Quality of shoes are good but they are not better than their neighboring shoe shop who sell the same shoes but at more competitive prices and discounts. I say this because while I quickly bought 3 expensive pairs of shoes today from SOHO shop, I was disturbed by SOHO's staff who clearly have zero customer service, especially the young lady. They did not even say thank you or bye. When I told the filipino staff before buying one of their shoes in the display that it's very itchy and asked if they have something to cover the itchy parts, he asked his female Italian colleague; she eye rolled and said something offensive about me "Does she think we are a repair shop? Is she stupid?" So he tried to be nice to me and told me that she said they are not a repair shop. Then I watched her rudely treating other customers who also wanted to buy shoes but were discouraged by her attitude. The other Italian male seller was also too aloof and cold. When I asked if they offer any discount like the other shops as I was buying 3 shoes, he gave a firm no. I think SOHO shop owner doesn't care if his staff are rude or apathetic or mock clients because I was told that he could be intimidated by Italy's law as his Italian employees can sue him if he fires them for their zero customer service. Anyway, the only loser here is the owner and his shops reputation

Ultimamente compro molto spesso le scarpe in questo negoZio.. hanno belle scarpe, di qualità, per questo i prezzi non sono molto economici però si paga la qualità... starei un po’ più attenta a come si serve il cliente, dato che il servizio è pressoché pari a zero.. per il resto la qualità delle scarpe è veramente buona

Pessima impressione. Commessi inefficienti, pressoché inutili. Scelgo un paio, torna dal retro con un altro modello, torna nel magazzino, ritorna e sbaglia a prendere il numero. Commenti tipo: le vendiamo tanto! Locale sciatto. Lo scontrino l'ho dovuto chiedere io. Esci con l'amaro in bocca.

Sono gentili e disponibili! Le scarpe sono ben fatte e ci sono varie possibilità!

Devino togliere il brand Birchenstock, hannio solo 3 modelli antiquati.
