Smart amusements kindly donated a "kids party package" to our kinder. My husband and I were the lucky winners of this. They were so prompt and easy to communicate with us even when we were difficult changing locations etc. The staff member Renae who set up and staffed for 5hrs the bouncing castle, fairy floss machine and laughing clowns was a credit to their business. So friendly, efficient and safety conscious. I would highly recommend their company for parties, fetes etc. Thank you!

Took kids to rides at phillip island food truck festival. My son wouldnt come down jumping castle hes only 4. Got rudely told to get up there by male attendant. Tried to explain my limited mobility due to injury. Got rudely told again my childs time up and go get him. All in front of other kids and parents, no need whatsoever to be humiliated like that. Considering i dropped 50 bucks on 2 lame kids rides, the least your attendant could do would be assist me.

My 7yr old son went on a ride at the MORDIALLOC event and was injured. Staff dealt with it shockingly telling my son to pretty much toughen up n tell the kids off himself.. my son was in tears and pain and they didn't do anything besides sorry.

loved the rides but one man didn't let my friend on the sizzler because he went to the toilet even though we had waited for 45 minutes
