Hello, this smoothie king has fresh products and is always clean. The only issue I have with them is that when I order my smoothie and would like to remove the Steveia sweetner and substitute it for dates. They up-charges me .99 cents for it but any other smoothie king does not charge for this also when I got my large smoothie it was not full the shortened me out of a lot . I informed them that it was short and the girl stated that it was just thick but she would add some more. She then called out to guy to add more. He took it but I was not paying attention to see if he added more to it. He gave it back to me and it looked like nothing was added. At this point I really did not want to ask them again to fill it to the top. I have never had a problem like this before at any smoothie king. I will not be going back to this one anymore because it is just a hassle spending my hard earned money and not getting what I want and being up-charged for items that I normally get at other smoothie Kings for free.

I have been to a handful of Smoothie King stores over the years and have never really felt compelled to leave a negative or positive review. It’s always just okay. But today I visited this Alliance Center location for the first time and was really impressed. Employee Patrick was kind, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly he was patient with my high-energy 4 year old who kept messing with things. Location was clean and calm. Both employees were friendly and seemed to be having fun. Smoothies were delicious and I will definitely be coming back!! Thanks!

The staff is always friendly and very courteous. I am sure they have been trained by a super manager who I am sure he practices what he preaches. I say that because yesterday I went in to buy a smoothie. I was hobbling along because I a gout attack on my left foot. I went in to the store to order my smoothie and he noticed I was having trouble walking. He told me if I wanted to pay for my smoothie where I ordered. I told him yes and he took the money. He was very courteous and handed me the delicious smoothie that I had for my late breakfast.

Staffed by two female workers more concerned with talking to each other rather than listening to the customer's ordering. Had to repeat type and size at least twice, and I'm not a soft spoken person. Lastly, I was asked if I wanted my smoothie in a Styrofoam or plastic cup. I told her plastic, just realized it's in a Styrofoam cup. No big deal, just more evidence of their lack of listening skills and overall poor customer service. Visited 17 Jul 2022 11:55am.

Great service! I placed an order in the morning for pick up. I got held up with traffic and I ran in to grab my smoothie! Instead of placing it out in the pick up container the wonderful Smoothie King associate put it in the cooler to keep cool. I was 20 min past my pick up time by the time I got there and it would have been half melted if he didn’t do that. I appreciated the thought, gesture and courtesy I was given. Plus the smoothie was so very good!!

I walked in this store and was greeted by a very handsome young gentleman who looked to me like a celebrity. Another guy helped me with my order when I wanted a $5 smoothie and told me to buy the 20oz smoothie since I only had $5 on me. I dropped the change in the tip jar. Great visit! Would definitely come again after a workout.

Wow did not know online orders are priority over the individual right in front of them. I was informed he had to make 10 or so before he got to mine and since the store was completely empty. Couldn’t do it. I wish there was a way he could have looked up how much I’ve spent their b/c that just left a sour taste in my mouth

The employees at this franchise are by far the friendliest of any SK I've been to, I always got quick service (I usually order online and my order is ready well before the 10 minute estimate), but if it takes me awhile to get over there, instead of leaving it out in the cupholders to melt, they put it in the freezer.

These guys did a great job with my order! Other locations are so busy on Fridays that I have had to wait up to half an hour, even for an online order ahead order. These guys had it ready on time, and put it in the freezer so it would be perfect and chilled for me when I picked it up. Great job!

It's not too bad. Good prices for quality smoothies. They have options for people who aren't trying to get in shape or work out, nothing like sugar smoothies. I would recommend going on Friday if you want a nice smoothie as the have $5 medium smoothies (instead of $7).

I enjoy their smoothies! But I don't think they properly know how to scan a coupon for the smoothies. I still paid full price yesterday when I had a coupon. $5.39 tax included for a 20 oz byo banana and vanilla yogurt. The coupon was 3.99 off for. 20oz.

Great service every time. The employees know how to work well under the pressure of ALOT of people, and always make sure that you get a "Have a Nice Day", "Have a good one", or any farewell phrase that one could think of to leave a good impression.

Ordered smoothies for my work and they showed up with no straws. Called and asked for them and they told me there was nothing that they could do. Did not offer a refund on delivery or to bring the straws. Will not be ordering from here again.

Very clean, staff very nice greeted immediately great suggestions, knowledgeable staff, and my smoothie was made quickly. Loved the taste of my smoothie it nice and fruity. Love this location and I will return!

Although my smoothie tastes great. I watched an employee pick a fly out of a customers drink and then he bought it. Totally disgusted that this employee would serve this to anyone. Why not make a new smoothie.

I always come by here for half off on Fridays! My favorite is the vegan dark chocolate. The employees are so friendly, and this place is always nice and clean. Deaf recommend if you need a sweet healthy drink

Absolute worst service I have EVER had. The girl behind the counter didn't speak to me at all when I ordered and the little guy was too busy flirting to provide service. horrible.

Great Smoothie King location. I wish they had either a drive through or text message ordering which would make them a five star. They do take phone orders which is nice.

This location is wonderful! I’ve always called ahead, they’re always very friendly on the phone and even anticipate me when I come in. Efficient and happy staff.
