I believe I spoke to John who was very rude when I wanted a clarification about a query that I had. I wanted to take a decision on whether to file taxes on my own or with tax cpa depending on the answer to the question. Basically, they only help you if they see money. Absolute waste of time! Suggest to look for other tax accountant firms if you want good service
