I am never one to write a poor review, there’s enough negativity online as it is, but I am really disappointed in this service and actually feel exceptionally ripped off. I took my Kia Carnival here this morning and asked for the detailing, which for 4WD/SUV/7 seater cars was $220. I was told it would be $240 for us because of the extra seats, however I explained that there are five car seats so only the front two seats would be able to be treated with the leather conditioner. It wasn’t until I pointed out that I was being asked to pay extra for actually cleaning less seats that I was told “oh for you I will do it for $220”..? Upon picking up the car I was told to be careful because the floors are still wet and that all the mats are in the boot. I asked why they hadn’t been put back where they go and was told that they were still a little damp and that I would need to leave the doors and windows open and leave the mats out in the sun until it all dried. I asked if this was normal as I have never had to do that anywhere else I have taken this car and was told this was just because it had been steam cleaned. By this stage it had been two hours and I needed to get home, however once out of the car park and into the sunlight I could see what a terrible job had been done on the two front seats. The solution had been sprayed on and left, not even wiped off, which is now not wiping off at all. I checked the interior when I got home to find that every single seat had not been cleaned properly at all, and when I went to check the floor mats that had been balled up in the boot I found them to be absolutely wringing wet and I could actually squeeze the water out of them. There were also marks on the boot that weren’t even there to begin with. I would actively discourage people from using this service and would not recommend it to anyone, which is disappointing as when it was in the old place they used to do a better job for a fraction of the price. I have never had such a bad job done on any car I’ve owned and would encourage customers to look elsewhere before considering using Snap Wash Winston Hills. It will not let me add photos here but I have plenty of evidence of this unsatisfactory service and happy to share them.

I had a highly disappointing experience at Snap Car Wash in Winston Hills. As someone who is meticulous about my car's cleanliness and appearance, I was shocked to discover a significant deep scratch on my front bonnet after their service. I approached them about the issue, and they offered to polish the car to remove the scratch. Despite two attempts, the scratch remained due to its depth. What was even more frustrating was the lack of accountability displayed by the manager, Dave. Instead of taking responsibility, he repeatedly shifted the blame onto me, asserting that the scratch existed before their initial wash. This refusal to acknowledge their mistake was disheartening and unprofessional. As someone who values their car's condition, I found this experience deeply unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend Snap Car Wash to anyone seeking quality service. If you're looking to preserve your vehicle's appearance, I suggest looking elsewhere to avoid the risk of adding scratches to your car.

Third and last visit to this bazaar car wash. I was ok with the quite pricey $65 for a 4WD wagon. After numerous attempts to up sell me with spray wax were politely rejected the manager wanted to barter the price with me over how dirty the car was. I had been on dusty gravel roads over the weekend, it would mostly hose right off. The inside was still quite clean from the wash a forthright ago. A little grass etc as you would expect. Anyway, I work in the area, love the convenience of having my car washed while I work. Won’t be going back to this bazaar style car wash though. The prices advertised must be for clean cars only. What a joker!

$65 for a platinum service clean on a DMax with normal road grime on it. After getting it home noticed: - floor mats not removed to vacuum the carpet - back seat not vacuumed - tub (under a canopy) not cleaned at all - grime remaining in wide cracks and crevices - middle of roof on canopy not done - interior windscreen smeary - tyres "blacked" unevenly. - interior not wiped down fully. VERY dissappointing after 90m for the cleaning service. I definitely will not be back - I urge you not to waste your money. Try a basic service first if you must, and judge that then find somewhere else.

Came in when they had an empty queue and was told it'll take an hour. When I came back it was clear they haven't yet started my car after an hour, and they were working on vehicles that weren't there before. I was told it'll be just "10 minutes" and then just "5 minutes", but I waited more than 30 minutes extra. The cleaning itself was good enough.

I tried to get my car wash here, however they refused to let me pick the wash package I wanted. He was very persistent with trying to up sell me and wouldn't let me just pay for the Snap Platinum wash, he refused to wash my car unless I paid for the next package up. Very uncomfortable situation.

The worst experience. My car has come out with damage to the wheels due to the wheel cleaner used this morning. When I highlighted the staff were rude and asked me to complain anywhere I like. The guys are using a caustic based wheel cleaner.

I don't normally go out of my way to leave reviews but credit where credit is due. I was very pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and quality of this place today. Probably the best wash my car has ever had. Will definitely return.

Friendly guys. Was happy that they didn't try pressure into upgrading the cleaning (ie polish or extra detailing) like the others elsewhere often do. They send a text message when your car is ready. The Car looked great

What a joke, went to get a platinum wash and was told my “dash” was to dusty and they would have to charge extra. Don’t bother going this has happened to my partner and friends. Spend you money somewhere else.

Came to do some Christmas shopping on Christmas Eve. They were busy but kept their promise of finishing In a hour. I didn’t have to ask for any extra ‘missed’ spots here, very thorough job. Extremely impressed

Just had my van washed inside and out. Fantastic job. Spotless. The new owner has such a good attitude and customer service. All locals should try Snap car wash. I will be bringing my van back weely
