I had a good experience at this store. The young lady that helped me out today spent the time to check inventory and find the exact colour and size of the kids winter boot I was looking for. The boots they found came with an old sale price tag, so they gave me the sale price. I would go back to this store to purchase shoes again.

The previous reviewers were right: the sales staff here suck. I just went in fully prepared to buy a pair of berkies & although I looked at the sales staff 3 times, and they saw me looking at them, they just stood there behind the counter. I'll go to a family-owned store I know, though it's further away.

First experience in a Soft Moc and for sure won't choose to go back to this one. Don't even bother going if you're younger than about 30 as the staff only seem to focus on the older customers. Wasted time waiting for about 20 minutes before leaving irritated and seriously unimpressed.

Didn’t have the shoes in the store so I asked to order it. They took the order wrong and told me it was a problem to change it for the right one. Then I asked for a refund. They couldn’t do the refund immediately because it was ordered online. Don’t waste your time.
