I made a reservation to park my car here for a couple days and was not given an option at the time to make the payment. I ended up getting to their location 21 minutes earlier than my reservation time. No one told us that we would have to pay extra to drop off the car early. We had to pick up the car 7:30 pm today and we got there a little after 7:20 pm. They cashier give us a final bill that was higher than our reservation price and when we asked why, she told us we went over the reserved time because we dropped off the car too early. They basically charged us an extra day because of an extra 15 minutes over reservation time. When we asked to speak to a manager, the lady told us the manager is off on vacation and there’s no one we could talk to. She claimed she was going to see what can be done but we still ended up paying extra… more than the fee for half a day just because we dropped of the car a little early. I feel this is underhanded and unscrupulous business practice as they should have told us upfront that we would incur an extra charge for dropping the car off earlier than time if reservation. We were driving from another state to JFK and could not accurately tell when our arrival time to the car park would be. If they had told us early drop off would incur an additional day fee we would have waited until our reservation time to drop the car off. I won’t be using this shady car park ever again.

Never again will I be utilizing this business. Everything went well, very smooth and simple. However, I left cash in my car that I meant to take with me but left in a hurry so I couldn't. This was $300+ left in a closed compartment in my car. When I flew back I picked up the car and once I got home I noticed the cash was all missing. I called and they didn't answer, I then called again this morning and they told me to call back later, which I did and they again told me to call later. Eventually spoke with the manager to which he offered to reimburse me the price I paid to park, which while very nice, does not compare to the amount of cash stolen from my car. He shared that no one broke into the vehicle and it doesn't go anywhere so he doesn't know what happened. It's obvious that an employee stole the cash since it was there when dropped off and not there when picked up. I'm very frustrated with this because this is serious and no one is being held responsible. Do not leave anything of any kind of value in your car if parking here, because clearly they will snoop through your stuff and take what they want.

So disappointed in our last experience and will NEVER use a long term parking again. We had a NEW car, literally 2 weeks old. It was in pristine condition. Had an early a.m. flight so our arrival at parking lot was pitch black outside. The man who took our car was friendly and nice, hence the 1 star. However a week later when we picked it up... again we arrived early a.m. when it was still dark and wanted to get out of the city before traffic. How would we see scratches in the dark? Well sure enough by the time we got home, after sunrise we saw SO many scratches all over our car. There was even white paint on our silver car door mirrors. Scratches all alongside the side and back of car. We contacted SmartPark who then told us because took the car out and didn't complain in lot that there's nothing they could do. It was pitch black when we picked it up so not sure how we would've been able to fully inspect everything at that time. Just so sickened because we literally had our new car for 2 weeks. Never ever again. (Not to mention the pickup at airport was super long).

The only parking lot I trust leaving my car with when I’m flying out of JFK! Super easy process checking in and out. When arriving to the lot you just have to pull up to the marked stop sign. Leave your keys in the car and someone will come out and hand you a ticket. If no one comes out just go inside someone will assist you. Keep the ticket as it has the number to call and for you to provide your ticket number, so when you return just call. They will tell you where to meet the driver and when you arrive at the lot your car will be parked up front. If you prepaid online the keys will be inside your car ready to go. If you have yet paid you have to go inside in order to get your keys. Shuttle bus was clean and the driver helped with my luggage. Also, I usually book online on their website but the last time it said the dates I chose was blackout dates. So I called and there was availability on my dates. So even if the website says blackout give them a call to double check. So…what are you waiting for? Book now! :)

If I could give Smart Park minus points I would. I do not like leaving bad reviews but these people are crooks and people should be aware. DO NOT USE THEM! They quoted me a price for the time I stated. I arrived 9 minutes earlier (according to them) and the flight arrived on time however they took an hour to come and pick us up so we were an hour late. For that they charged me $30 more than the quote. They were rude and unapologetic. They told me that the quote was just an estimate. I will never ever use them again. Update 6/22/23 While I feel that the way that the parking lot attendant behaved was inappropriate I want to give credit where credit is due. SmartPark contacted me and ended up reimbursing me for the extra day they overcharged me. Thank you!

This place would of got a great review from me because I had no appointment and they squeezed me in,,now the rates are very affordable, 5 days cost me 141.00 which was very good,,but my car came back to me not as I left it. There was food all over my seat (driver),,someone with oilie hands left fingers prints all over, the steering wheel, the shifter knob, my control buttons on the dash,the driver door,the window, and that's not even the worst,,someone smoking cigarettes in my car really pissed me off,,I don't have pictures because I cleaned it too fast.this is terrible service even though I tipped 3 different guys very well,,such a bad experience but you have to live and learn,,thanks smart park jfk...Paul Foulkes.

Great place! The price is not bad compared to other parking locations including on airport grounds. I ended up paying the same amount as the quote I received when I reserved my spot online. My car was not scratched or damaged in any way. One thing to keep in mind in case it isn’t obvious … they shuffle cars around throughout the time your car is parked there. Customer service was fantastic! Both drivers were friendly and helpful. The woman at reception was also friendly and helpful. I called a couple of times on separate ocasionas and she was great. The wait time for the shuttle to and from the airport was less than 10 minutes, each way. I’m pleasantly surprised by this place and definitely will park here again!

My husband and I left our truck here, because they came highly recommended. Everything went well and the customer service was awesome. However, we discovered that money was taken from the glove box. We take full responsibility for leaving the money in the car in the first place, (very stupid) but they went through the truck after we left, that is why they found the money. I called to let the manager know about the missing money, not to be reimbursed, and he said he's not worried because he doesn't have many complaints about theft. So, I guess that makes it ok? So my advice, great place to park, but make sure you leave nothing of value in the car, because it will be taken.

I am highly disppointed with their service. We landed our flight in JFK at 12:30am. We called the shuttle service as soon as we got our luggage. We waited 1hour for the shuttle to come and the lady who answered the phone continued to make excuses. She explained that the shuttle will come in 20 mins. We waited 45 mins. We called back to confirm the time and she said the guy is on the way, but there were delays and the driver had to pick other customers. Then she confirmed it will take another 5 or 6 mins, however the the shuttle still didn't come for another 15 mins. It will be the last time I use their service. The service was awful and they need to be more organized!

DO NOT USE. Our car was left for 7 nights from the end of June to July. Once the shuttle pulled into the lot, we instantly saw marks on our car. We have a 2018 that is in great condition and there were many paint chips and marks on both mirrors, the hood, and the side of the car. When we questioned the staff, they kept looking at footage taken at 5am (it was dark) and said they could see the marks. There were no marks to be seen. They said the supervisor would call us the next morning. It has been over a month and we never received a call. We disputed the charge on our credit card and were still charged. We will never use this service again.

PERFECT Transition. Pulled in at the front, went inside got the ticket, loaded luggage in the waiting shuttle. All that and time to the airport was within 15 minutes. Dropped off at my exact gate unlike some shuttles. Arrived back, picked up luggage, call them and they told me where to meet them for pick up and within 15 minutes shuttle arrived. Car was waiting at the front for me, loaded my luggage, went and paid and that's it. Was about $28 per day, tax inclusive. I didn't, but I would recommend making a reservation in advance. Traveled around Xmas and it was pretty full over there.

Some of the reviews written made me hesitant. Glad to say I went with this company! I waited no more than 5 minutes after dropping my car off to get to JFK. When I arrived back to JFK I called as I was about 10min away from finishing up in customs. I waited only a couple minutes for them to come get me! I was very surprised with how prompt and quick their services were and how organized everything was. 5 stars is an understatement! Fantastic service and friendly staff.

First time using SmartPark. Parked car for 12 days. Arrived at the lot around 9pm to drop car off. Super easy process. Shuttle immediately took me to the terminal. When I returned, called for the shuttle and they were there quickly, especially considering the traffic from construction. Car was waiting for me at the parking lot. Paid and left. Will definitely use them again when flying out of JFK.

My car was damaged whilst parked at the JFK facility and rather than support a long term (5+ year) customer they pulled the “see our small print” clause. I’ll now have to lets friends and work colleagues now to park else where. Very disappointing. Still waiting for action and support after notification management of the issue within 24hr back on October 7th. Still waiting…. As of November 3rd

Great Experience. Easydrop off, shuttle took us to terminal immediately after dropping off the car. On the way back, Shuttle was there to pick us up 5 minutes after I placed the call. Once arrived back at the lot, the car was out front waiting for us, took 1 min to settle the bill, and we were off. Super Great experience! It should always be this easy.

The booking experience was super! Evana answered my call and I asked her if they could drop me to the Courtyard Marriott across the street instead of the airport. She asked they mgmt and they said yes! Super pleased with the courtesy and kindness, thank you Evana and SmartPark JFK! The neighboring lot (will not name them), turned me down.....

Very good service and clean vehicles. The location was bright and easy to get to, it is off the Belt Parkway (if you use navigation don't use Waze, it took us through the streets and an extra 25 minutes. For some reason it doesn't recognize the address and how to get there, use Google Maps) the depot is off the Belt Parkway.

We've used SmartPark JFK several times over the past 6 or so years, for many trips, and won't travel any differently when flying out of JFK. Easy in and out, friendly shuttle drivers, and prompt pickup and drop-off make SmartPark the way to go!
