To whom it may concern, The staff named Adam who served $10 party blackJack table on 04/11 at the night being very unprofessional and racist! This guy raised his voice and used impolite & impatient tune to answer me when I asked the rules about the party blackjack. Just another 5mins after, he ignored the customers who is waiting to play and start to ask a Asian female staff to drop some garbage while the bin is just next to him, it is completely not professional at all especially in such a high level public area. Mr/Ms. Manager & Supervisor, if you don't trust me, please go ahead and check the surveillance camera on that now and see if I am talking about the truth or not. This issue shouldn't never happen in Skycity and such staff should never be hired. Regards.

It was great but I entered unlawfully due to barring myself for life. Facial recognition was working at the time, and I was eventually forced to leave due to a barring notice from the corruption casino. I've entered the venue several times with my self barring for life and their barring notice. At the time I was asked to leave there were 2 representatives one was security and the other was operations manager. I will enter the venue in the near future and as they stated that SA police will be called the next time I enter the venue. I am an addicted gambler and I will never stop gambling with my life. The Adelaide/Sky city casino is unfortunately not on crown land but I will lodge an official complaint with the ACCC and my local federal member of parliament.

We went to the balcony bar. Whilst the views would be fantastic in the daylight, at night we found the glass safety barrier way too reflective and too high to provide a decent viewing experience Not sure why it was so bad here but for some reason it works at 2KW for example Also on the night we went it was very cold and wet - inside the bar as well as outside There seemed to be little or no heating provided Also all the chairs and tables were totally wet, yet they weren't adequately wiped down by staff if at all. You could see people arriving and quickly leaving due to this I did take some lovely photos (see below) but I had to hold my phone high above the reflective glass barrier to do it Lucky I'm tall.

Yeah, it's a Casino so you could be lucky or not. Plenty of bars. My personal favourite is the sports bar. If you like sports and a bet or Keno then this #1 in Adelaide. It's central to meet up with friends or groups, in general. Public transport to the door. Great deals for drinks in the late arvo with discount drinks. $4 from 4pm $5 from 5pm & $6 from 6pm, simple. You get even more discounts if you sign up with their Sky City card. It's worth it as it's free to join, just come with current licence for ID. With cheap meals on different days it's a winner every day. The meals I posted were Lobster tail @ $20 & chicken schnitzel at $23. Just do it! Cheers , Q.

One of the must-go place of Adelaide and the only casino in South Australia. Whether you are coming from interstate or from South Australia, this place is a place to relax with so many options to choose from. Obviously, it is a great gaming area with roulettes, black jacks, and poker tournaments. Lots of popular signature restaurants like Sean's kitchen, ITL, and Madam Hanoi. Other quick and daily deal restaurants and cafes like Guardsman, Central Cafe, Lucky Noodles. Got a rooftop bar called SOL, too. And live music during weekends in District, plus live sports to enjoy from Sports Bar.

Great poker room, handful of 2/2 tables running that had a great mix of friendly locals up for a chat. Any skill level is welcome and would recommend for a first timer! For those who are interested, rake was 10% on 2/2 capped at $16 with $1 of that going towards the jackpot (currently at $35000 for royal flush) 2/5 rake was 5% capped at $21 with $1 for jackpot. They also run a high card on some nights which is drawn at 11pm. If you are the winner of the highest holding at the end of this time you also get a $250 bonus for the night. None of the higher limit tables seem to get up often.

I had a fab time here. Most staff are friendly. I won on the machines and didn't even know till someone pointed it out. 10% off food and drinks if you're a member. For month of March 2023 - free parking if you spend over $10. Happy hour drinks (4pm on a sat is when we were there) were amazing value - $4 for sparkling wine. Had a nice decaffeinated latte. Came here after taking my UK friend on Popeye. He's never been to a casino but he enjoyed the excitement. Will definitely come back. As a girl I would feel safe on my own in here. I recently visited Sky City Adelaide for lunch and was blown away by their amazing deals. I decided to try the lobster mornay special and it did not disappoint! The lobster was cooked to perfection and the mornay sauce was simply divine. The lunchtime atmosphere was perfect, with great service from the friendly staff. I would highly recommend visiting Sky City Adelaide for lunch and trying out their special deals, especially the lobster mornay. You won't regret it!

Not bad for a Casino, there are many bars and a large sports bar too. The District plays live music and serves food as well. There is a roof top bar with a decent view called Sol, that was a nice experience. I'm not much of a gambler but there is mainly electronic gaming and very little old human interaction tables. The best part is the Casino is open late all the weekend that I am aware of, which was handy as you could sit for a drink at anytime.

I am talking about the Guardsman restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful and the steak was cooked to perfection. It was great to see products from South Australia instead of cheap imports! It is a place where you can taste a great variety of South Australian beers without having to drive all over the place. The restaurant is next to the railway station, which means you can enjoy a nice meal , a few drinks and take the train home.

Skycity Sol Rooftop restaurant has an extraordinarily great five course menu, but the real star to the show was our waiter Jordan. He made a great night exceptional with his great service, genuine dialogue and quick wit. It turned the evening for us on our anniversary into a FIVE STAR night. Thanks Jordan. You are the best food attendant I have encountered in all of Adelaide. Not exaggerating. Please make him manager.

I went here with one of my best friends..he signed me up as a member and we got straight into it..we gambled, had drinks, found a secluded verandah for a ciggie and a chat..jumped into a really interesting massage chair..got snacks. A hot chocolate then headed back home..we were pooped..it was a really great night..the staff were friendly as..we had no dramas at all..thanks sky city....xx

Not much food options for the average person and drinks are expensive. Casino itself is inside the stunning architecture of the old Adelaide Railway Station. It is beautiful place for those who can take their eyes away from the pokies or tables. All staff pleasant. Enjoyable evening if you assume that the money you are willing to gamble is gone before you walk in.

Cocktails were amazing I had a delish amaretto sour and staff were so nice and friendly and we enjoyed our evening here. The tables weren’t too busy and the atmosphere was great. The bar tenders were so sweet and the signage was very good so it was easy to know where everything is. The casino is also very central a few minutes walk from Rundle Mall.

Nice place to visit if you want to try to gamble for the first time. Ambience is good and the smell in the place is very attracting in a good way, not sure why. We had our dinner here as well, would be a 5 star but gave it a 4 cause our meal arrived almost 45 mins late as they had issues with the gas at the kitchen not working on that day.

I hadn't been for years, it's been extended, very modern, more bars, places to sit and have a drink. Good for a meal or snacks. Seen a couple live singers/ band. Very covid safe, plenty of security. Very clean & tidy, staff very on it. Obviously if you want to gamble, there's lots of different areas to entertain yourself

Attended a Tasting Australia event at Madame Hanoi with friends. Madame's Gin Takeover Festival of Food. Lovely surroundings. Gin cocktails sympathetically paired with the food. A lovely evening of wining and dining. Bought a bottle of the locally made Gin to take home. Really enjoyed this event.

Wow. Enjoyed every minute. Great location with easy access from the train. Nice array of tables and Poker machines. Fantastic dining at extremely great rates. Choosing Patty Macs casual dining upstairs was a hard choice. We were pleasantly surprised with the friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Its a big place.. beautiful. Though I felt lost in there and wasn't sure where I could go and what was available to me. Some information about whats inside could be posted in the entrance.. or more valets available to assist the 'lost'. The only assistance I got was told not to take photos

Tidy and plenty of staff. Bit surprised by the atm withdrawal limits out the front though. Hotel's Gambling responsibility allows a max of $250.00 per card. Could get $1000.00 out per card here. Very non responsible Adelaide Casino. I guess that's how they manage to pay for all the staff.

The boozy brunch at Sol rooftop was just what we needed to kick off my friends hen's night. The service here was incredible and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive - I would visit again here for the service alone. The cocktails and the brunch was too notch too

A really nice place to go to loose your money ! Drinks are a good price and happy hour is even better . The restaurant has some tasty and surprisingly good value meals . Steak was perfect. They have done a wonderful job converting the old railway station.

Mega make over, fantastic to see Adelaide welcome a new benchmark in multi entertainment venues. A massive improvement with a variety of bar and eatery options, including a premium rooftop bar and restaurant that captures views as far as the eye can see.

Oh what a night, it really was. The ballroom was decorated so beautifully for the xmas in July show. The food was absolutely amazing; staff were attentive and friendly. The show was brilliant, well done all round. Worth every cent and more! Brilliant!

Bartender 'cut us off' because we had too many drinks on our table. Even though 2 of our friends only just arrived and have had 2 drinks so far...... whole entire staff and security kept looking at us and made us feel really uncomfortable. Ridiculous

One of the best hotels i have had the pleasure of staying at in Adelaide. The rooms are spectacular, the staf are extremely good at their job, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for the luxurious get away from the everyday grind.

Enjoyed dinner from Central Cafe. Didn't enjoy Martina at the cashier who was unpleasant from the moment we approached the cashier counter. Complained that she had to now do paperwork while shaking her head at us and grunting.

Nice casino with great sign up bonuses. Lots of food options inside with absolutely fantastic deals. Good range of casino games and really nicely laid out. Comfortable for someone who doesn’t visit the casino much.

Is not just one place. Is fun entertaining and obviously a bit expensive, but nothing crazy. The restaurant is amazing, with plenty of tables to play and also the bar with live music "the district" is so much fun.

Used to go in the 80s and it’s changed. No apparent dress code and most of the casino games have been replaced with pokies. No craps (main gripe) and the two up has gone. Really lacks the atmosphere I remember.
