Nyaman. Eye catchy. Commercial gym yang stylenya casual dan auranya ga intimidatif. Pas masuk kecium samar samar aroma dupa (?). Wc dan lokernya cakep. Group classnya oke. Untuk alatnya lengkap merk Panatta (BA-nya big ramy), walopun ada beberapa yang alignmentnya ga pas ke biomechanics tubuh. Saran aja: 1) Vertical leg press di pojokan yang paling dekat dengan ac dan tangga mending diganti cable crossover machine. Cable machine cuma satu soalnya. Jadinya rebutan. Toh jarang juga yang pake vertical leg press. 2) Standing hamstring curl mending diganti sama seated hamstring curl.

Middle to upper class mega gym in the city, good equipment with friendly staff, cleanliness is kind of standard for it’s class but still OK tho, fair price, in the middle of high end location.

Tempat luas, bersih & nyaman, fasilitas keren, alat berkualitas dan beragam kelas kebugaran.

Bersih, rapi alatnya, lumayan lengkap dan nyaman. Kamar mandi dan saunanya juga bersih.
