This place is the biggest rip off I've ever seen! The way they take advantage of the poor is sickening! The only reason I'm giving more than 1 star is because the woman working there was very nice and helpful. It was $5 to use a tiny washer! Doing a small load of laundry, like your sheets (No Pillowcases) here will cost you around $9, it is double the price of a normal laundromat! They charge so much money that I am baffled they still have customers! They take advantage of the fact that the people in the neighbourhood don't have many options. I usually do my laundry at a much better, much higher end, much cleaner laundromat and only pay $2.50 for a better wash in a bigger washer, $4.75 per load! This is an excellent example of people ripping off their fellow humans because they can. Also, it smells like Vomit. I got a tetatus shot after being here just in case. Rip off.

This laundry place is ideal for me because its located very close to downtown so it's very accessible if you don't drive, it's on a major bus route. It's a nice place, clean, they have staff on site the whole time they are open. They've got extra large, triple and double loads, a bonus the laundry has a cafe where you could grab a drink and get your laundry change from. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's never full where you won't have a machine readily available to use, I could always get my laundry done on time. It's open until 2200, it could be opened longer since it opens at 1000. They have power outlets to charge your phone as well if you so need and the best part, a reward system. You get a card that is stamped on how many washes you are doing and after 10 washes you get a free one. If you want to get your laundry done properly I recommend the Soap Opera.

Best place to do laundry that's closest to me, only down side are the prices for the washing machines, but when you can't do laundry in your own place it's worth it! The dryers are 25 cents for 3 minutes but you can easily dry a large load in 20-30 minutes because the dryers are so efficient. They have a canteen with snacks and coffee, and the staff are very friendly and helpful! The lighting is nice and bright and it's very clean!

A very neat vibe here! A community hub that I really appreciated. First time here and a kind regular helped me with the washer and parted with a fist bump. I felt so welcomed in that moment. Would definitely come here for an ice cream or beverage just to be apart of the community again. Kind of like a local coffee shop! Lots of machines and wash loads are about 30 minutes.

Insane price. $5 for a teeny tiny load and 25¢ for 3 minutes in the dryer? Crazy. I came down here because it seemed like a nice place and it is, but I can't afford to do my laundry at that price. I had to put in about a 3rd of what I had and go back to the place near my house that has buckets all over the floor to catch the leaks. ‍ …

Terrible. Noticed there was no hot water after starting laundry. Staff unwilling or incapable of doing anything. Requested refund so I could re-do loads later. No go. Have been coming there for 18 months since washer crashed at home. 5 loads per week @3.00 for 78 weeks =$1170 spent and that is ending over $6 to re-do 2 loads. Smart business?

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. I went there today and it was my first time doing laundry at a laundromat, so I had no clue what I was doing. The women working at the front desk were totally patient in answering all my questions and didn't make me feel dumb at all. The prices are reasonable and overall it's a great little place.

Great service friendly staff but man did this place go downhill since new management!!! Lots of washers out of service dirty looking laundry area and only one staff at a time… grew up using soap opera and still as a adult but man think I need to find one closer to home cause this place is not what it used to be :(

I don’t usually comment but quality of service the provided made me do it. Excellent customer service. The girl working there was very kind and friendly. She works in the morning but on that day she had to switch with her colleague. Highly recommended! You will never regret!

Terrible place to do laundry. Most of their machines are out of order. Dryers are set to do only a low heat cycle of 3 min for 25 cents. I tryed to use one of them several times but gave up and went home with wet clothes.

I went and had my laundry washed the price was great for what was offered. There's a place to sit down and wait. A place to buy snacks. This place is better then some of the 24 hour laundry place I have been to.

Fairly clean location, they have many snacks and beverages available to enjoy while waiting for your laundry, lots of machines and open till 10pm everyday including Sunday. Parking is hit or miss close by

Loved the ladies working the laundromat. The coffee is old school burnt pot style so nothing to rave about there, but lots of fun fast make food options while you wait and plenty of machines.

It costs 5$ for one wash! And 2$ to dry for 30mins? And terrible customer service, a can of soda pop costs 1.30 when everyone else in the neighborhood sells for 1$...not impressed

Very clean laundromat!!.good variety snacks, sandwiches n things to drink. Doesnt sell much individual soaps, fabric softener only per bottle, but does bounce individual!..

based on the fact that this place is always busy I would have to say that this has got to be the best place to wash and dry your laundry and the food isn't that bad either

It's a good place to wash clothes. Place is clean and has a sitting area to eat or have coffee. The machines do their job and usually no waiting. Am pleased to go there.

Best place to have laundry done in downtown Winnipeg. Super staff who wash and fold everything just right. Major time saver for me and everything smells nice and fresh.

The place is lovely. Doing loads of laundry and getting pizza while u wait. Guess the only issue that I have is the price. Other than that, it's pretty good there.

Great little place to do your laundry. Clean and reasonably priced. They have a nice seating area as well where you can sit and relax and have a quick bite to eat.

Feels like stepping back in time, when happy people did laundry together in a classic laundromat. Complete with a cute snacks and ice cream shop in front. Groovy!

Worst laundry in Manitoba. 17 machine’s damaged. Not much machine left in working condition. I think owner has no interest in this business.

Pricy washers but lovely workers and lovely store. Always clean and in and out of there within an hour or 2, love my weekly visits!

Use to be a nice place, now it's a hangout for crackheads on the nod! Also 20 machines out of order for months!! Stay away!
