Booked online, was told they didn’t have anything scheduled. I booked online for 2:15, lady pulls out a notepad and says no appointments and tells me I booked wrong location. Tell her I booked for this location but she again tells me I probably have the wrong location and tells me where the other one is at. I show her on my phone I booked online for this location. Another lady comes up and says one appointment tried to come through but didn’t. The first lady then tells me their system is down but they can still book me. She tells me it’s about a 20 minute. It’s been over 1 1/2 hours and still nothing (I left after 45 minutes but was told I would get a text or call).

They never have enough stylist. I even made appts on-line for my two boys and CONFIRMED IT on-line! When I got there, the stylist working was busy doing a “color” and then she came over (with annoyance written all over her face) told me, “if you want a haircut you will have to wait 2 hours” I informed her we made appointments on-line as she was clicking around on the computer for about 5 minutes, she looked up and said she didn’t see any reservations and she wouldn’t be able to do them anyway because she was busy doing a color. We had to walk away of course.

The person who was supposed to fix my Hubs hair stated she was the manager when I called and gave her number. We went back same day when she was supposed to be there and did not show up or respond to our messages. Meanwhile my husband is waiting and asking the other two women for help who just sat and after about 10 minutes decided one of them would fix it. It was a burden for them. Cant fix. This experience cost that location 2 customers and possibly all locations. Too many hair salon and shop options to deal with that.

My first time coming to this location and I absolutely loved it Adrianna cut my hair the way I wanted and she shampooed my hair and cleaned up my eyebrows all in one trip props to all the employees they were very friendly and worked in a fast paced and I noticed all the employees were asking a lot of questions to their customers about how they want their haircut to make sure they do it right very very professional and I absolutely loved it I will definitely be returning to this location :)

My daughter had her hair cut by Samantha at Brooks City Base Smart Style location. My daughter and I loved the style of cut she recommended for our needs. The cut she suggested requires minimum styling every morning and looks beautiful. I went back today to have my own hair cut. She did another fantastic job. She listened to what I wanted and my hair looks great! She also gave great tips on products to use on my curly and dyed hair. She will be our go to Stylist from now on.

I went into this salon for a haircut with a hairstylist I had heard good things about but she wasn’t in that day. I was so desperate for a haircut I tried anyone they gave me. The girl that cut my hair Adriana was amazing. She did exactly what I asked and it is the best haircut I have ever had. I have gone to very expensive salons and never loved my hair cuts until now. Also I don’t usually write reviews but I had to complement on how great of a hairstylist she is.

I love this place! I made an appointment on line based on the many positive reviews. I got there about an hour early and there is a Nail Salon next door. They took me as a walk in. The SmartStyle was very flexible and readjusted for me to be just a little late. Then, Veronica, the stylist, was friendly and gave me her undivided attention and even stayed a little late to do a blow dry. The cut was perfect and the staff is wonderful. Thank you!

I like to get my hair done by Rossana. She is very good at cutting and trimming edges. For years i struggled to get someone to cut my hair right. Till one day I stoped by and gave it a try. And we'll luckely Rossana was the one that cut my hair. So I've have gotten my hair cut with her for the past couple of years. The other lady's also cut hair well. But my stylist already knows my style. Thank you Rossana for doing a well job on my hair.

So we first visited about 2 weeks ago for hair cuts for me and my daughter and we met Rosanna. She did an awesome job on both our haircuts I was like finally we found that perfect beautician She and everyone there are so nice and friendly. So today we returned today for a color for my daughter showed her a pic of what we wanted . And she did an Awesome job!! We will definitely be coming back to her for all of our hair care needs ❤

I booked online 2 days prior only to arrive on day and be told that I wasn’t on their schedule. Was informed they have problems with the open salon booking system. No worries they took me at the original time that I wanted ! Thanks ! The stylist told me from now on to call to book or book in person. Great customer service from Cecilia and the other stylist I talked to that day ! Will come back again !

Went to cut and color my hair on the recommendation from Google reviews. Made an appointment with Rosanna. She is all that was said about her. Very nice, knowledgeable person who shows she likes what she does. She did a great job. I'm a very satisfied customer. I have a very sensitive scalp, however, Rosanna was very gentle, in fact, it felt like a scalp massage. Will definitely see her again.

Very good experience. I did something wrong with my hair, and veronica fixed it just like that! i have lots of compliments from my customers and co-workers. Every time I go to salon I don't have good experience either they charge so much or they don't even achieve the style that I want for my hair but this time with Veronica in smartstyle hair salon I will definitely coming back.

I was skeptical when the hair stylist started cutting my hair without wetting it but she made sure I got my long hair cut exactly how I wanted. after my cut I was unsure how I felt but the stylist assured me once I washed my hair it would begin to flow better. I owe them so much for fixing my hair. I knew something was wrong with my haircut that i had gotten not that long ago and i couldnt stand it so i went there and sure enough they saw a gaping hole in my hair as well as the layers were zig zagged!!!! They worked miracles on my hair ! Its super cute and i am most definitely going there from now on!

Rosanah the manager fixed the misunderstanding that was done to my hair. She got my hair back to what it was before. The color is beautiful and I am so happy now. Every one loves the way it looks again. Thanks Rosanah just when I thought I would never come back there. I am certainly sticking to her. So professional and perfect she is.

I go to Marisa who is a great stylist. I am always pleased with the outcome after she finishes with my hair!! I have thin, fine hair and even with that she makes it look super. Marisa also has a happy personality which is needed in these times! She is at the S E Military Walmart store across from H E B.

Also went off of Google reviews and glad I did! Rosanna is awesome and did such a good job layering and coloring my hair. She really pays attention to what you want done. Will be my go to place from now on! And was super sweet to my mom and baby while they waited! Highly recommend!

Went to get my hair cut this weekend, I was suppose to get layered but it just a hot mess, sad part I left a tip, now I'm walking around with uneven hair and majority my hair got cut off, sad part you can tell really badly when I straighten it out. Ugh so disappointed.

Adriana was very friendly and helpful to my daughter on deciding which haircut will be best to fit her and the shape of her face. My daughter was very happy with the outcome and especially loved all the complements she got the next day at school.
