"Here the busy business of justice be done"
"Has been taking me the better part of two months to get my loss of earnings paid"
"I did jury service here and it was a waste of time"
"The staff are incompetent! They fax over the wrong information to the prisons then no one responds to emails or phone calls in order to rectify their mistakes!! which causes innocent people to spend longer in prison unlawfully!! And it's even more so of an issue when it's a Friday and people have to wait till Monday to be able to get a response!! Totally unprofessional!"
"I did jury service here back in October 1999 and I really enjoyed it and I think all my fellow jurors did too"
Here the busy business of justice be done. Bleak and gloomy. The original Building finished with a “hammer-dressed coursed, squared Sneaton Stone facing” - now who would dare doubt this. It’s set in stone. Effortlessly evokes the crepuscular, also the Dickensian milieu: decay, dust, despair, quills and jet-black Indian ink. Originally an orphanage, partly designed by a young George Gilbert Scott, the foundation stone laid by Albert, Prince Consort in 1841, the dawn of the Victorian era. Grade II Listed This enclosed compound including the gatehouse and a Green) encroaching but not trespassing on the verge of Leyton Flats.,
Has been taking me the better part of two months to get my loss of earnings paid. They keep sending me back the same forms over and over even though I'm going in and physically handing them in at the desk. By the time they finally get you paid you'll have spent it all in travel taking back and forth the same forms! Also ignore the opening times on a Friday. If you try calling in the afternoon you just get the message it closes at 5 even though it's only 3pm.
I did jury service here and it was a waste of time. I was put on 3 cases and neither of them went ahead or were completed. so much waiting around. The only good things were I completed a 1000 piece puzzle, played monopoly with cool people which was super fun and it was a nice change of routine for the 2 and a half weeks. Also it is in a beautiful location and has a beautiful park near by

I did jury service here back in October 1999 and I really enjoyed it and I think all my fellow jurors did too. I'm sure the advance of technology has changed a lot of things in the past 23 years but I'm equally sure the atmosphere and the grounds have not.
I did jury service here over a year ago and one of the clerks Debbie flirts with everyone. She flirted with one of her colleagues who was sitting next to her. Don’t think you should be flirting while a case is going on. I didn’t like the environment there.
I had a great experience here, with extremely helpful Jury staff, always on hand to help and answer questions and kept you informed at all times. Security spot on and all the staff there were very welcoming. I give Snaresbrook Crown Court a 5 star rating.
Looks like a Palace from the outside. I did Jury service here all staff are helpful even if they appear to be strict and annoyed that is surely what working in a place like this would do to you anyway lol.
As a full time university student, I had to attend jury service. I found this inconvenient time, so I rescheduled the dates in the summer holidays. Ended up wasting 2 weeks of my life in a horrible case.
I came for jury service here back in October. I still haven’t received my expense money and the monies they owe me. I’ve been emailing and calling constantly but no response!!!!!!!
Amazing old building set in pretty grounds. Hopefully you never need to visit for it's actual purpose, but its a great old building for fans of photography and architecture.
I received my claim but my employer did not yet, even my salary was paid in full for 5 days of jury service. What can I say?! Even I will be selected again I am not going.
I was in a trial and not a great one. One of the ladies who was working there was so rude I think her name was Kareema. She is just truly rude and says what she wants.
traumatised my friend by accidentally sending her to a room full of convicts while she was supposed to be in witness protection. ended up bumping into a serial killer
Useless service. I have been trying to speak with the listings office now for over a week but the phone just rings out unanswered.
They have one of the worst automated phone service I have ever seen it's like they built it to confuse people and waste their time
Completed jury service here. Well run, with helpful staff as I hadn’t had any experience of jury service before this point.
A painful environment. Terrible service. Terrible cafe. Awful decor and smell. A truly unpleasant experience.
Does anyone answer the phones ? Worst court in the country to get someone to answer the phone - disgrace.
Ok, not much here, for sure the HM Tribunals Services needs Receptionist for the sake of the customers.
I N C R E D I B L E - best trials in north east London. Would come back.
