Ordered a bed from this shop more than 6 months ago. Delivery time expected around 3 months actually took more due to difficult situation in Poland, as fabric is there. We got called week ago, promising the delivery. Also, I was told they only accept cash, as card machine is not working, so we had to pay credit card fees and urgently withdraw the money! After taking the leave day, got the call changing delivery to Friday ( 3 days later ) due to problems with their truck. On Friday, another leave day taken for nothing, had to call them myself and how surprised I was that delivery day had to change to Monday. And here we are! Today morning, Monday, we were extremely happy for the bed, but how surprised I was why they got boxes into my room and said I had to assemble it myself. Nobody all this time told us so! 30€ we paid for delivery was really for delivery. Hey got Arnotts prices for their products, but attention to details and organizing skills are definitely missing! Worst experience we ever got

My sister's friend highly recommended this company, I couldn't believe my luck when I popped into their fb page yesterday morning and saw the most beautiful corner sofa with chrome legs and electric recliner - exactly what I was looking for!! I was over the moon to see it was half price and available! Less than 24 hours later it has been delivered by 2 friendly handworking men. Unfortunately it could not fit through the living room door frame and be set up but I don't mind as i will be moving to my forever home soon, I will be like a child at Christmas unwrapping this and setting it up in my new apt. What a fantastic piece of furniture this is! We had this now for about 4 weeks at this stage. Solid base, huge storage, very comfortable, lovely wide and long sleeping area, lovely design, soft fabric and increadibly easy to clean. It really feels like a 3000 euro piece. Delivery lads got it all set up, explained how to take it apart again if needing to relocate/reposition, gave tips about care, took away old corner sofa for very reasonable recycling/transportation fee. Also, arranged extremely fast delivery (purchased on Sunday and delivery on Wednesday and it is very unusual for these types of large purchases!!) Delivery done by very punctual and accurate staff. I bought a massive couch, gorgeous looking and extremely comfortable for a really good price comparing with the other places, it was a done deal.payed the deposit on Thursday and had the couch delivered by Friday! The Sofa Galaxy team was so easy to deal with- calls and texts responded to promptly- the mattress delivered was a less expensive model- however a refund was sorted in super QUICK time ! We elected to assemble the wall bed ourselves- however its a tad more complicated than a standard IKEA unit - if you want a happy marriage I suggest you pay extra to get the Sofa Galaxy team to assemble it for you! :) The wall bed is slim line and very comfy to sleep on.

Not a bad place to go to if sofa needed and online sales is not an option(i like to see, feel the surface before buying). Location is findable thanks to google maps. Otherwise it would be difficult to find it as it's in the industrial estate. Selection of sofas and armchairs is good. They have more online, but what's in the store is sufficient. Place is very clean. Staff is very friendly. Liked the place.

We got the sofa from Sofa Galaxy delivered about two months ago. All going great. It was individual order with upgraded fabric and storage in arm rest. Waiting time took about three and a half months. Storage areas are very spacious. Takes not just duvets and blankets for guests, but also can be used for other sundries storage.
