The phone number provided for both locations is to an iPhone, not the stores. The voicemail greeting says to text for a faster response. I sent a text asking for a specific product. After 30 minutes with no response, I text again asking if they were open. The answer I finally received was “Yes ck it out.” I asked again if they had the specific product I was looking for. They text back “IDK not at shop.” I asked if there was a number I could call to speak with someone at the shop. I was told “Sorry this the only number. Ck out the shop.” As a customer, this tells me that these shops do not have a lot of products or they use this convoluted means of contact just to get people to go to the shops. With so many vape shops to choose from in SATX, I do not waste my time driving all over the city if I’m looking for a specific product. It is common business practice to have a phone inside a store. As a customer who has been vaping for 8 years, this store’s method of contact tells me the owner is too cheap to pay for a landline for their stores. That, in turn, makes me suspect their products are low quality and possibly knockoffs. What inventory they do have probably has sky high prices. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I do not appreciate being told to go to the shop at 10:00 at night when I have a burned coil and need a new one. There are better, free and cost effective ways to market a business besides telling customers to go “ck out the shop.” I’m no fool. I know that the owner has means of contacting his employees at the shops. They couldn’t be bothered to contact one of the two locations to ask if they have what I’m looking for. If you regularly shop here I can guarantee you there are several vape shops that charge far less than what you’re paying here. To the owner: Coils aren’t hard to find. I go in several shops around SATX and even the smallest shops have a plethora of various coils to choose from. Thanks for nothing! EDITED TO ADD: After viewing several reviews about mods that didn’t work right and a Smok that malfunctioned so badly it even messed up the person’s battery, I now know for a fact this place sells knockoff products. This is dangerous for customers!

I have purchased from this location before for simple supplys and a Vision spinner vaporizer, so I decided to go back recently to get the same vape pen as a gift. Come to find out it is a little different from the first purchase, even though its the "same" model, it doesnt work at all with the same CCell carts that use for the first one that i already have. If I could have tried out the product before leaving the store, I wouldn't have purchased it. It has been a real hastle to try and contact anybody about possible solutions to this issue with no avail. I made 3 trips so far try to contact the owner/manager. Apparently there is no refunds or exchanges and thats all they tell me... "sorry it doesnt work, I wouldn't recommend that brand, come back later when the owner is here.. " unfortunately there is a very small sign printed out that says all sales are final but in a very bad printed copy that is not very legible, like if the toner was bad. I am also willing to pay any difference to a better more reliable product. Unfortunately, im stuck with a chunk of metal that cost me $30. I really regret coming here, seems like they dont really care about their customers. Ive called/text and no response. The business phone number goes directly to voicemail.

The new shop is just as good if not better and STILL managing to provide great prices and great selection! I don't always know what I want and the ability to see a wide range of products with good prices motivates me to buy and keep coming back. I'm looking forward to what new mods and juices he brings in next. The shop has a nice selection of premium and house brands and has something for every taste pallete in the way of juice lines! Earlier today was my 2nd time here...Both guys I spoke with my 1st time were real welcoming and helpful with the products I was looking for. I came back today to buy a SMOK badge and some juice for my MOD. Regardless of sone of the comments here I have yet to have a bad experience. Both times were great experiences. Customer service and quality products are on point , they don't rush you and take the time to explain the products and how to use them and always welcome you back! I just spent 33 dollars on 3 coils. How do we go from 7.99 a coil to 33 dollars total? Either they don't know simple math or they're just adding unnecessary totals. She said total is 27 whatever. Swipes my card then tells me to sign and it says 33 on it. I look at my receipt and there's a random extra 5.99 added to what she typed in. This is the second time I've been overcharged for simple things here. I'd rather go out of my way to deal with professionals than to cross the street and be swindled. Not giving you my money anymore.

Will never shop here again. First off the manager is very unprofessional and very disrespectful. Their policies poorly displayed... Got a vape pen that turned out to only work with certain kind of cartridges. Honestly when i buy a pen i expected it to work on any kind of cartridge!! Simply tried to get it exchanged and was spoken to as if i was personally attacking the manager, because he spoke with such defence and aggressively like he was already having a bad day, still did not deserve to be spoken to that way.

I get charged the same price everytime I go in for Wild Hemp cigarettes, but today, this new dude tried to charge me almost six dollars for one cigarette that I have always paid 3 for. Plus the dude tried to get and attitude with me when i called him out!! I know how the place works, the staff decides what to charge and whatever they charge over the normal retail price goes into there pocket. That came right from the managers mouth! That is why there are not prices listed on any merchandise.

Amazing store! Amazing staff! Great prices! They helped us find the right vapes to fit us. First time vaping and buying and both my husband and I are greatly satisfied with the vapes we got. They were very knowledgeable about all the products and were able to answer ALL of our questions(we had a LOT of questions). They have been able to diagnose and help fix my husbands vape cause it stopped work for some reason. Very satisfied with everyone there at smokees shop! Keep up the great work.

This is a great shop to get all things smoke and vape related, it was literally the only place open late that had what i wanted. Just ring the bell at the door and they buzz you in. The dude that was working there was cool AF. He hooked it up good too with discounts and was really friendly, helpful and down to answer every question i asked and was down to show me anything i was interested in. There are 3 teenagers that run the cash register. They overprice and scam people who don't know what's up. I bought 4 small eliquid bottles and a cheap coil and somehow that amounted to $250 when the price should have been no higher than $100.. This is the LAST place you wanna go in SA for smoking/vaping products. No receipts, they only take cash, no price tags. Just whatever price they make up for that day so they can rip you off.

We stopped by as first timers for something quick, ended up staying for quite a bit just learning about stuff.. we even came back a week later because my pen was acting up and they helped me out with no problem! they’re very acknowledged about their products, makes shopping easier! We’re Not from San Antonio but will definetely be a must stop every time we come through looking for something.

Consistently rude and unprofessional employees. Every deal they give you is in reality an extremely overpriced amount for a sketchy product. If you like buying extremely overpriced faulty products come here! Oh and I almost forgot they they are illegally selling Delta 8 THC cartridges to customers. On top of that you don't even have to worry about being of age to buy any products they don't even ID.

I was looking to upgrade from my basic convenience store vape and since they were open late on a Saturday night I stopped in. Not only did I get exactly what I was looking for at a fantastic price, but because they were so knowledgeable about their products I didn’t have to spend my entire night there! I will NEVER come to your store for purchases anymore. The charger nor the burner works. Your store refuses to take it back. I traveled from Austin. I asked to upgraded and take the items back after less than a hour of purchasing. I've spent $100 plus. NEVER AGAIN. Wasted money and time. I'm very disappointed with your company. You don't deserve the one star.

Came in to try (it's the hookup compared to quality of other brands) to take a look at crumble and batter. I liked crumble even though the difference is indistinct to eachother. Most of all, I want to be able to come back for more and I think this place does that well. I would recommend for friendly service and it's better-than-good locale spot.

Owner is very rude. They up charge you if you’re new so be careful. Bought three little vapes And it came out to 80$. Just got two of the same vapes from different shops for 10$ a piece. They’re taking advantage if they know that you’re new. No prices on the shelves, items were expensive they tryna overcharge you like how they did it on me. The item i bought was only $68 on the other stores and they sold me one for $159. There’s no REFUND, NO RECEIPT. I can’t make this up, seriously don’t go here. DON’T.

This was my 1st time in this shop and I’m in love. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Not like some other shops I’ve been in where they make you feel like you just need to get what your there for and go. They also have good prices on their merchandise so I will most definitely be going there for now on.

We arrived at this vape shop and had to wait for the "coil guy" to eventually make his way out of the back only to find out he was also the worlds loudest food chewer as he munched away while talking to us. Neither of the employees were polite in any manner whatsoever. Would not recommend :)

I've gone by on a few occasions and the shop is locked up with a note on the door about being short personnel. This is during the daytime, when they should be open. It's unprofessional and unpleasant wasting my time driving across town to this. Maybe hire more staff then??

Best juice prices around. Plus they offer a lot of smoking products. The staff are 5/5 always friendly and converse with you. I haven't went to another shop since i found this hidden gem. It's a little hard to notice just look for the pink led lights around the windows.

Went to get a trulybar 5000 puffs 24 hours later it tasted like it was burnt. Tried to get an exchange. They said no. They offer no refunds or exchanges. I will not go back there again. Suggest you don’t either. Other vape shops allow at least an exchange

They claim to sell real weed carts, but they are not. It tastes like they have been cut with battery acid. This is dangerous. And the pens are way too expensive. Plus they are so overpriced and force you to pay fees on Apple Pay

Went in and guy didn't know what he was doing. Sold me a tank and said it would fit my prince stick and sold me the wrong size tank glass. Store smelled like feet too pretty gross never again waste of 10 bucks
