Excellent Service. I went in with my 2 year old to get some quick info and come back solo. Though i cannot remember the gentleman's name, he greeted my little one and took the time to make it possible for us to actually look around and try things out. He kept answers as detailed as they needed to be; though I can tell there was more to be said; this was done in consideration of our state *read impatient 2 year old* . We did choose one; however it was not to our firmness we came back in, and stated as such, and with no hesitation , found a different one, that addressed the issue. paid the difference and in a few days the new one had arrived and swapped. No hassles, no issues, no fine print; just the was one would expect. The delivery team as very quick and efficient too. They called ahead, on-time( little early even) asked where it going, and where is the other.. and bam; before I knew it .. sign here, you're all set! So thank you guys, and Sleep Country for making this happen so effortlessly.

The experience was good overall, the associate who sold me two sets of Egyptian cotton Sunset, 4 wool pillows, 4 pillow protectors, and a mattress protector was great. She told me about the quality guarantee etc. Unfortunately, when I returned to pick up back ordered protectors, after the lengthy covid shutdown, she was no longer there and although I mentioned a concern about two of the Egyptian pillow covers being two small for the pillows, the associate present then did not offer any resolution other than selling me two more Egyptian cotton pillowcases. Down a star and lost a customer. The quality of the products, other than the pillowcases, is good but not excellent.

I recently purchased an entire bed set up (i.e. frame, box frame and mattress) from this location and was extremely pleased with the service provided by Geoff. He was so knowledgeable and answered every single question that we had. Geoff was very personable and took time to explain the differences between the many brands styles helped us find exactly what we needed. My wife and I had been suffering from morning back pain for years, but ever since we purchased our new bed from Geoff we've never felt better. Thank you so much! Anyone I know that is looking for a new bed, I will be sure to send them to this store and to specifically talk to Geoff. Thanks again!! 11/10

Moving to Ottawa and needed a mattress. With Covid-19 (plus moving ~400 kilometers) and Sleep Country's website being on the fritz, I needed to call a store to coordinate a purchase and delivery. The Strandhurst store was the first number that came up, and am I ever grateful. I was helped by Suki, who might just be the loveliest person in sales in the greater Ottawa area. She helped me pick a great mattress, a mattress cover, coordinated delivery with my move, and got me discounts on everything. I came in under budget! My only regret is that I'm not physically in Ottawa, I'd love to thank her in person. Look for Suki if you're in Nepean and need a new mattress.

We had an excellent experience with both Ayham and Mark at this location, during two separate visits. With Ayham, he went through various questions about our preferences, sleeping style, and comfort expectations before recommending an exceptional mattress for my wife and I. We were very pleased with his service, knowledge and professionalism. In our second visit Mark helped us choose two pillows and some accompanying sheets for our new bed and we were happy with his service too. Thank you for a wonderful experience, gentlemen!

I went there looking for a specific pillow product, their salesman was pushy and upsold me a more expensive "better" product instead of the one I had asked to try. I ended up buying it, tried it one night and hated it, tried returning it and was told there were no returns. I was NOT informed prior to purchasing. Going forward, have the decency to inform your clients of your "no returns" policy. If an underwear store can do it for every single clients, it's not too farfetched for you to be able to do it too.

The customer service at this location is terrible. I have been calling this location so many times no one even dares to respond to the calls. Geoff Smith has a terrible attitude towards customer. He is the most rude employee I have ever dealt with. He would totally ignore you if this about post-sales. We had a terrible experience at this location. Please stay away from this location if you do not want to have trouble with Geoff.

Geoff was amazing and did not push us for a decision. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. This was the best in store experience I have had in a while! Our mattress was delivered on time and we able to track our delivery. The deliverymen were very professional as well. I'll definitely recommend this not just for variety of mattresses, but also for the outstanding customer service.

All I can say is wow! I definitely know good service when I see it and Geoff Smith is the epitome of that. He helped my husband and I find the mattress we like while multitasking with other clients and phone calls on Christmas Eve day. The process was seemless, as he offered great product knowledge and was able to help us take advantage of the boxing day sales. Thanks again for all your help, Geoff!

Worst customer service, no wonder why its always empty. As we walked into the store with our mind fully set to buy forsure but the workers attitude was beyond our imagination. It looked like he just wanted us to get out of the store already. We kept asking for his attention, and he would give us a rude answer. So overall very bad service and we walked out empty handed.

Beware of deceptive pricing. We had our eye on a Casper Hybrid for $1795 and labeled as a "hot price". The rep said red hot price labels we're the sale price. As we were leaving, the sales rep said they had 4 Casper Hybrids "on clearance" for $400 less because the "colours didn't match". That brought the price down to Casper's regular online price. Fishy.

Good experience purchasing our Tempurpedic adjustable bed. But after spending a lot of money don't expect to see your warranty honoured. Nothing but a run around and absolutely no help from the store once they have your money.

Sleep Country is the Best. My bed was delivered within a couple of days. The frame was damaged, I called them, took a picture and forwarded it. It was replaced in two days. The gentlemen even assembled it. Quick and courteous.
