I absolutely adore Dr. Lam! She is very informative in everything. The staff are very friendly. They accept walk ins and an awesome place to bring the whole family in. Their parking lot is quite small but you can also park behind the business. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who actually is involved and want's to know what all your options are. If surgery needs to be done they will recommend you to someone with that specialty. (I personally went to that other surgeon and he is also a 5 star place!) In one day my son went in for a check up and went ahead and covered all his cavities. Most places you have to come back for another appointment. And if you work, having a day off is rare so already you know you can count on them to do everything in one day. Of course "the early bird gets the early worm" i came in at 10:30 and Got out at 2.

Maybe you take a look at it and think it won't be the first place to go for your teeth...compare to all these "fancy" ones you see on tv...but my experience there was awesome! I love the fact that they are open during the weekend so I don't have to miss work and I didn't have to wait hours. The customer service was incredible! Over the phone and in person...they did a really good job with my teeth and now that my baby can start going to the dentist, I set up an appointment to be seen there.

Absolutely fell in love! They were VERY focused on making my daughter comfortable and DOUBLE checked and verified insurance before and while I was there. The visit was explained to me in a way a understood. Not disappointed at all. Also helping me with AFFORDABLE DENTAL CARE which was the cherry on top since! Lovely place. Receptionist is amazing as well as the rest of the staff! Highly recommend!

Paid out of pocket and the price seemed reasonable. I was glad it wasn’t ridiculous and they were quick and professional the whole time. Yes, they did use the restraints, but it’s for the child’s safety and you sign the forms. Over all, I am pleased with the service and staff. I would recommend this place to anyone, we have been coming here for years and will continue to return.

Fast, clean, efficient like a dentist and your mouth should be. When you get here service is really quick and basically no wait times, that is if you arrive at your scheduled time. For smaller kids they even give out small prizes which honestly makes them feel better and actually like going to the dentist, even the most shy kids.

horrible experience. They said my child had 3 cavities. Wanted to tie him down and all. We left and went back to our regular dentist which said he had NO CAVITIES'!!! I don't know if they just didn't know what they were doing or trying to milk the insurance. Don't recommend !!
