Would recommend steering clear of this travel agency. They have had some unethical dealing with my family where they were paid for a service many months before covid existed and they never completed their work. We even contacted them regularly and they keep providing a moving target. If you like to travel and wonder about dealing with an agency that could give you many false promises plus keep your money when you ask for it back this is the place for you. It's not the same company it used to be.

The headoffice of Smailing Tour, one of the best travel agency in Indonesia. They have a good service, good knowledgement for every travel consultant, good package tour etc. But sometime I little bit dissappointed because some of staff there is not care with the customer and sometime the attitude how they are speaks is not good to the customer. But overall we are happy to use Smailing Tour.
