Very fast, nice and professional staff Got some goodies after from the dentist also. ~~~~ Though I have something I noticed: When I was new, I explained to the doctor that I already did X-ray before transferring to her clinic We reached out to the previous dental clinic - and they didn’t send copies over. Dr Rashini insisted to do it for free and I was very appreciative. Maybe because I was a new client and my dental benefit was not too good not too bad. Some months later I went there and she saw I had a very nice health plan after getting a new job and then she charged me for that X-ray, they weren’t going to give me my bill until I asked. I brought it up that this charge wasn’t meant to be there and after some back and forth they took it off. Fast forward to august 2023, not too long ago. Dr Rashini asked me again if she can bill me for that X-ray which was done over a year ago… i was already turned off and irritated and I said okay. Basically I don’t really like the behaviour of the doctor about this specific issue. Future clients if this dr says she won’t charge you for something please get it in writing.

Also I was regular patient of dr Rashin at sterling dental in Brampton and did my crowns and my filling and everything past five years but moment I went a month ago to same place in beamlton because I live there … dentist said she must do rootcanal and further inquiries (same dentist Rs me if pain even after root cNanl she will suggest me to specialist but her attitude was very aggressive and she started procedure with in few minutes I explained for about my pain) I am glad I said no to her and then I found out where dr Rashin new clinic is and guess what guys my tooth is still same no pai. All dr Rashin. Did is gave me antibiotics and cleaned my tooth ! This was six months ago ! You people want real dentist this is it !

The clinic was great! From the front desk to the chair. My appointment was fast, and having my dentist and her assistant do the xrays and cleaning for me was a great experience! Dr. Rashin was fast and thorough, which truly showed her experience in the field. Shes a great laugh and made me feel comfortable during my appointment and she was patient with me when I asked questions. I could tell she's passionate about her job and runs her clinic with patient care in mind first- when I was in the chair and she made sure to play me music, take pictures of my teeth and explain to me what was going on in detail using the monitor in front of me- which was pretty mind blowing. Maria the Receptionist was very sweet on the phone and spoke to me in Italian, which made me feel comfortable to explain the reason for my visit. On my first initial visit Dr.Rashin noticed I was nervous and anxious. She spoke to me calmly and I started to relax. When I met Dr. Rashin I thought she was very kind professional. However, I was disappointed in her work. When I went in I had zero sensitivity in my teeth but after getting a filling done from her I have no been able to eat anything and my tooth felt extremely scratchy. When I went back she would not even look at it and she did not offer to fix it. Just said I would have to come back for a root canal and pay her an additional $700. Had she not saved my tooth down so much there wouldn't be any sensitivity in the first place. I'm now having to go to a new dental office to this get this issue dealt with.

Dr. rashin went through the procedure in a very understanding way to where i could understand and even gave me understandings on why the procedure had to be done. The wait long was not long i got in for my exact appointment time which i really do appreciate because my old dentist would give me a time but when it got to the appointment i would have to wait. I visited Smile Dental Centre at 1771 St.Clair Ave West for the first time today. I've never had such a good experience before. Costwise it was reasonable and can compete with other clinics in midtown area. Cleaning and polishing were done by Dr.Elahi herself, so I was sure that the dentist would perform a way better job compared to the hygienist! She was welcoming and polite. The clinic was tidy and the front desk clerk was respectful. I totally forgot to pay before I leave, but they reminded me that nicely! Lol 100% recommended.

Just had my second go at Smile Dental Clinic for a teeth cleaning, and man, it was just as awesome as the first time. The team there is seriously friendly and professional, which helps a ton. The hygienist did a thorough job – my teeth are squeaky clean right now! Plus, the place is always so clean and they've got all these fancy tools. Dr.Rashin there is always polite and super nice. They take the time to chat and answer any questions. I'm totally sold on Smile Dental Clinic. They've definitely got me as a regular now.

I recently had a dental appointment with Dr. Rashin , and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly, the office was clean, and Dr. Rashin was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit and would highly recommend them!

The Clinic is beautiful, clean and very organized, staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Dr. Rashin is a great dentist, she was able to address all my dental needs effectively in a very short time, she's very friendly and creates a great atmosphere during each visit.

Dr Rashin is very professional I got my wisdom teeth removed and it only take 30 minutes to take it out , I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever. Then they give you super easy instructions on how to care for your post surgery .. all staff are very friendly and professional ✅✅✅✅
