Prepare to be spoiled. Dr. Martínez and his staff are caring and welcoming. I am so happy I found them! They take time to educate and answer questions on what they are proposing to do or doing to your teeth. They pay attention to you and make you feel at home. They remember the conversations you’ve had and keep up with you - I like that. Dr. Martínez called me himself after a procedure to check on me -that I loved! The office is always clean and organized. Plus all the plants and flowers just make it so pleasant, can’t help but feel relaxed. If you’re looking for a Dentist you can trust that doesn’t treat you like an income generating transaction I highly recommend Smiles of Houston! Now, if only I could find a Doctor’s office that makes me feel this way .

I am so happy I found Smiles of Midtown! All of the staff are friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. I left an email to schedule my first appointment and they got back to me the next business day and I was scheduled to come in the following business day. Cynthia did an excellent with my cleaning and was very helpful with giving me tips. Dr. Martinez is super friendly and I loved hearing his story and how long he's been in Midtown! Having lived in Midtown for 16 years I wish I ended my relationship with my previous dentist (far from Midtown) sooner lol. I appreciated his honesty and that he did not try to upsell anything to me (this has been my past experience visiting other offices). Looking forward to my next visit in 2 weeks and future visits!

If I could give this place more stars I would!! Since moving to Houston it has been a struggle to find a dentist that I liked and I am SO happy I was suggested to go here!! I was greeted by Marisol, Daisy, and Monica as soon as I walked in. Marisol helped check my insurance and my coverage while Daisy helped me get all my paperwork filled out. Esmerelda was the hygienist and I loveeeed her! She was so helpful and answered all my questions about my xrays. Dr. Martinez was genuine and really made me feel comfortable. This was one of the best dental experiences I've had from beginning to end and I can't wait to go back. Dr. Martinez and his entire staff are amazing and nailed it out of the park!

I love Smiles of Midtown and have recommended them frequently. They have assisted my family with all sorts of things, from teeth straightening using Invisalign, assistance for my wife's TMJ (and ultimately a great outside referral to a specialist), when my son fell off his scooter and chipped a tooth, and I could go on. Dr. Martinez and his staff have always been there for us. They always offer us the choice of getting X-rays, fluoride, etc., never pushy about any of that. Also, I have to say, they are like the 'kid whisperers'... I can't believe how cooperative my kids are with them while they're in that dentist chair, it's amazing.

Terrific first experience back in July and again today. Everyone was very friendly and I didn’t have to wait to be seen. Also, very convenient location, just minutes away from downtown and med center. Has parking as well. They also have early morning appointments on Thursdays in case you need to get it done before work like me. Looking forward to having them as my dentist going forward! To avoid confusion: the signage says ‘Brian G. Martinez, D.D.S.’ on a blue sign on the corner and not Smiles of Midtown, so you’re in the right place when you see that sign.

I can’t say enough how much I love Dr. Martinez and staff! I have been coming here for a little over 2 years now, and it is hands down the best dental care I have had in my entire life. I literally tell everybody how great my first visit was. Dr. Martinez is an amazing doctor, and he and his staff are very caring and accommodating. You are a part of their family as soon as you step in the door! (And you will feel at home too with all the cozy decor)!! You are in great hands here!!

I’ve been coming to Smiles of Midtown for 9-10 years. I’ve encouraged family and friends to use them as their home dentistry services. The staff is friendly, professional and always treat you like family. Dr Martinez and his staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and are always thorough with procedures and pricing. It’s truly the most peaceful office I’ve been to, they love the Astros and are animal lovers! Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

After going to the same dentist my entire life, I was nervous about trying to find someone new in Houston. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my first visit and cleaning. They did a great job explaining why they do various things such as measuring my gum lines, and showing me how I was doing overall. Additionally I tried the whitening and got great results. Very happy overall and plan to return every 6 months.

My husband and I have been going to Smiles of Midtown for 15 + years, have had zero issues and would never consider going elsewhere. Both Dr Martinez, and wife Pam, are warm and welcoming. The office is filled with personal touches and the waiting room is comfortable and bright (although I've never had to wait past my appointed time.) My apprehension of going to the dentist is gone...almost gone...as gone as it can possibly be.

Staff is really friendly, office is very warm, welcoming, and clean!. The dental hygienist Roxy is amazing and very informative about what's she's doing and why while giving recommendations. They don't try to sell you things you don't need which is a relief. Dr. Martinez has a lot of experience again he doesn't do anything unnecessary or reccomend things you don't need. He's very professional and personable. Highly recommended!

I have been visiting Dr. Martinez's office for more than 15 years. He and Pam and the whole office staff are great and really make you feel at ease. Even after I switched jobs, gave up my dental insurance, and moved out of town, I continued to visit Houston twice a year to see Dr. Martinez. It's hard to find a doctor you trust and who knows you, and that's why I have kept coming back. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Martinez and his staff are friendly, professional, and accommodating. The environment is welcoming and puts an anxious person like myself at ease. I liked the big window with the bird feeder. It was such a calming and pleasant experience. They were up front about the costs and answered all my questions. I will definitely return and highly recommend them! They treat you like family there!

Been coming here for a year and a half, since I moved to midtown. Great staff, great care. I’ve had crowns done and cavities filled. They are always really good about explaining all my options, and never try to get to me do anything unnecessary. They were also flexible about scheduling multiple visits to help me optimize my dental insurance usage to minimize my costs. Highly recommend.

Dr. Martinez and Cynthia professionalism and care is a top notch experience for Houston. I had the easiest cleaning even with Cynthia and I am usually the biggest baby with my teeth. They also were excellent in curing my perio and I have had no issues since! They pointed out possible problematic areas to keep from future issues for me to focus on. Smiles of Midtown is so wonderful. Everyone is extremely friendly and even remembered things that I shared with them from 6 months prior. They take great care of my teeth. They are knowledgeable and recommend up to date care. I felt safe with their COVID-19 practices where everyone where’s a mask, especially while working on my teeth. I visited the office of Dr. Martinez for a general cleaning recently. The hygienist was very professional and did an excellent job. She did a very thorough cleaning without any pain. Dr. Martinez was pleasant to talk to and I felt he was being honest while going over my xrays. Overall the office is very welcoming with staff that is extremely nice and very professional.

I have been coming to smiles of mid town for almost nine year. I love many thing from this place. They are on time with appointments I never have to Waite. The waiting area it’s not like a typical dentist office it feel like seating on your own living room super inviting. Great customer service by everyone who works there. I’m here from out of town. I chipped a tooth. They got me in the next day, the doctor examined my mouth, they researched my insurance, and made the repair so nicely, I can’t tell where the chip was. Nice, professional, inviting, helpful. Now I know why my family goes to Dr Martinez.

This is the best dentist in Houston. They are thorough in the cleaning process and give great detailed instructions on what you should focus more on. The office is very clean, all the staff is very professional, and Dr. Martinez is great!
