The stuff are on sale, but still the price still not pocket-friendly. One thing also that we have noticed is that, this is not a kid-friendly store, compared to other furniture stores around the City. This is our first time to encounter that our kids are not feel welcomed. Our daughter who is 10 years old holding an almost finish bubble tea and told her not to spill anything on the furniture. I talked to my daughter not to touch anything. Then my 5year old son sat on one of their rocking chair. She said from afar “excuse me, excuse me, please don’t play with the chair coz if it breaks no one will buy it”. I then called and hold my son to leave the chair and ask my whole brood to leave their store. I apologize to the staff. And said to me” I don’t mean to make you leave, I think you guys need to go to jungle gym”. We just shut our mouth and left the store and promised not to go back again.

Exceptional customer service from Clayton; he worked with us for months before we settled on a bedroom set. Love that their products are hand-crafted (hard to find!!) customizable and Canadian. We had some funky measurements for our set and each piece was perfectly made and it is fantastic quality, we couldn't be happier. Even the delivery was top notch (delivered to BC) thanks Mike! Hardest working delivery guy you ever met and super friendly. It's true...you really do get what you pay for. Buy your furniture here, you won't be disappointed and ask for Clayton, he's the best :)

We stopped by Solid Wood Superstore on a whim, while researching our options for a bedroom set. We ended up purchasing a Handstone set. This is high quality heirloom furniture at a very competitive price! Clayton and his team are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The delivery and setup was totally professional. I was very impressed with quality of the furniture at this store - it is all solid wood and high quality from what I could tell. I bought a desk made by Handstone for my home office. Clayton was very good to deal with I would highly recommend taking a look at the furniture he has. He is also able to do special orders are very competitive prices.

Great pricing compared to their competitors and a good looking showroom with lots of variety on display. Everything was inspected and was packaged very nicely when we had to pick up.

Another furniture store with another moving sale. Furniture itself is nice but expensive. To be expected for solid wood furniture, but there are other stores with more offerings.
