I recently had the pleasure of using SmartStop Storage for my storage needs and I can confidently say that they exceeded my expectations in every way possible. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and hassle-free. The staff at SmartStop Storage were extremely helpful and courteous. They patiently answered all of my questions and helped me choose the perfect storage unit that met all of my needs. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had state-of-the-art security features that gave me peace of mind knowing that my belongings were safe and secure. The entire rental process was quick and efficient. I was able to reserve my unit online and the paperwork was a breeze. The pricing was very competitive and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises.

The customer service is terrible, the payment link is alway broken or expire very soon. And then, they can charge you delay fee. I was been told i can covert to daily rent before i move out, it is not true it is only avalible for first 5 days then you have to pay full amount even you stop rent at day 6. The pervious owner blue bird have much better service then them. For people who are using SmartStop, you have to read the contract to avoid those hiding statement. Short of staff at 1450 Don Mills rd, can not find people to help me open the door the day i am moving, the customer service can not find staff in that location as well. It is end up waster 2 hours, i have to push everthing else back. Not recommond them at all.

I needed a medium sized unit at the very() clean Don Mills location to store my elderly mothers items. Dil was exceptionally helpful, taking her time to help me fill out forms and to find the perfect unit. Moving and storing items that have fond memories can be emotional so having someone as kind and sympathetic as Dil and her supervisor certainly made the event less stressful. Thanks ladiees!!!

Sonali was the front desk agent who I had the pleasure of booking my locker with. She was so friendlyz professional and made things seamless. I was provided clear information regarding the booking and having the PC to follow along was awesome. I'd definitely recommend their location to anyone looking for a storage facility.

Thieves I say. They charge me $313. For a unit, I'm there 6 months they've risen it to $366. I called them they told me they raise prices every 6 months. I've used a few storages in my life none has risen the price after 6 months. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I were pleased with our sales agent, Dil. She welcomed us with a warm smile, and she looked delighted to help us. We told her our plans, and she provided various options to suit our needs based on our budget. I would definitely recommend Smart Stop storage.
