Update September 16th 2023 My visit to Snowy Village was an absolute delight, and I can't stop raving about their incredible Mango Bingsoo and Oreo Bingsoo! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a charming atmosphere that perfectly complemented the icy treats on offer. The Mango Bingsoo was a tropical paradise in a boewl. The generous heap of finely shaved ice was crowned with the juiciest and most flavorful mango chunks I've ever tasted with mountain of whip cream. It was a symphony of sweet and tangy, and each bite was a burst of refreshing goodness. The creamy drizzle of condensed milk added an extra layer of indulgence, making it an absolute must-try for anyone who loves mango. And let's not forget the toppings! There were so many toppings, even more than the silky shaved ice itself. This is something I haven't experienced at other shave ice places, and it truly made the dish exceptional. The Oreo Bingsoo, on the other hand, was a chocolate lover's dream come true. The velvety shaved ice was beautifully infused with rich chocolate flavor, and the Oreo crumbles added a delightful crunch that contrasted perfectly with the smoothness of the ice cream. It was like a heavenly dessert adventure in every spoonful, and once again, the abundance of toppings took it to a whole new level. What sets Snowy Village apart is not just the exceptional taste of their bingsoo but also the attention to detail in presentation. The portion size was generous, ensuring that I left the cafe feeling fully satisfied. The service was top-notch, too. The staff were friendly, and eager to recommend other menu items for future visits, which I'll definitely be making. If you're looking for a delightful escape from the everyday and a sweet treat to tantalize your taste buds, Snowy Village is the place to be. Whether you're a mango enthusiast or a chocolate connoisseur, their bingsoo offerings are sure to leave you with a smile. This cozy dessert haven deserves a solid five stars!

Updated Review: On my third subsequent evening visit to Snowy Village - Calgary location, I can confirm that the customer service provided by all staff was friendly and professional, the wait time was short, and the delicious mango bingsoo was available. I did not mention my name or previous review to any of the staff, but I believe any previous misunderstandings have been explained. Previous Review: This is my second visit at the Snowy Village - Calgary location. The first time there was on a weekend and it was great. Even though the line was long and the wait was over 30 minutes during my first time, I appreciated the great service and the mango bingsoo was delicious. During my second visit, the service provided by the cashier during our order was unprofessional and disappointing. My friend and I wanted to order a mango bingsoo again, but the cashier indicated that it was out of stock and asked us to choose a different one. The cashier was then rude and within a few seconds had impatiently asked if we were ready to order as he did not appear to want to serve us. We ordered a different bingsoo. After sitting down for some time, we bumped into another friend that had ordered after us that received the mango bingsoo. I don't have the name of the male cashier, but we are disappointed that the cashier lied to us and was unprofessional.

Went for the grand opening and it was super crowded but well controlled. They were out of pearls but the drinks are really well made with tons of fruit so you don’t feel the need for pearls. The bingsoo tasted amazing and the free taiyaki we got with it was very good. If you want your food to stay they recommend grabbing a table first so that the bingsoo doesn’t melt. I went another day and ordered two regular sized bingsoo and forgot to say that I wanted it to go. It turns out that you can only take large sized bingsoo to go. I ended up upgrading one bingsoo to a large to take home and kept one regular to stay but there were no available tables when our bingsoo came out. The staff were very accepting of the changes we made with our order and tried their best to get us a table. I felt bad that they went through so much trouble but it shows that they have really good customer service here. Overall I really recommend this place for summer desserts and I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Nice little shop with very nice and helpful staff. Tried this with my family for bingsu for the first time. It's definitely a different experience and not like American ice cream at all, the texture is like a dry confetti consistency, sorry I can't think of a better way to describe it lol but melts in your mouth. If you want traditional ice cream this will not be the place for you but if you like trying new foods from different cultures then I recommend going here. We all shared so everyone could try different flavours and we all agreed the fruit flavours were the best, as the bingsu needed the moisture, the oreo tasted great but was very very dry and none of us enjoyed the matcha with red bean, mainly because the red bean paste is not to any of our liking but the matcha was good. I will definitely go back and maybe try some of their other menu items next time.

I really appreciate how much space there is at Snowy Village. Most other dessert houses feel cramped with little to no space to wait for your order, while there's plenty of space here. I met up with some friends here and ordered my bingsoo to go as I didn't plan to stay long. The service was helpful, polite, and quick. The serving sizes are also quite large and even the takeout orders are presented well. I decided to take a quick sample of my order before leaving and ended up eating half of my dessert then and there. I enjoyed the experience almost entirely; my only concern was the price. While I think it's worth it, I don't think I can justify the price more than once or twice a month. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a cool treat that is extraordinary.

Lovely spot, great for hanging out with friends and family! Lots of seating inside and outside the establishment. The music was really nice too! The food was delicious and wonderful to look at. I ordered the Injeolmi and Mango Bingsu, both tasted very good! The shaved milk ice was very light and the toppings/fillings were very complimentary to it. I also had to try the Taiyaki with the Nutella, Custard, Red Bean flavor. Very crispy and flaky. Yum! The only downside is when using the bathroom, it was not matching to the lovely aesthetic to the rest of the store. It looked cluttered and a bit dirty. The toilet flushes really slowly and kinda made me panic when the toilet water started going higher (it eventually flushed).

I've been waiting for a bingsoo shop to open in Calgary for so long and this place does not disappoint, and it's also better than their other locations I've been to too. We tried the blueberry which was really good, and I love how they layer the flavors between the shaved ice so you don't just get a pile of plain milky ice. They are super busy on the weekend and probably will be for a while, their bestsellers such as watermelon or mango sell out fast and if you want them you'll have to go as soon as they open. There is limited seating when they have long lines but they offer to go and give cute insulation bags to help keep it cool and fresh which is amazing on their part. I'll be coming back to try the watermelon!

Update: I went here again and got the new melon bingsoo. We ordered it when there was only one other table and it took 45 mins to arrive. When it came it was good though but they may need to have more staff to make them. Also we ordered the custard taiyaki and they gave us the pizza cheese one instead. I think I liked the one in Edmonton more. I tried the mango bingsoo and there was too much whipped cream on top. It was also a little hard to eat as the bowl was small so the mango and bingsu on top was overflowing and pieces would regularly fall off the bowl. The taste was pretty good although some spoonfuls of the bingsu was too hard and icy. I like how people getting takeout get it in a cool thermal bag.

Upon entering you will notice a wall with Chinese characters, then you will be greeted with deafening Korean pop music. This sets the atmosphere of this place. On the wall are the Taiwanese Bubble Tea menu, on the table you will see a menu for Japanese Taiyaki and Korean Bingsoo. It seems like this place tries to find all the dessert from Asia and put them in a place. I went out of curiosity for the Bingsoo pictures on my friends' FB page. But was it good? Mediocre at best, the green tea Bingsoo had some mysterious bread/cake on it that I didn't care for. The mango was better, but everything seemed to be sugary without much other taste. Will I return? Not likely. At $12 a dessert, it was a bit excessive.

  • Merry R

I went here because my craving for Taiwanese Dessert, I ordered mango bingsoo in small and snowy ball no.4 and extra taro chunk. The mango bingsoo not really impressed me because the mango itself was sour and the ice also very little, for the snowy ball I find the bowl was very small make it hard to eat and will spill out the toppings, I hope they can change it to the better bowl with wider diameter to make it easy to scoop the dessert, the ice also very little and the taro chunk was not expected as I thought, I thought is kinda chewy taro chunk (like the one I had before in Hong Tang) but it was not. Well, overall in my opinion they can do better in presentation and taste, service was good though.

  • Tyson Doonan

Definitely check this place out! If you like Ice-cream its for sure worth a try! First time trying both Bingsoo and Taiyaki! the portions are very large and great value! I had the chocolate Bingsoo and it was great they layer the toppings down into the cup too so its not all just for show it packs huge flavour too! the taiyaki's were super good!! warm and gooey fillings like custard and Nutella, they also do savory ones so ill be sure to be back! the staff members that helped us were really nice! unfortunately they were short staffed and the deserts did take a little longer to come out than I would have hoped but I'm going to chock that up to a one off!

  • Euna Namkoong

Mango bingsoo is a classic and all time fave. I feel like this time I went was the best one yet. The balance between mangoes, syrup, and milk shavings were perfect! The pastry was amazing too. We got sweet potato, Nutella, and custard. I love Nutella and I like how the sweet potato wasn't super sweet. I'm not a huge fan of custard but my friend is so thats why we got it. I would have preferred red beans. But the washrooms really need to be cleaned and upgraded. I feel like washrooms says alot about the cleanliness of the restaurant. It's nasty in there. Didn't feel like it's cleaned on a daily basis.

  • Wendy

We all came here for an evening snack/dessert, and enjoyed the bingsoo and drink. I opted for the mango bingsoo, which had good flavour and sweetness. I liked the softness of the shaved ice as well. My friends got the melon and watermelon bingsoos, and a mango pomelo sago drink, which they enjoyed. Service was, unfortunately, quite slow. There was about a 15 minute wait between each dessert before the next one was served. There's ample parking in the lot of the mall, but can be tricky leaving if you happen to run into the students getting off of school across the street.

Fantastic! Welcomed warmly by Associates. Me with my close family friends thoroughly enjoyed the Ambiance and Ice Cream. We ordered Strawberry Bingsoo and Mango Bingsoo. After we served ice cream on our table, it was all covered with fresh fruits. After a bite it was a layer of snowy textured ice cream. Further more there was another layer of fresh fruits. Taste was very different. Ice cream wasn’t melting till we finished it and fruits flavour lasted till the last bite. A very different flavour. Good experience. For sure coming back.

  • Zhaohan Xu

I used to eat here they do very good bingso but now seem like their quality dropped. The portion become smaller and I feel the price goes up. I miss the old times which they serve big size and price is cheap. Before they really put tons of toppings on it now mostly it’s just shaved ice. And be warning don’t order their hot foods we order the popcorn chicken and cheese corn, taste like from frozen and already soggy after they heat it. This visit changed our impression of it and I feel sad because I used to eat here during summer a lot.

  • Vic Yung

Went on a weekday evening and there was a lot of space to sit inside and outside. Wasn't very busy and was able to order right away. Certain flavours are unavailable on weekdays. Ordered a regular size of the strawberry, chocolate, and cheesecake. Orders arrived promptly and was able to eat inside at our leisure. Regular size portions were large, but can be eaten by one person. Taiyaki and other drinks were also available on the menu. Snowy Village also does takeout orders and they pack it in an insulated bag for safe delivery.

  • lyn quinsona

Was so excited to finally get bingsu this summer. The staff here was friendly and there was a large variety of flavors and other treats to choose from. The only reason for the low star rating was when I took my child to the washroom I almost gagged. Looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in forever. mirror (which was practically the whole wall) was filthy. the floor looked like it wasn't swept in a week (so much dust). Whenever a restaurant has a nasty washroom it makes me question the sanitation of the kitchen.

  • Ja Ric

We ordered 4 popular flavours of their famous bingsu. Cheesecake, mango, strawberry and oreo and I could say that it is truly satisfying! There is a huge line up and the crowd is mostly teens! The staff are friendly and even if they work and move fast, there is still about half an hour wait time. The place looks inviting and clean. My kids keep on saying that they wanna come back here for a weekly attendance. I wish this place would offer a loyalty card and get some freebies for being a happy customer.

  • Joey

Best bingsoo in Calgary by far. Tried the Richmond location years ago and have been waiting ever since to get a location here. We got the strawberry and cheesecake bingsoos and they were delicious, well worth the long wait for Snowy Village to come here. They are currently doing a soft opening but the store was packed and the line was nearly out the door when we went around 9PM Friday. The service was quick and though they said it'd be a 15 minute wait to get the dessert, it took less than that.

  • Marcos T

This place has a massive following and reputation! Lives up to it well. About time it came to Calgary. Amazing shaved ice unlike anything you'd get in a snowcone it's very light and dry on the tongue. The Taiyaki ( Stuffed, Fish-Shaped Waffles) I highly reccomend they're delicious and hot. The parking is a little crazy and confusing and the place is always packed so beware but it's worth it. We got the Green Tea Bingsoo, Cheese Pizza Taiyaki, Nutella Taiyaki, and Injeolmi/Red Bean Taiyakk

  • jessica chen

This place must be good so have such a line up! I saw the line upon arrival, hubby wanted to leave but I insisted going in. It’s so worth it! We have a large mango to share and a large cheesecake bingsoo to take home for the kids, it so creamy, refreshing, melts in my mouth like no other icecream. Overall I give it 5 stars, I’ll definitely come back again when it’s not as busy to avoid the line. Once again I love it, thank you for bringing in amazing treat like this to Calgary.

  • AthenA Rivera

The BEST! My number one BINGSU in Calgary! I've been to Korea last year, and this is by far my favourite of the dessert places I visited in Korea. The flavour of the milk ice is so creamy. My go-to order will always be Injeolmi but they are only available on the weekend. But during the weekday, I like to get the half and half. Mango and cheesecake. The best combination ever. It's giving me mango float which is a mango graham lasagna kind of dessert in the Philippines. ❤️❤️❤️

  • Kanwar Randhawa

No complaints about this place, you come and choose which shaved iced you’d like then sit down. Seating can be tight at times however. When your number is called you put your hand up and they bring you your dessert! The mangoes on it were real and sweet the ice was a perfect amount of sweetness. Very good and satisfied, definitely would come back here. I would say one of the better shaved ice places in calgary. Great to see another international dessert house in calgary.

  • Lisa H

As I've never had bingsoo, I was very excited for this place. We ordered one of the popular bingsoo and it was ok. They were fast with bringing that to the table, but for what it was, I found it quite expensive. The tayaki were good and that would be the only thing I'd order again. The milk tea and mango drink was mediocre . I didn't find any prices listed so I was shocked when the small mango drink came out to be almost $7! Do not recommend getting drinks there.

  • Jennifer Mah

Not a bad spot for some shaved ice (probably the best the city has to offer), but definitely as good as the quality I’ve had in Hawaii. I probably wouldn’t make the trek out just for this, but a decent spot for those who live/go to school close by. Wished there was more flavour in the middle of the snow mountain. Expect some lineups with few spots to sit down - this place is still pretty busy since it’s a new chain people have been eagerly waiting for.

  • A L

The mango bingsoo is my favourite, and I love that the mangoes are both sweet and tart with a soft, meltable texture that isn't stringy. The staff are friendly, it's a lively atmosphere, and there is plenty of parking available. I recall one night when a huge rush came in near closing, they had many orders to fill, but they still continued to provide good service even after hours. Granted, the wait was longer than usual but that was to be expected.

  • Kelly Wu

Good service, moderate wait time (10-15 mins), limited food selection but only Bingsoo dedicated place in Calgary. It’s a nice place, they clean up well, and have friendly service. The Bingsoo is quite filling and the price isn’t bad. The Taiyaki’s and bubble tea are expensive I will say for both taste, and size. Not a lot of bubble tea options, most are tea based, and not all options are currently available. Cool place to hangout as well!

  • David

Love this place! Im a big fan of Korean shaved ice and it does not disappoint! Take out is still open. But they don’t have lids for regular size orders. Additions info: Half and half Bingsoo available with Extra $1/$2 Any side topping will be $2 Injeolmi, Greentea, & black sugar pearls will be limited on the weekends Watermelon and mango will be seasonal Take out & Delivery are available in Large sizes only

  • mountvenus1

One of the true bingsoo places in Calgary. Disappointed they don’t have the bingsoo hot pot like the Snowy Village in Edmonton. Still a good option if you are all ‘shave-iced’ out from other dessert places. I wanted to try the mango bingsoo or the watermelon.. they were out of both. I had the milk bingsoo instead. Quite pricey - $14 for a large. I thought it could be a bit more reasonably priced.

  • Brad Bay

We have been here a few times and love it. The bingsoo is delicious and the fruit is fresh every time, it’s the best we have come across. We appreciate that they offer half and half in case we don’t want the same flavor and the side offerings are usually a generous portion. It is a little out of the way for us but we make a point of driving out here when we have a craving, always worth it!

  • Amilia Choi

Personally… of all the bingsoo places I’ve been to… i feel this place is a meh. Taiyaki was made of a croissant dough so you dont get the OG taiyaki texture and bingsoo felt it lacked flavour. Although it may look vibrant and flavourful but its hard to mix things give such structure. FYI: The red bean tayaki paste is not mashed. So you taste the whole bean while some feels less seasoned.

  • M C

Their bingsoo tastes amazing! They definitely don’t cheap out on the toppings for them, which makes it worth the price. I like how they also include some of the toppings in layers once you finish the top so it’s not just plain shaved milk. The staff are amazing and the seating area is clean! However the washroom is not as clean.. sort of reminds me of a gas station washroom.

  • Ari beri

Very fun new spot to try. I love Korean shaved ice, and wanted to try a new spot (sorry snowcapz) and I stumbled upon this place. Totally worth the drive up there. The portions were huge and well worth your money. Packed with flavour, and I appreciated the amount of fruit they put in. I can honestly say this is one of the best places to get bingsoo in Calgary.

  • Durga Kale

Lovely selection of Asian desserts! The bingsoo portions are delicious! Taiyaki selection is good as well, and my red bean taiyaki was good - but I have had better ones I found the place to be a little expensive for what it serves. That said, it is a laid-back, lovely spot to hang out with friends, and please don't judge the place by its rough exterior!

  • Mika Y

Been here many times and it’s been great. Ordered skip the dishes and it was terrible. None of my drinks were sealed properly so they had spilled, flooded the bag and were mingled with one another so inedible. And the Snowy Bowl I ordered was horrible. I have no idea who was checking online orders but they did a horrible job. I will not be returning.

  • E Kim

The best location in western Canada. You can't compare the quality of the bingsu here to the location in Calgary. The staff are efficient here and will make your bingsu right away. The watermelon bingsu is so good here and it's too bad it's only seasonal. They also have parking in the building if you ask for the code to get in through the gates.

  • Cindy Wong

The staff are friendly, the place is clean with limited seating. The bingsu here is delicious and so good, the croissant taiyaki I could keep eating. So flaky, came out fresh, and all the flavours are good! Tried the A Cute Lemon drink on recommendation from my brother and really enjoyed that too, not too sweet and very refreshing!

  • Grayson Pratt

Very tasty and unique experience! They have a variety of free infused waters for customers and their selection of treats is pretty good size! I would say that they could benefit from a smaller portion size added to their two sizes already, it should also be known that some flavours are seasonal and some only available of weekends!

  • S G

First time hearing about bingsoo. Went for a walk on nose hill and got a request for the closest ice cream shop. Ordered mango, strawberry, oreo and espresso. Each of us was very pleased with our choice. Ordered togo, sat and ate in the cafe. Watermelon looks amazing. Will definitely be back. Service was wonderful thank you!

  • Melody Zhang

The ice is very fluffy and melts like a dream in my mouth. Topping is bit light. They have some cute elements with the interior design. Not much to say about service since really you just order and pay. Large size would be quite crazy to have to be honest. Loud environment since everyone’s just in a good mood there.

  • Jackson Le

Very neat cafe near Northland. They have unique menu for desserts from Japan such as Bingsoo (shaved ice) and Taiyaki. Taiyaki are similar to pancake batter but it has filling in the the fried batter such as vanilla cluster, Sweet potato or Nutella. They are made to order. Very fresh. Staff are super friendly here.

  • Justin Chan

Went to snowy village today and got a large mango to go. This is what came out after a 15 minute drive home in one of their bags. The two girls working at the time have no customer service giving a sigh and visual displeasure when you order an item. Quality over all experience has gone way down since they opened.

  • Gigi Chan (Gigi)

we ordered a large Injeolmi bingsoo and it tasted really good! But it was too much for two people, and I would recommend ordering a regular one. It was surprising me that there was a layer of red bean at the bottom and another layer of soy flour in the middle as well! which given a better taste of the bingsoo!

  • Po Chiang

The shaved ice cream feels like snowflake which gives a wonderful taste compare to the traditional ice cream. Has many different flavours and you can also order your favorite bubble tea and Taiyaki (fish crepe) with the fillings of your choice! Highly recommended but beware of the high calorie!!! …

  • Charlene Lai

It’s pretty delicious bingsoo!!! We ordered strawberry one sooo yummy ‼️ Best bingsoo so far in Calgary! Their service could be better because they usually couldn’t find customers when they tried to deliver food. But it still doesn’t affect the truth of the delicious food!

  • Naomi Cheng

Really tasty bingsu with a variety of different flavours available. We had the small mango bingsu (you can choose either small or large) and found it to be perfect for two. This place recently opened, which might be why service is a bit slow. Staff are friendly though :)

  • Lily Zhou

Best bingsoo ever! Love the size and the taste. However the staff told us the most popular is the green tea one. I feel very disappointed. It taste not that good. Mango one is great. I wish I didn’t choose the green tea. I Will try other kinds next time with my friends.

  • T G

This was first time at this location. There were only two other customers in the store. We were able to order and get seated quickly. The mango bingsoo is a delectable dessert! I also really enjoyed trying cheese taiyaki. Be careful though as they are extremely hot!

  • Truc Do

Korean bingsu. I think it should be better if 2-3 persons share because the portion was quute but. I tried the cheesecake bingsu but it's just so so, not very special. I think that it's quite pricy since the topping wasn't much. A little bit lacking of flavour

  • Sandy

Great casual place to get some Korean dessert, even the regular sized bingsoo is big enough for 2 to share. Get there a little bit early, the place fills up quick after dinner. We were there on a Wednesday night and they were lined up out the door at 8:00pm.

  • Rebecca Barry

We shared a large bingsoo (strawberry and mango) and a set of three taiyakis. Delicious and a unique treat around here. I am not normally one to post about price but it's close to $20 for one large bingsoo. It is a chain though so prices are likely set.

  • Rob Schmidtke

Fantastic bingsoo place with a wonderful array of flavours and excellent presentation. Would strongly recommend. Dining room is simplistic, but during these times that is necessary. A brief wait and we were delighted when the dishes came to the table.

  • Quynh “Quinn” V

love the experience and the taste of their bingsoo. Just hope they put in more sauce for the bingsoo and stock up Mango more often. Took me half an hour to drive there but got disappointed twice cuz Mango was sold out and didn’t get restocked. …

  • Victoria

Drinks and sweets are 10/10 everytime. I could honestly eat the snowy bowls, coconut toast and taiyaki every day. Such a great place with staff who are always kind, fast and super accomidatinf. Will be reccomending this place to everyone I meet!

  • Polo Cheng (PC)

Awesome Korean style shaved ice. Very generous portions. So far we've only tried the mango one but will definitely come back for other flavours. The Taiwanese sausages were awesome, admittedly a bit pricy but it was a good delicious snack.

  • Karu

Best place to chill with friends and family. The mango or matcha bingsoo is the best flavour personally. Good during the hot summers and winter too. Dine-in is the best cause you get more for what you paid for, rather than take out.

  • Akeru Gin

We ordered the watermelon, injeolmi?, mango and the oreo. They are amazing, i love the mango best. The watermelon has ice cream on top . The place is neat and clean. Good place to kill time while enjoying these desserts. …

  • Jorge Morales

Try the espresso bingsoo, it has so many layers of flavor and it's so filling as well. The place as cool decorative elements and the music is always on top. This will be the place to get the sweet tooth cravings moving forward.

  • Wing Chen

Delicious shaved ice dessert. This place is super busy tho we lined up for half an hour just to put the orders in. Either they were short staff or they need more help. Either way, good place to go to in a hot summer day.

  • Zivvy O

Been wanting to go here for a while and finally did today. It was unbelievable how good it was. The fresh fruit, the creamy of the dessert and the price was really good for the sizes. Highly recommend and will be back

  • Kelsey DuPont

Very delicious. I have never been before. I had a hr cheesecake flavor. I was surprised it was $12 for a regular and $16 for a large. But I figured, why not...it's the experience! A great fun dessert experience.

  • Jen

We had the mango bingsoo. The mango was ripe and delicious. The ice itself was somewhat tasteless. Decent service. Was pretty empty for a Saturday afternoon in the summer. Overall, nothing special unfortunately

  • Nat “Bẹp”

Discovered this through Insta! The bingsoon was not as good as it looked but snowy bowls were a hit for boba lovers… the price is overrated for something so simple? But good experience and nice environment

  • Aman Gaddu

Tried their famous mango bingsu which is a sweet flavour with a mixture of shaved ice and mango pudding. Friendly staff, inviting dine in and they also have free lemonade. Must try their popular flavours.

  • Vineet Dham

Mango bingsoo (right) is good and should give it a try but Injeolmi Bingsoo (left) should be tried at your own risk.Personlly, I didn't like it. The ambience is decent to dine in, the staff was friendly.

  • William Scannell

It's only 3 star because it's expensive and inside needs to be fixed up. The ice cream is really good. The portions are good. All they need to do is make the repairs necessary, paint, and charge less.

  • June y (Yy)

Snowy bowl #1 is my current favorite! It has a mix of my favorite toppings and oolong is one of my favorite teas. It's sweet but not too much and I love the chewines of the taro and tapioca balls.

  • Dean Mah

First time being here and I quite enjoyed it. Medium was large and filling for an evening dessert. Ordered the mango bingsoo and the green tea bingsoo. Both were very refreshing on a hot day.

  • Ndnd Hdhd

Worst place ever. They used to give out free water and now they don’t buy the girl in the front has an attitude I asked her for water and she said “NO” with a attitude like be soft be nice

  • Hong Phat Duong

Delicious bingsu!!!!!!!!!!!!!! tho, I kinda wish that they would have a plate or something to catch all the crumbs falling from the cup, or maybe I should stop eating like an animal, hmmm

  • Shirley Mappala

Food was soooooo good ! We got the half and half of strawberry and cheesecake, and cheese corn ! The strawberry cake was great!!It was delicious and the staff was kind and fantastic (: ,

  • Merry

The portion is surprisingly big, just for a regular and it was enough for 3. The shaved ice felt like it was milk which was good taste wise but not good lactose wise. Good stuff :)

  • Jeff Thompson

The kids loved the Oreo lava cake! The mango bingsoo was delicious too!!

Great customer service. We got mango and strawberry bingsoo. I have to say I was blown away with the taste ice cream layered with fresh fruits. If you haven’t tried it you must !!

Sorry, that wrong comment before was for the other store, didn't check before posting it. You guys are awesome, great desserts there. Always going there, highly recommended

  • Yukun Yang

Amazing desserts! The ice with fruit is so great! The shaved ice is really light and they add layers of toppings on top and underneath. Definitely worth checking out!

  • Cindy Wang

Lovely dessert place for hangout and girls night! Best bingsoo I’ve ever had.worth the wait. Amazing interior design which is a nice to-go place for pictures! !

  • Candace Wu

Delicious, but insanely crowded inside. Waited an hour for a shaved ice and is super loud inside. The bingsoo was good but filled up with whipped cream inside

  • Kristy Chen

It was not bad, but not amazing. There’s definitely a design flaw here as the fruit kind of just fell off the side, it was yummy overall. I would come again.

  • Alycia Herlein

Super unique and yummy. Heads up though the portions for the Bingsoo (creamy shaved ice) are huge! I get a mini for myself because that's all I can handle.

  • Derek T

Bingsoo is sooo delish! An amazing treat on a hot day. The Taiyaki is also incredible. We went once last week and was back in afew days for another fix.

  • Helen H.

Service was prompt, not a long wait. The taiyaki was hot and flaky and the bingsoo was creamy with flavor in the inside too. The bubble tea was okay.

  • Yohaan Pothen

Absolutely loved the bingsoo!! Although people with lactose intolerance be warned. The different layers are so good. Can't wait to try more.

  • Sakina Liu

Getting expensive and taste was lucky for me on that day. Normally they’re good but today;( cost almost $70 for those ice cream hu hu

  • Alexia Tedesco

So delicious! Service was quick and the staff were very friendly. The regular size Bingsoo would have definitely been enough for two.

  • Diane Grove

Excellent bingsu! The mango is always a favourite. Other things to try are the nutella taiyaki, corn cheese, and Taiwanese sausages!

  • Jenn L

Great place for desserts on a bit summer day. This place serves shaved ice cream with your choice of toppings. It is really good.

  • Jordan Hansen

Pretty good for desserts. New bowls are good but would try a different flavour next time. Shaved ice is great for a summer treat.

  • Raqibur Rahman

Heavenly flavor, tried mango and oreo one. Both are extremely good. Very soft crushed ice, better than hawaii shaved ice!!

  • Shawn Keown

Delicious! Our first experience with Bingsoo leaves us wanting more! Quick service and friendly staff.

  • Asella

Yummy mango bingsu, and friendly staff. But the bingsu should be served in the bowl more tidy. …

  • Chris Marshall

Delicious shaved ice dessert but very pricey. Easy $30 for 2 people, for dessert, wow... not cool..

  • Tim

They make great desserts. Just wish the place was kept a little more tidy especially the washrooms

  • Alisha Babar

Overall a great place to get shaved ice cream however things run out fast. Get em while you can.

  • Nhize

I love the corn cheese and the chocolate cake. The service was good and it is worth the price.

  • Angela Tang

Good place for dessert and snacks! Definitely going back to try more items next time!

  • Kirsten Tkach
