It was a very very tough decision to come to for leaving a 3 star review but I think it's an accurate rating. I filled out the form on their website and after a day, I believe, they called me and I asked them about services they provide, prices, etc. They were very nice and informed me of all the different options and told me that an email would be sent to me as well. The email included prices and said that I needed to e-transfer 100 dollars for confirmation of booking. I was skeptical at first but just went with it. I called them to confirm the date and services, and also to let them know the money was transferred. On the day of the appointment they arrived 15 minutes earlier, put everything in their truck, and even disassembled and assembled the beds and wrapped matresses, some furniture, etc. They were so polite, fast paced and professional from the move out to move in to the new place. The price was also very fair considering all the problems they had to face with our buildings elevators and such. Until here it was a 5 star experience but the issue I faced which lead to 3 stars is that I noticed a furniture which was disassembled was missing after a few days from the move. I contacted them to ask them about the missing furniture and see if they put the peices in an area that cant be seen (the house was very messy and boxes were everywhere so I thought it's out of eye sight) but I did not hear anything back from them. Not an email, a phone call, an sms, nothing.

Alex y Christian .. Christian good job very job good people and the team working with him did a great job with our move from Toronto to windsor despite the heavy downpour of rain all day. They wrapped all of our furniture and helped us pack both our kitchen and garage when they arrived, as we were running a bit behind packing due to trying to manage 2 kids with the flu. His prices are very competitive and he even offered to stop by the house to ensure we had an accurate quote when we were first inquiring about costs. On moving day we stepped out of their way so they could get the job done. The 4 guys have a system and it is amazing to see how well they work together and how organized the truck looked after they were done packing both trucks. When we arrived to our new home we seen that they had already got there before us, met my in laws and were in the process of taking the stuff off the trucks. They really work hard and remain focused on the job. My mother in law made them a snack and they kept going even when we said take a break! This team we had was very experienced and professional. We are glad we chose them and the money spent was worth the hassle free experience. Thanks Alex, Cristian, Darwin and Marco. You definitely earned 5 stars plus from us!!

We have moved 3 times for my spouses' work in almost 5 years and while we usually do all the packing and moving ourselves with the help of family, I said this time around I was done doing it myself. Instead, I went online to search for a company and read different reviews and I liked what other people were saying about their experience with Solis Moving. So, I called and got a quote and secured our date to move. Our quote included supplies, packing and 2 movers - the works you could say . We even got a referral to a cleaning service which we used too. Alex, Daniel, Darwin and Cristian impressed us and they move fast too! I like that these guys are genuine and Alex at different points of the move checked in with us. We had them help assemble a new bedroom set which was a last minute request and they said absolutely. While I hope to stay where we are now for a few years, I know the next time we do move we will call Alex and his fabulous again.

Solis Moving helped us with our relocation from Ontario to New Brunswick last week. We chose this company as Alex came in person to meet with us at our home and provided a competitive quote. He was professional and personable and said he would oversee the move and that made me even more comfortable. It was a long drive but the guys kept me updated along the way and arrived as planned to the destination. On Moving day both Christian and Alex took a look around and put together a plan. They were very organized, deliberate, and efficient in their execution of it. I was amazed that all of our stuff was able to fit in one truck - these folks know what they're doing! Karen and I are sooo happy that everything worked out and that we were able to settle in quickly. Thanks Alex and Christian for helping us reassemble the furniture too! These guys are not only funny, but they're professional, honest, and no doubt hard working!

Alex was referred by one of my friend. At first I was a bit reluctant. However, after talking to him I was convinced by his professional approach of appraisal. I moved from Markahm to Milto Ontario. He sent me three fellows Alejandro, Francisco, and Darwin. These fellows are amazing. Three moved in all my stuff from 2300 sq ft 4 bed room detached house in 3hrs including wrapping. They worked like robots. And also transferred all the stuff to my new town house without taking any break. I had to ask them to stop and take water break. I got all my stuff without any damage. These fellows have exhibited the highest level of commitment and dedication to their work with no dishonesty and have left me with no option but highly recommending them for my friends and others. They are truly awesome and deserve higher than five star rating.

Alex and his crew: Darwin and Noe, came and help me move today. Very easy and quick communication with Alex. They did exactly what you would expect from a moving compagny, but they did it fast, there was no chitchating or taking your sweet time. I had elevators for both condos booked only for certain times and we were able to make it in time. My wife had 2 piece of furniture that she is done with and she would have been very happy to see these break. Both are already very shaky and damaged and these guys still managed to move both without breaking them! I'm impressed, 1 is a cheap Ikea wobbly dresser, half broken from a previous move and these guys still managed to move it without it falling apart. If you need guys to help you move, Alex and his crew will do exactly that for a very fair price. Give them a call.

Alex and Antony were honest, good-humored, professional movers who got the job done efficiently and with extreme care for my belongings. Alex came out to the house to look at what I had and gave me a rough estimate of how long he expected the move to take. Very fair pricing, and I definitely shopped around. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Once the house was loaded on the truck, they drove to my storage unit to drop off and pick up, then right to the new location to unload. There were some tight spots in the new place and they solved each problem with smiles on their faces. I would call them again in a minute...and you should too! Thanks again, Solis Moving Co.

Alex was so wonderful to work with. Our neighbours were moving in so we asked if we could piggyback on their move and have them move our enormous, heavy elliptical workout machine to our basement. It has been in our garage since COVID. Alex quickly responded to my text and was a great communicator. After a very long day moving our neighbours from a different city In scorching heat, Christian and Darwin somehow lifted the huge heavy structure without taking it apart. They are very very strong and professional. I highly recommend this moving company. They are marvellous! And hopefully I’ll workout more often now in the cool basement. July 2023 updated: Hired Alex again for a much bigger move from house to house and am very happy with their work. It's rare to have good customer service through out the day and that is what we got. I will recommend them to anyone in GTA. Good people who know you already have a stressful day ahead of you and they'll take care of the moving part. September 2022: Alex and Marco arrived on time, brought a whole bunch of moving related equipment with them, and moved the furniture as requested. Very happy with their work. They did not hurry anything, were patient and careful with the items. I'll be happy to hire them again, and to recommend them. Cheers!

I am very fortunate to have hired Alex and the Solis Moving team for my move from a condo to a townhouse. I appreciated the time and attention to detail they provided in regards to all of my questions. I had a large amount of furniture as well smaller items that needed to be carefully wrapped with bubble wrap and cloths. Alex and team did a great job on our recent family home move. They arrived on time, assessed the items to be moved and then quickly got on with wrapping large items and loading onto the truck. We had done most packing in advance but, in common with most families I’m sure, there were items which still needed wrapping up securely to move. The team made no fuss about helping secure those last minute items - bringing their own wardrobe hanging boxes for example. They carried on until the job was complete - finally wrapping up around 11pm! Would not hesitate to use again and to recommend to friends.

Very professional and reliable movers. I was moving from Toronto to Richmond Hill and they did amazingly. Wrapped up all my furniture, absolutely nothing got damaged. I also did not know if I was moving my piano until day of the move and with no notice they were able to move my piano with ease. Definitely recommend and will use their services again in the future.
