I've been using this wash since they opened up at between 1-3 times per week. It's close to my house and used to be the best. It has really gone downhill the last while to the point where I'm almost done with it. Half the time I go there something isn't working. Two times ago it was the vacuum and today, the pre soak was not working. I use a loyalty card there to pay because you get 10% exta when you load it with $25 dollars and I was my truck often. When I swiped and the presoak wasn't working I gave I a second to see if it would work and nothing. So I called the attendant over and he takes his time, gets there and says "yeah... it's not working today." So I asked for my money back, because if there is no presoak I'll go somewhere else. He gives me a slip for 1 dollar, I said it charges me 2 when I swipe he said "yeah, but you had time to use the other dollar..." I'm done with this garbage. I don't care if it's only a dollar, it's happened too many times lately. I'd avoid if you don't want to be frustrated. Lost a customer today, I'll go to the akinsdale car wash instead. Just as good, and their equipment works. TL;DR Go to akinsdale car wash instead. Just as good and their equipment is more reliable

Only 3-stars this time, I really like this car wash, I travel from Kingsway to wash me vehicle there but this time disappointed because there wasn't a clean stall and pretty much it looked like there wasn't anyone there in days to clean things up?. I usually go there in the evenings because it's less busy, but the last few times these youths with those wannabe loud mufflers are racing through there, or showing off their wannabe sport wheels, and large tail fins , revving their puny ponies, and they leave the bathroom so unhealthy, disgusting .

Stood in the little store they have for 8 minutes without one single person coming in there. I could have taken almost anything I wanted to be honest. There was no sign of an employee whatsoever. The change machine wouldn’t let me use my card nor would the machine in the wash bay so I had to try and get tokens from the store plus I needed extra soap…. I just put everything down and left. Also, the bays and floor were FILTHY!! There was a layer of mud that made it very slippery. Not a great first experience and will likely never come back.

First impressions were good, open 24hrs, next to a tim hortons coffee , and not too busy. Negatives: I never thought I would say this, but too much soap lol. Usually its the other way around. Floors are dirty in the morning as its open 24hrs and no staff work at night. Also I understand with the weather we are having, some vehicles are coming in pretty dirty at night. All in all, if they could staff someone at night, or have someone come in early and rinse the floors, and dial down the soap a bit, it would be a perfect car wash.

A great place to wash your vehicle , I travel from Kingsway Ave to go there & I came across this service late one night & saw the sign open 24 hrs that caught my attention. I noticed the young staff hard at work there & wanted to leave a tip, I was disappointed I couldn't leave one otherwise if they accepted they would be fired. That's unfair to these hard working staff☹ please reconsider this practice.

First time here. Finally decide to try this place out. Came here later in the evening. It was quiet. For $3, I got 3 minutes and 55 seconds. Pretty decent amount of time. Price is fair. The water pressure is very high! I'll be back again! I think I like one more than the one in north common behind the theatre. The place was clean and has good lighting. $2 gets you 2 mins and 26 secs.

Open 24/7, which is nice if you want to detail anything, especially in the winter. It was a bit expensive as I think they shortened their time per dollar usage. Also, it takes almost a minute for the line to switch from no soap to soap or vice versa. It's still highly recommended, just to come after 1am so I can keep detailing my car, lol.

Was one of the best car washes because it was open 24/7 and I could come late at night and not have anyone rushing or bothering me when I hand wash my vehicle’s but they now updated the hours from 10am - 7pm . Not worth my time now to come from the south side for a car wash , I’ll take my business elsewhere

Quite enjoy this place! Treat your ride to some love, take the time and try all the options, triple foam conditioner, wheel cleaner with brush. Cleanliness Amazing Water Pressure Top Notch Cost (can get pricey; watch timer it helps) Biggest issue; Vacuum isn’t a highlight

Glad I discovered this place! You get lots of time for each option and the hose is powerful and sprays a lot of whatever you need (soap, water, foam, etc). $2 gets you 2 minutes and 40 seconds so it’s a great value, also open 24 hours. Would definitely recommend!

Would leave zero stars for dodgy equipments and being rushed at the end of the wash. Used to wash two cars monthly in this place but not anymore. Go to the drive through ones nearby to get what you pay for and where no useless employees will bother you!! AVOID

Absolutely awful experience! Vacuum was broken the attendant told me to go to the next stall. It was broken again. I wasted 30 minutes of my time and he offered me nothing for the time wasted. He refused to give me a free wash I will never go back here again..

Nice location, good chemicals. Could use some more upkeep though. Vaccum barrel fell on my bumper from high up where it's mounted and the vaccum end wasn't very solid. Would also be nice if you could at least tap or insert card. Had to get change next door.

The coin operated car wash is one of the worst in the city. The change between wash modes takes ages which will be at your expense. Staff there are not helpful at all. Will not use this place or recommend to others as you will find better places nearby.

Love the dude working night shift during the week! Best staff member an establishment could ask for!!! He is compassionate, knowledgable, diligent, down to earth, and helpful. Couple of the ladies that work morning shift are pretty awesome

This is the only 24hour car wash I know of in Edmonton. I was very happy when I found this place. After a long day of riding, you need to wash down your ATV/Dirt bike... very happy to have found this place

Used to come here in early morning hours to beat the rush. Recently changed from 24 hours to open 10am-7pm. Won't be back to this place even during those hours. Liked the fact that they were 24 hours.

just like every other car wash the vacuum dont work but very clean and i like i just use my credit card right there at the stall and usually more cost effective then most other places

High pressure, next to no delay switching between wash options. Priced well. Always good service, heck the gas ain't bad either. What can I say, 3 AM car wash for the win;)

Been coming to this location for quite a bit now, love how it's 24 hours open. The only down side I've been experiencing lately is the foam brush not dispensing any soap

Nice clean self wash. They have a nicely sticker little store with car wash supplies. Pricing is about average for a self wash in edmonton.

Update: today high pressure soap was very minimal. Water temp was cold last time. Good value, good pressure, nice facility. I'll be back.
