This location is amazing!!!! I needed a battery in a crunch but was stuck at work. I called and spoke with the incredibly delightful Joy who was able to let me know their inventory and suggest a battery for me based on a short conversation. With her input I was able to add these guys to a custom Favor delivery (delivery service app) and within and hour my battery (stellar pick btw) and an energy drink were at my stores door!!!! How bad arse is that??!?!?!?! It truly is the little things in life. Thank you Joy, who's name couldn't be more perfect and SP for making my weekend

Not buying anything from these people anymore. Bought an Esco that I tried in store, it was burned. Wouldn't exchange it, wouldn't let me get something else to cover the difference. Just said "yeah thats how they are". Excuse me? Pull them off the shelf then if you know they're bunk and you have "plenty of faulty ones" next to you. If the product doesnt work as advertised then it doesnt work, exchange it. I'm out of $20 for nothing. Go elsewhere that will actually honor return policy if the product is not working. Don't buy from these scmbags.

Gabby is by far the best employee at this location and refuse to go to any other smoke shop from now on because her service is unmatched. Smokerz Paradize should be grateful to have such a dedicated and hard working employee like her and she’s an exemplary employee that Smokerz Paradize should be proud to have as an asset working for their company. Seeing her on a daily basis is a joy and you guys need to give this girl a raise that she well deserves. Because of her you guys will exclusively have my business from now on. Good job Gab.

Don’t come here! Had a terrible experience the employee called fellow guest a f***ing tool in the presence of a another guest and showed no apologies for it. And the place gives miss leading information and the gm is rude and showed no remorse on the phone and was just trying to rush me off the phone. Is this how they take care of people who buy almost 100 worth of product? I also bought a hookah and the employee forgot to package ALL of the pieces so they get easily distracted. Worst location ever.

What can I say they treated me wonderfully especially JOY is very professional in their work if I could give it a rating it would be 10 stars inside is very. And it makes you feel at home I come here all the time and they always treat me as if it were the first time with a very friendly warm greeting and especially with a smile I recommend 100% to come here because you find a variety of special products that you can only buy here thanks SMOKERS PARADIZE here at blanco Road.

Won’t be going back anymore. I come in and the (owner?) person with the large utility van brining stock is cursing up a storm talking smack about other employees. Pays absolutely no mind to me. Afterwards I tried to ask him if a product was in stock and he rudely blew me off. There’s plenty of other shops to patronize, this is NOT one of them. I’m embarrassed we have a shop that treats people like this in Stone Oak

Half of their products DO NOT WORK and now they have a policy of no return. They are scamming their customers by making them buy vapes that do not even turn on or the coil is burnt out. I bought several vapes and had to come back up to three times each time to return but now I will not be coming back due to their incapability of giving their customers properly working products for the money they spent.

So don't go to this place unless you like getting talked about behind your back. Plus if you go there for e-cig advice don't take it from them you might end up with a battery exploding on you, it has happened once already. In my opinion Maya isn't all she is cracked up to be and I wouldn't take her advice on anything, the only way she can keep people interested is by giving away free small things.

I purchased a nice 2 inch brush ($12.99), last week, from Smokerz. When I got home I saw it was too big for what I needed it for. I didn't use it. I don't get out but once a week, due to Coronavirus 19. I did get out today to do errands. One of my errands was to return the brush to Smokerz for an exchange of some sort. Alas, I didn't have a receipt! I wasn't able to exchange it....

Want a place that profits off of a pandemic, then choose smokerz paradize. Charging 2+ dollars for a mask when you can clearly be 6ft a part. I work for a small company only allowing 2 customers at a time. We do not charge for a mask or force you to leave! Horrible service for a small biz!

Great place, the manager is always nice and knows what she's doing. They have a wide selection of stuff. If they don't have something you need they will always get it for you and call you when they have it in. Much better than any other smoke shop out there.

As a business ownew myself staff is number 1. You guys should make it so your staff can receive tips through cc transactions. It would make them more enthusiastic about being there working and perform better overall. A game changer I assure you. Be well

Shop is clean and easy to find what you need. Joy was super helpful and knowledgeable; felt like I had a personal shopper. Probably why when I came in to spend $5 I ended up spending $60. Thank you Joy! I'll def be back.

Associate had no idea what I was referring to not once but numerous occasions. When asked if she had any feedback if she didn't in know the product her answer is always no. You want to always lead with yes.

Loveee this smoke shop. They are conveniently located on blanco and have so many flavors and options. Rocky is the man to go to. He is always nice and very knowledgeable on the products.
