DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE YOU WILL KEEP THEM. It was next to impossible to return shoes that I purchased the day before in the condition in which they were purchased. I had to argue with the manager before she finally gave me my money back. She accused me of scuffing these shoes, but that was the condition in which I had purchased the shoes. I initially had attempted to return them at the Chinook location, but was refused because of the scuff mark. DONT SELL SHOES IN A CONDITION THAT YOU WILL NOT ACCEPT FOR A REFUND. The manager at Chinook took pictures and sent them to the manager at South Centre, and refused to refund my money. I would accept responsibility for these scuff marks if they were caused by me, but I did not take these shoes out of my car, let alone try them again when I left the store. They try to blame you for marks on shoes that can occur at any point prior to them being sold as they are available to be tried on by anyone. I was accused of wearing them to work and outside, when it was obvious from the bottom of the shoes they were not. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE You clearly sell scuffed shoes because that is was what I got, and I don't blame your store because scuffs can happen when people try on shoes... this is not the reason I returned them, but to refuse a refund based on this is absolutely ridiculous. Maybe you should train your employees to not sell customer scuffed shoes to avoid this problem in the future instead of blaming customers when they try to return an item. My question to you is, if you deem these shoes to be unsuitable for refund then they should be deemed unsuitable for purchase, why are you selling shoes in this condition? I infact saw the minor scuffs on these shoes before I made the purchase and thought it was okay as this is expected to happen with wear and I was planning to wear them in which more scuffs will occur so it did not prevent me from buying them because I am a reasonable person.

I would give this a zero if possible. My boyfriend purchased a pair of boots for me for Christmas sweet gesture but they don't fit. I called the store yesterday to find out if I could exchange these boots and was told they don't carry the Blondo Vida boot. My boyfriend checked his statement. That's where he bought them. I called back today to say hey, they were purchased there i'd like to exchange them. The girl on the phone was able to pull up a receipt for the boots without even asking what item I was calling about. Obviously the same person I spoke to yesterday The Vida by Blondo boot on Nov 18. Anyways.... here I am stuck with a useless gift of boots that don't fit, that were very overpriced, from store that LIES to their customers on the phone by saying they don't carry those boots. I was looking for a pair of shoes and Google search lead me to this store, online said they didn't have them available to order, so I called the store to inquire if they have them so I could come in and purchase them. The girl who answered the phone was very rude and short. when I asked about checking, she rudely told me she wouldn't check because if online doesn't have them they wont be in the store. There is no store locator on the website and a lot of times the stock for stores is different than the online inventory. She was rude and short from the moment she answered the phone. I called another shoe store Step ahead in mahogany and they were incredibly friendly and helpful and I was able to purchase the shoes I was looking for plus another pair!

As one does during COVID I order a couple pair of sandals on line with this company. The turn around time rocked (it was quick) with lots of updates in status of order. One pair are perfect the other no matter how much I wanted they were the wrong width. Sent an email to their customer service ASAP. Response was the next morning with my options. Still needing a black sandal I phone the south centre mall location. Ingrid answered. Such a positive and talented person. By Friday at 3:30 I had new sandals only paying the difference between original and new pair. Ingrid even found the new pair as soon as we talked and I let her know what I needed. In and out in minutes all done safely. Thank you Ingrid.

To begin, Ingrid from the Southcentre location was very professional and helpful today. About two weeks ago I was in market mall and found a pair of sandals that I liked. The proper size was only found at North Hill. I couldn’t stop that day and so arrangements were made to have North hill send them to southcentre. My sandals then arrived at Market mall. I restated the need to have the sandals sent to Southcentre. My sandals never arrived. I called north hill at one point and the “lady” that answered the phone was rude, to say the least. So here we are, two weeks later and nobody knows where the sandals are. Abdul, you lost a customer and deservedly so. Shame.

I bought a pair of Clark’s Emily Belle Shoes at the Southcentre location. Don’t let the name fool you, these Clark’s are terrible quality, even putting them on my feet for 15 minutes indoors was terribly painful. They refused to refund or exchange because they were a few days past the 14 day policy, even though if they had been a gift it’s extended to almost 2 months. They were in the exact same “re-sellable” condition that I bought them in. The lady was rude. I will NEVER shop here again!!

I have shopped at Sole to Soul Footwear for years, both the customer service and the quality of their product have been excellent all the time. Human errors do happen; however, employees are always willing to help and make the customer satisfied. I definitely recommend buying from Sole to Soul because of their knowledge about specific foot conditions and excellent customer service. By the way, we love Ingrid @South Centre, she's very friendly and knowledgeable.

Edit-: I went into the mall yesterday and went to where the map said you were located, by I think the shopper's and there was no store. I asked someone who worked in a different store and they told me sole to soul closed down. Where are you located now? Sole to soul is closed down at the south center mall location.

I have bought two pairs of shoes over the past year from Sole to Soul (in South Centre Mall) and both times I was assisted by Karen. She was super friendly and helpful which made my shopping experience more enjoyable! I will keep returning to this location because of the great service (and the shoes are great too!).

I love the product they carry. The staff not so much. They didn't really seem like they wanted to help. The store was very busy and one girl was at her computer while the other girl took care of everyone. Better staff will bring better sales. It's not that difficult for everyone to do their jobs.

NEVER BUY HERE, you WON'T get your money back. Sold us used shoes and refused to allow us to return them in the condition they sold them to us. Would give 0 stars if possible. Never worn, with huge warping on the bottom. Told us they swept

Excellent experience at Sole to Soul Footwear, North Hill Shopping Centre! Good social distancing measures. They have excellent staff. Luce, who assisted me was very knowledgeable and very professional. I will definitely shop there again.

Danielle at Southcentre Mall went beyond and above to satisfy my family and I when we came to buy shoes this past week. We love her customer service, the shoes, and the discounts. We will surely come again next time. Well done Danielle.

In my opinion, I advise avoiding Soul to Soul as their focus appears to be primarily on sales rather than customer service or satisfaction. The quality of service I received was subpar, and actions indeed speak louder than words. I

this store is the worst one in Calgary, avoid at all cost. Kelly the manger is not educated and knowledgeable enough to be working there. The old employees were so much better. the customer service here is a 0. DONT GO here.

The 2 ladies who helped me today were very friendly and helpful. I had no idea what was the best shoe I needed as I need orthotics. One of the ladies also wears orthotics so very helpful. Shoes very unreasonably priced too

Not exactly the best place to go for service. Boxes stacked all over the store and only one person working. She was doing her best but it would seem this location is not well managed.
