Don’t drive by this storage facility if you are in need of such services! Every establishment should have such fabulous customer service! The employees (Faby and Sylvia) are both professional and very personable. They both utilized their attention to details on all elements of our transactions and know how to deal with people. The facility is only about 6 months old at the time of this review so everything is clean and fresh! There are basement, ground level and upstairs units available— air conditioned and cameras near the elevators. Hand Dolly’s are available and it appears to be a very security facility. They even give a customer referral so be sure to tell you friends as well!

This is a great choice for your storage needs. The facility is conveniently located close to my home with convenient hours. It is always very clean when I come in. Faby the manager is awesome. She is very sweet and provides excellent customer service. She was wonderful and was able to work with us to make sure that we were happy and confident in our choice. I called a couple of other places in the area and did not get the level of customer service that I got here. Smart Stop Storage is a great choice! They have a great facility and a great team!

Sylvia was a great help! She explained all policies and procedures in detail and really provided a warm and welcoming customer service experience. The storage was also a nice size, I got the 5x10 which fit all my furniture for a 1 bedroom apartment. The units are clean and well kept temperature. I have a basement unit and it was still easily accessible. Best prices I could find too! Would definitely recommend this storage unit to anyone in the area. thank you again for your help!

At first I was incredibly upset with the online reservation I made for a storage unit, I reserved it for the reason that I could use it that day but after paying for it online the confirmation email said 3 weeks from now. Thankfully the very kind and helpful woman at the front desk, Samara, helped me get that fixed and walked me through how to use the gate code and walked me to the storage unit. The facility seems very safe and clean with gates and plenty of security cameras.

Sylvia was great! She showed me around and gave me the info I needed to get my storage unit set up perfectly. She really knows her stuff. Chad, I spoke with over the phone during the online setup prior to arriving at the facility. He was also great. The online side of setup and management was easy and straightforward. The in person side was also easy and straightforward. I was very happy with my choice of storage units. Facility is very clean and well lit. Thanks again!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had renting a storage unit! And I recently rented one from U-Haul a week ago for my daughter. But SmartStop was easily a 2 or 3 times better experience. Faby was so friendly, informative, helpful and professional. It felt like I was being given 5 star treatment even though I was only doing a short term rental. And the facility was so clean and the unit was perfect for my needs. I will for sure be renting from them again!

The only issue I have is only two carts available and they are in the office. Why not leave the carts out and available for the renters. If theft is a concern there are cameras every where and there needs to be a couple of more carts available so you don't need to wait when someone is using both and you only need it for 5 minutes. U-Haul has a lot of carts and they are never secured or locked up. I will at some point for to U-Haul for convenience of cart availability.

Had a great experience at SmartShop Self Storage, facility was very clean and offered a lot of products including different sized units and packing materials. Also the staff was wonderful, I was helped through the entire process by Faby and she was nothing short of exceptional. She was knowledgeable and extremely professional, she was more than eager to help me from the moment I walked in the door. I will definitely use this company and location in the future.

The team with SmartStop Self Storage delivered high level customer service and accommodated my specific needs the same day. Their facility is clean, the people are very friendly and they made renting a storage unit simple and easy. I actually rented the unit at the last minute and needed it for the same day. I completed everything from my car and was at the facility within 30 minutes to take possession of the unit. Could not be more pleased.

Super accommodating. Got a tour of the facility the first time in, and they even made sure I knew how to secure the locks (I’d never used that kind before). Everyone who works there is really pleasant. And I felt safe even when I went to the unit at night. Facility is clean and it has elevators so that made moving stuff in and out easy. It is not climate-controlled inside but it sits have swamp coolers.

VERY friendly, accommodating and professional staff. Sylvia, Diana and Faby are THE BEST. I moved my belongings from another storage facility that I had done business with for years previous. New owners took over. New managers. Moved office. Units being broken in to. Landscape companies tying security gates open for long periods of time. NO PROBLEMS W/SmartStop. It was a pleasure doing business w/them.

Faby was amazing! She really helped ease all my nerves about getting my first storage space. She was very respectful about social distancing. She made the process of filling out the paperwork very easy for me and was extremely thorough. The storage itself was extremely clean and organized. Very friendly customer service! Sylvia was amazing every interaction we had. I’d highly recommend this place to store your things. Facility was very easy to access with elevators for the storage that is on the top and bottom floor. The facility was always very clean. This also was sufficiently cheaper than most other facilities in Vegas. Plus they offer military discounts.

I cannot recommend this facility more strongly! The ladies in the office, Sylvie and Faby, go above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. In addition to the excellent customer service the facility is kept immaculate and safety/security of tenants is a priority. There is plenty of parking with easy access the units. Overall definitely deserving of a five star review.

Sylvia was outstanding at this facility. She showed me around, helped me understand the facility and my unit agreement fully before I finalized everything. She and her other manage were very kind to my service k9 which was a big bonus to know the facility was happy to provide reasonable accommodation for every aspect of my encounter with the process. The person that helped us, Sylvia was beyond the best service person we have encountered. She was very conscientious about the facility, the company and our needs all at the same time. The facility is so well cared for And maintained and her attention to details and the little things is evident and appreciated.

I’ve used this location for over 2 years, and have no complaints. The owners are super friendly and helpful and live on property so there’s an extra level of security with storing your belongings here. The only reason I left was I needed a bigger unit that could store a vehicle indoors and closer to my house.
