We woke up on a cold Monday morning to no hot water. I called a plumber and he told me it was the off peak and to wait a day to see if it fixes itself ...If its still cold then call Aus Grid. It didn't fix itself. So I called Aus Grid and explained the problem. I waited almost all day for them to come out. The guy showed up had a 2 second look and said it wasn't Aus Grids problem. He couldn't even offer any advice. I then called Paul at Smart and Fast Electrical . I had used his services once before. Paul came to my house within 30 minutes. He traced the problem to the thermostat on the hot water tank. He then called around to find the part and went to get it. He was back in under half an hour and had it fixed in 10 minutes. This morning everyone was happy on account of not having to have a cold shower. Paul even gave me a follow call this morning to make sure it was all working. Excellent service and will definitely be using Paul for any future electrical work we have.

Paul from Smart and Fast Electrical has attended my place a few times recently for electrical jobs. These include updating a new mains electrical box, installing a security system and lastly installing 3 new bedroom ceiling fan lights. This is the second time Paul has come to our place to do work. First, he repaired our electrical panel and this time to install our new oven and he will be back to do some more electrical work. The words I would use to describe Paul and 'Smart and Fast Electrical' are amazing, professional, efficient and yet budget-friendly. The guys at SF&E put together a fantastic high end board room system and upgraded and reinvented a mess of wires into a neat well organised network. Not only did this with professionalism but guided the installation and commissioning of a significant IT upgrade, while managing other professionals involved. The team was able to undertake this project with next to no interference to my business. The instal what mostly conducted at night. No regrets. A seriously capable team.

Excellent very reasonable and very trustworthy. I called on Saturday for 9 downlights he turned up Monday to quote took me through the justification and very transparent about costs. He came back same day to install. Would use again, he was also very polite and worked around us (had shoe protectors and a COVID safe mask without me having to ask) whilst I worked from home.
