here for a bday party last weekend. The gift that I placed in the bday boy locker was gone, and the other group party took it. They have to be better organized with big parties so this won't happen.

For the money you pay is not bad at all. Yes it is very busy place and yes Not a very big place compared to other places but what you pay and what you get. Overall experience, kids loved the play. If you live in or around square one, then it's a good location and price tag isn't bad either. Could have been cleaner place buy hey it also depends on us parents too to let our kids know not to be messy.
We just had our son's birthday party there, great time! We got the Mega vip package and no regrets, we just had to show up and bring the cake. They took care of everything, including the candles that I forgot to bring . Amazing for busy parents who want to give their kids the best experience without the stress.

I wonder if the fire Marshall should inspect this place that it would be deemed over capacity. My kids have been to two birthday parties in the past 2 months at the Mississauga location and both times it was jammed packed. The staff can't be bothered to keep order -they're too busy chatting with each other. Food and garbage is everywhere. The bathrooms are atrocious. They really need to do better!
I would give it zero stars if I could, equipment was broken and worn down, it was a small building and over 300 people were packed together, this resulted in long lineups, you only get 1 hour 30 mins so you spend most of your time waiting in line. No windows so you feel very claustrophobic, Another downside is there was a foul odour. Wanted a better experience for the amount of money I paid.
This isnt specific to this location - the company has a disappointing membership system. Cancel within three days of your monthly renewal or else they charge you for the entire next month. I only found this out when trying to cancel my membership the day before the renewal. Despite moving away from the area, I'm paying $70 for two memberships for this month without any chance of using them.
Great place to go for some fun! It gets quite busy on weekends so I would go early in the morning. The lockers are $2 and single use only. Make sure to bring change with you. The place was very clean and staff was helpful. There is parking in front and at the back of the building. Must try at least once.

Fun for the kids without question. Employees are still in high school and absolutely couldn’t careless for safety of the kids. Saw a few checking the phones as multiple kids were bouncing up and down when rules show there should be only 1 at a time. Most importantly, this place is insanely expensive. 2 kids with socks came up to almost $70 for 90 minutes. Plus 2 drinks another $15. Unreal
Yes Kids Do Enjoy But I Think Flying Squirrel Is Much Better. No place to sit, disorganized, level of cleanliness is not up to the mark. Overall The staff members whom I interacted with, they were just rushing to get the end meet and it wasn’t the super rush hour yet. A lot needs to be addressed.

She actually stopped to chat with us for a few minutes. I would definitely request her again personally for another party. Good job.

The manager didn't treat us well. We were at this place today, Me and my son were at his friend's birthday party, all of his friends were there welcoming us, but we couldn't enter the trampoline park. We called the manager but he maltreated us cussing at us, they also told us to do this form, which didn't even work at the end. We ended up leaving, horrible experience.
It's mostly for kids although advertised for all ages. There are not too many activities do to on trampoline. Not sure why they force to buy their orange socks. No where on their website or the disclaimer it says buying them is a requirement. You need to pay $2 to use their lockers.

Way too crowded, no room to do anything, paid $70 for me and my girlfriend to get trampled by little kids and wait in lines. Ultimately just a glorified germ pit, far too crowded, with tons of lines and waiting. If only they could somehow manage to limit the amount of people who attend to make a better experience for everybody. Almost like a “capacity limit”?
Our kids love this place, it's a great trampoline park. However I made the mistake to get the monthly membership for all 4. My intention was to use it a few time that month and cancel after but here we are 4 month later with payments still being deducted from my credit card. I've emailed, I've called, I've filled out their cancelation form on their website twice.
Really fun for adults and kids. Bought a membership to take my kids and my wife and I enjoy it just as much. Awesome place In general. Although, it's very dirty and not well kept. Definitely shows that the employees don't really care about the place. But still overall great.

Do not recommend for adults especially on a weekend. Went with my cousins on a Saturday and it was, of course, crawling with children with long lines for every station. Most of the staff was great but there was one man who was terrible at managing the lines. It's was okay for a one time experience but wouldn't return. I'm sure the kiddos had a blast though.
Arranged for play date for my son and a few friends during march break! It was very busy to say the least, the place was packed with people. Ryan the supervisor was very attentive and served us in a timely fashion. Made sure our food came on time and checked on us throughout our time at the facility. Thanks again Ryan and the rest of the staff members.
Lack of staff, staff needs more training in handling high traffic. They have a toddler zone, which was almost empty while the toddlers were jumping in the main area. Not safe for both adults and kids. Always been a fun experience prior, disappointed this time.

A perfect spot for kids to enjoy their jumping Time . There are basically 3-4 activities and they are worth spending. Staff here is super friendly and helpful in nature, its quite clean but it's also visitor's responsibility to keep it clean by not throwing anything on floor. There is one washroom outside of park it's clean. …
Parent be aware, defending your child (or someone elses for the matter) from a parent who decides to yell at a child, I can say that stuff or management isn't concerned. They watch and side with the abuser asking the advocate to step aside.

I felt like a kid again just being amazed at the heights these guys went to (literally) to get these giant walls set up! The dragon is just terrifying but in the way that makes you want to do it one day. Had a blast and am coming back. Recommended to those with better upper body strength and they have varying difficulty levels.
Cool experience for one time..over crowded with little kids running around. No concept of space or cleanliness. Overall it was fun and something different to do but I will never return to this location. If you're going to rent a locker then make sure you take toonies. Little kids under 6 should have their own section.

The kids had a lot of fun jumping around, definitely a great way for them to exercise. But in my opinion, the music is too loud and the air circulation needs to be improved - super hot. It would be great if the place can turn up the air conditioning.

Sky Zone Mississauga is an amazing spot for Adults, Kids, Families and Couples to hangout. The atmosphere is Positive and Upbeat! Their Playlist of Music is so Lively and Energetic! Thank you to the staff that made Our Experience Memorable! They are Professional, Responsible and Kind! We'll see you all soon!
It's always a blast to go jump at the skyzone. Great family activity and perfect to do exercise! We go at least once a week with our daughter since we could get a 360day pass. The staff is always kind and respectful. At busy time it's hard to find spot to jump so it's better to go when there is less people.
Good place for kids. But it’s concerning that they have an toddlers zone and accept 2+ years for trampoline. Ideal age for trampoline should be 5+ only. 2+ year olds can have bone/ muscle/ligament issues. Most parents don’t know this. Moreover they sign a waiver to be legally safe. At your own risk stuff
Came for a bday party. It’s very crowded, lots of kids and staff don’t control the jumping area too well, kids are running around and sone staff didn’t try to stop them. Couple young kids got knock down and cry. Been here couple times for bday party and drop in to play, this time is the worst experience.
Spent hours here with my nephew, he and others kids and teens I saw had so much fun. We had to talk him into allowing us leave to another place we had agreed to pick up stuff. I wish I had prepared to partake but I wasn't. My next visit would be as a partaker, I hope to give an updated review thereafter
Very hot! One of our kids had a heatstroke, despite drinking and frequent trips to the washrooms to refresh. I was not feeling well either, even though I lived in hot countries. We won't ever go again in summer.

Great place to take the kids. Go early. Most days are good. But during March Break and Long weekends stay clear it's packed! They say complete the form on line but I couldn't change my kids date of birth. Suggestion: They should have booked time slots and a max amount of kids per time slot.

My kids had a great time. The only problem is that some kids are cutting the line. Staff dont do anything, and i saw a fight almost break out between parents. And again, staff did nothing! I am thinkingbof getting a season pass for the kids but might trybother location!
I went with a friend in April around 11 am during the week and it was so quiet :) We had a lot of fun just chilling and doing things at our pace and because there was barely anyone around we got to try things on the ninja course several times until we go it. Great time!
Very good atmosphere. We went early Sunday and basically had the park to ourselves. 15 of us. Great time. We bought the party room and pizza party for 1 hr. They did an amazing job.

We had a superb birthday party at Skyzone. Our host was very attentive, prompt, kind and organized so our entire time there was a delightful experience! The facility could use some upgrades but when we arrived, it was clean and not too busy which was a plus.
The AC was not working, and the staff did not disclose this to us prior to our children going in. The adults weren’t jumping and we felt too hot and faint. The children ages 2-7 only played for about 10 minutes Before they were too hot and felt faint.
Worst management ever seen. Staff there will not tell you that you are buying subscription model. I was told this was one time payment but after a month realized when they deducted money. Staff should be trained so they can tell customers everything.
Amazing experience. It’s a super fun place. We took the monthly pass which is cheaper than buying a day pass. It’s a fun place for both kids and adults!
