Do NOT go here! Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever had in any restaurant, anywhere. Don't be fooled by the Yelp 4.5 rating--which includes the Super NICE prior owners. Click reviews and do a Yelp Sort, Newest Reviews First, then see the top 20 reviews. First, they post outside that they are open at 8:00 AM and the two lady owners, who look like sisters, pull in at 8:07 AM. I understand--we all have days like that--but instead of apologizing, they just open up without a word or a smile and seeing me waiting patiently outside since 8:00 AM, I start to follow them in. They tell me, NO, to wait outside--in the cold for 5 more minutes--while they open up late without even so much as a smile. Just a FROWN, like they don't want anyone watching them come in late. Then instead of helping me right away at 8:15, they continue opening up for another 5 minutes while keeping me waiting to order. I finally get to order a large cappuccino, but still no smile. After a couple of hours working on my laptop, the lady comes up to me to say that I have to leave in 30 minutes! I said, "what for?" She says she cannot have sitting there (doing nothing) after only ordering one coffee. Since I already ate breakfast, I look around, and the coffee shop can hold about 25 people, and there is maybe only ONE other person there. I told her it's EMPTY, but she insists I have to leave in 30 minutes, even though it is too early to order lunch there. Now, if it was busy and I was holding up space for people waiting, I'd be more than happy to leave graciously or just order more. She has to make a living too, and we are in a recession. But, in a virtually empty restaurant, this is the height of arrogance and sheer greed--which I tip zero for. I ask her if she is the owner and she acknowledges this, and repeats I can only stay for 30 minutes more. Now I am wondering if it's because I am not Hispanic and everyone else there appears to be Hispanic, I think, not Italian? I have literally done nothing but just sit there quietly for two hours on my laptop, not speaking to anyone. I sure hope it's not racial, I have terrific Hispanic friends. I tell her this is not good customer service and leave, picking up my tip I left on the table. The previous owners were two of the NICEST guys you could ever meet. I would hang around ordering lots and tipping a minimum of 20% hoping they would survive the COVID. AVOID this place and these new owners at all costs. I almost never give anything but a 5-Star review because I hate to complain, but perhaps everyone should hear how they treat people. Just because you are the OWNER doesn't mean you should go on a POWER trip and try to push and bully people around. Some of us will stand up to you. Yelp, most of the 5-Star reviews are from the previous owners; please update your rating to only reflect the service of the new owners. If anyone else also thinks they may have been racially discriminated against, drop a note--perhaps we all need to file a lawsuit with the ACLU against them. I went to this restaurant many times under the previous owners, and they were absolutely the NICEST people with the greatest food. They are the reasons why this restaurant still averages good overall reviews from when they owned it. Miss them! I have NOT “been there multiple times to our store after the day in question” as she wrote. I have only been there two days in a row after the NEW staff and owners took over in the last year. Now they are saying I came back AFTER I gave them a bad review and disrespected them. Crazy—I don’t go back to any places I don’t like. Just SORT by NEWEST for the recent reviews within the last year to find that they say the same things as I do about the AWFUL customer service and the arrogance of the staff. They seem to be RUDE to people that don’t look like them. I tried to order immediately, not 4-hours later like they are now saying. They NEVER came over even once to check to see if I needed anything else or to ask if I wanted to order anything more. Instead of asking if I wanted to order more—in their empty restaurant—she told me I could only stay 30 minutes more. There are laws about bullying and discriminating against people because of their race (I am a minority), and trying to counter by pretending it’s because you two are women is a LIE by just reading all the recent ONE-STAR reviews written about you saying the very same things—by women. In fact, saying I was nice only to their male staff is another lie, since only the two gals were there. I also read the ONE-STAR complaint about how rude you were to the woman with the DISABILITY—which is also discriminatory and against the law. Keep this up and you will have multiple lawsuits filed against you.

I was searching for a local, family owned place where I could sit down for delicious coffee and select from a variety of food items. As someone who has worked at many different coffee shops, as well as another gelato shop in vegas, by far this is the best gelato I’ve tried in town! The gelato was delicious in my affogato, and the Parma I ordered was just the right amount of toasted. There was a lot of seating to choose from, and the spot was decorated nicely. I wanted to give this place 5/5 stars, however, when we arrived inside, our server was very rude, and even attempted to not serve us, as there was another customer in line, who was picking up her order. Strange, but I continued to place my order. After telling them we wanted to dine in, we received our sundae, and my affogato, however, my food items were neatly, and VERY quickly packed up, within less than ten mins of our visit inside. While eating our gelato, the two workers continued to glance over at us, and I was a bit uncomfortable. When we started discussing how strange that was, the two of the women workers ended up continuing their conversation farther away. I cannot tell if they nicely were kicking us out, but we took the hint and promptly enjoyed our food in the large parking lot outside. I will be back for their great gelato and coffee drinks, but if you’re looking for 5/5 service, I would look elsewhere..

Really, really great food. It's a shame the employees don't want to serve it. My family and I went there for Sunday breakfast looking for a new regular breakfast spot. We showed up at 9:05 and turns out they open at 9. Perfect! Except the doors were locked and there was nobody to be seen inside the restaurant. I get it, staffing is hard these days. Maybe someone called out. Wouldn't be a big deal except when we got out to look, another car parked right up in front of the store and stayed in their car. After we figured out they were closed, we kind of gestured to them to let them know, assuming they too were waiting. We discussed among ourselves where we were going and went back to our car, and I swear as soon as our doors closed and the engine started, the two people in the other car got out and surprise! We watched in disbelief as they unlocked the doors and went inside! Obviously the employees really don't care. It also felt oddly personal. All it would have taken was a "Sorry! We're running a little late today! Give us a few minutes and we'll be ready for you!" Anyway, it's a shame. If anyone has a great breakfast spot, we're still looking for a new regular spot!

If there is a more unpleasant and unfriendly cafe in Las Vegas, I have yet to find it. I am truly shocked at the 4.6 star rating. I have taken my 82 year old handicapped mother here 3 times because she gets her blood drawn next door at Quest. The first two times I thought maybe it was a fluke or a bad day. But this time the employee lied to my face and blamed me for the mistake in my order. I was truly shocked. Of course we won't be back. The location is convenient, it's clean and really cute. But the service we received was deplorable every time. We are so disappointed. Wow! I just noticed the response to my review. Another example of the philosophy of the owner/management of this establishment. I don't know why I am surprised. I did read the responses to other negative reviews from whoever monitors the reviews before I posted mine. Never once was there an apology or an admission of an error on their part. Always defending and justifying bad customer service and blaming the customer.

I used to visit Solo Qui restaurant, and the food has always been excellent. The previous Italian owners and employees always made us feel welcomed. We miss Nicolas ! Unfortunately, the new Hispanic owners are not as welcoming. The only friendly person on the new team was Pedro. The lady owner and the girl at the counter were very standoffish, serious, and cold. The lady took our order and not even once came to check on us to see if the food was right . The girl at the counter rolled her eyes when I asked her for a lactose-free alternative for my cappuccino . When we were leaving, the lady just stared at us and did not even thank us for our visit . We felt very unwelcomed, as if we were bothering them with our presence. This place wouldn't exist if it weren't because of us, the customers. I wish the new owners well; however, bad service and a bad attitude will drive business away. Solo Qui was my favorite hangout, and I did recommend it to my friends in Summerlin; however, no more, and I will not be coming back either

It's a hole in the wall place. But if you have some family with dairy allergies this places has a variety of non dairy gellato!! And lots of dairy options. The coffee here is good. The food is in large portions and shareable sizes if your on a date or sharing with family. It's a nice cozy place for grandma to get out and get gellato with the family. Easy bathroom access for those who are elderly. The staff are wonderful.

I went with my mom and sister for Valentine's Day and my mom loved it so much we were back next week. The staff were super friendly and patient with my mom (she's indecisive and asks a lot of questions lol), I couldn't tell you if the food and drinks are authentic Italian because I don't know much about it, but I can tell you they were delicious as well as the dessert. The place was very clean, including the bathroom and it had a nice ambiance with music quiet enough to carry out a conversation. There is a pet station by the entrance which I've never seen in use, but I thought that was a nice touch! There are (I believe) two tables outside as well if you want to sit there. I honesty wasn't expecting much cause it looked like a small cafe and I wasn't sure if the food would be good, but I'm glad I tried it cause otherwise I would've never found out about it. I highly recommend it if you want good, reasonably priced food and a nice place to enjoy it (o:

I came for some tiramisu and it was so delicious I had to come back again. The filling was so soft and not too sweet which I really enjoyed.The cannolis were very tasty as well. I tried the affogato and it was nice and smooth with the espresso I let it melt the ice cream a little bit. The service was great and the two people working were friendly and helpful. Also willing to hold two tiramisu for me since they make everything fresh daily once they are out for the day they will not make more. When I have more time I will definitely come back with some friends for lunch

This is a hidden gem. We were looking for a place to have coffee other than the national brands. I spotted this so my mother and I went in. Oooh my was it delicious. She had the Pumpkin Spice Latte and I had the Hot Chocolate ( wowsa...the best). We notice they had a menu for food so we decided to come back for breakfast 3 days later! Let's say amazing. I had the French toast it came with an abundance of fruit and my mom had an omelet. Definitely going back. I say if your looking for a place to eat, this is a must stop.

I'm that one person you know who is extremely picky. I don't live in Vegas, but I am going to be sure to stop by here every time I am! This is one of those spots where, if Solo Qui is 20 minutes away and another place is 5 minutes away, you still go to Solo Qui. The gelato is excellent, even with some flavors I haven't seen before during my visits to the East coast. The coffee is great as well, I already enjoy Lavazza, but it's always nice to find another place which serves it and prepares it so well. Customer service was amazing as well. I'd even go as far to say that if you have a bad experience with them, there's a good chance you were the problem.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I was looking online for a place to get Cannolis and found this gem. It's beautiful inside and very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. They have the best cannoli. I got a few to stack up to form a "cake" for my boyfriend's birthday. I normally don't care for cannolis, but theirs are delicious. The breakfast sandwiches and coffee were good as well. We can't wait to go back and try more items on their menu.

This is a quaint little Italian bistro which makes a well rounded Lavazza espresso. Some of the dishes here are simple and nothing special but are just the right thing to satisfy that craving. Other items are traditional Italian with a home feel. The Gelato is creamy and made fresh with rich flavors. They also prepare classic deserts daily. The atmosphere is a nice feel with a family that keeps a hobby plant collection that sprucens up the place. If your looking for a nice Italian diner or bistro come here.

I go to this place at least once a month. When my wifi was out, I used to come here a couple nights a week to eat dinner and have a relaxing place to do homework. It is a sweet little family business with delicious, authentic Italian food. I am always impressed with the service and quality! Very rude worker. Just sat down outside waiting for my husband to arrive to order. Lady comes outside and said this seating is reserved for customers only. I said great I’m waiting for my husband to arrive. She says ok is he gonna order because like I said the seating is reserved for customers only. I thought when I said great that I was waiting for my husband that she would have figured out that I wanted to order something. If I didn’t I would have gotten up and just left. Rubbed me the wrong way. I just got up and left. People need to learn proper customer service.

I must change my review since the last, tonight my husband and I decided to give it another go. There where two boys woking in the front let me say that the service was great! They where extremely attentive and upbeat, they made sure we where taken care the whole time. The Gelato was fresh and delicious!! The paninis where great. And the coffee was lovely! This restaurant was clean and charming! Although we miss Andre and Stephon dearly we wish them well and are so glad to see this business back up to par as it should be! We will be back soon!

The kids stopped in after a soccer game to get a cone. The place is very clean and upbeat. The restrooms were also spotless. The staff was very friendly and offered samples. The only reason why 4 star is there were only a couple flavors the kids actually liked. There were some odd flavors that I’m sure many people like, just not us. The kid’s said the chocolate gelato and Oreo gelato cones were good. The cheesecakes and food they had looked really good, but we didn’t get any during this visit. I would recommend checking this place out.

Started going here about two weeks ago. My sister had their burger, & she said it's one of the best burgers she had . That was a bold statement, which reminds me, I need to try it next time . I had the Veggie omelet with bacon and it came with a side of toast & hash browns, it was soooooo good! I was being a fatty & ordered the croissant sandwich that had an egg, bacon & cheese. Tasted homemade ! Now, I take my hour lunch to eat there sometimes with my hubby. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS EVERYONE! They also have pasta!

Went here to meet a friend for brunch and just try something new, I got an affogato which was delicious, and a breakfast sandwich from the specials board. My sandwich was good, but his French toast was actually amazing, it had a hint of sweetness that made syrup unnecessary, and a phenomenal texture. Will come back for more.

I got the creme brulee gelato. It was good, but I wouldn't say it was reminiscent of creme brulee. The serving sizes are miniscule. The cup was about the height of 2 thumbs and a bit less length wise, but the inside is dimpled to make it seem like the amount you are getting is more than it actually is. A small ran $5 with tip and I do not feel like I got my money's worth. It is unlikely that I will return.

Eddie Conway passed away while I was out near this place. Such a fine person. PRESENTE! He will be missed by so many. His Celebration of Life ceremony was a thing of beauty. Hundreds of people came to Baltimore to say farewell. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Solo Qui means…only here. He was only here in my once . And I’m so glad I got to know him and benefit from his grace. He saw me and I was safe in his presence. How rare is that for a Black woman anywhere.

I decided to try this restaurant for the first time. All I can say is "AMAZING"! I've worked in the Hospitality industry for many years so I appreciate great service and quality food, Really Yummy and nutritious. This restaurant has it all!! From the time you walk in the door with a pleasant hostess, to professional and attentive servers. This restaurant is a great place for family and to meet friends. I can’t rave any more about the restaurant! 5stars!

This place has the best gelato in all of Las Vegas, and their prices are so reasonable! It's family owned and the family is from Italy; they really know what they're doing. Plus, their coffee selections are to die for. They even serve puppy ice cream and allow doggies to come visit. I ordered my daughter one scoop of ice cream, and look how kind they were. The whole family is so wonderful and accommodating. Vegas is so lucky to have this restaurant!

Charming find in the area near Summerlin, off of W. Lake Mead, closer to Buffalo, in the Sprouts shopping center. Very tasty, savory foods for lunch. Tasty chicken & veggie kabobs with salad greens. Nice carrot cake and pastries enjoyed by my friends & me, afterwards, with some lattes and teas. The most phenomenal coffee I have ever had! Uses all natural chocolate and not syrups. Incorporates a lot of Italian style coffee and it is a work of art. My wife and I came in and stumbled across this gem I can't wait to come back. The owner also has a cute dog station with milk bone gelato I can't wait to bring my dog in and incorporate him as part of the experience. Cannot recommend enough.

I stumbled upon this place on my way to sprouts this morning. Great spot. Ample seating. I had the mushroom tart and it was excellent. Savory, creamy, and in a delightful flaky crust, the salad it came with was a welcomed surprise. Paired with an espresso, it was a very light and refreshing way to start the day. If you are like me and grew up in an Italian family, this is your place. Some of the pastry desserts took me back. The value is amazing too. My fiance and I spent about 14 (including tip) and she still had more than she needed (Lucky me). Also can I mention the service? Top notch. Very kind and respectful staff. I will be coming back.

First time here and we loved it! The people are friendly and informative, the atmosphere is quaint, and the gelato and coffee are wonderful!! They even make dog gelato for pet owners. Solo qui served us the most disgusting coffee I’ve ever had in my life. They provided a lot of friction when we asked for a cup of hot water in our own mug and ran back to watch my wife as she used the bathroom as I think they thought we were going to steal something smh. Terribly service and gross beverages.

I love them! The owners are wonderful, service is always spectacular, and the desserts are so yummy. They are a Portuguese-Italian mix, and everything we've tried is good. The mole cake is my favorite. The gelato is made fresh daily, and all the flavors are soo good! It's always hard to decide on just one.

When your in the mood for something simple yet different yet tasteful, this is the perfect place for options outside of your normal eatery. This cafe gets a A+ in my book.

Great quality gelato and fantastic espresso. The staff is always friendly. Additionally, be sure to ask about their lunch menu. The Gorgonzola pasta is delicious. Also, they always have a snack and water for your dog. If you love coffee and a great atmosphere, do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Mt wide and I have been living this place ever since they were building it. They agreed dog friendly and we love talking out mutt there. THEY HAVE ICE CREAM FOR DOGS. And besides the service is fantastic, everybody there is so lovely and caring. And to top it up, ITS GENUINE TRADITIONAL GELATO

I had visited the one in fashion show mall, the food was great until I found a black hair in my pasta. I went back to show an employee what I had found and he said it was the meat sauce. I then pointed out the hair again to then finally get a full reimbursement. I will not be eating here again

First time here and loving it! The food and drink options are great and I love the vibe here. Perfectly captures the feeling of being overseas grabbing café!

The Gelato & Espresso is authentic and well done, the entrées are simple and well executed with a fast and easy approach to ordering. The attention to detail at an affordable price is an important difference when compared to its competitors as well as the friendly staff. Highly recommended!

had DELICIOUS pasta here last week. got it to go and there was enough for 2-3 servings. a great deal for then price! 4 stars because unfortunately the canolli i got with my meal had spoiled cheese in the filling.

This place is so lovely!!!! They make their own gelato! Taste fresh and full of flavor and have many flavors not the usual few. I also bought cannoli and macaroons and they are good! The service is amazing and they serve everything on adorable dishes. Thank you kindly will be back soon!

Best Italian Ice cream ever!! I walked into this place expecting for my wallet to be emptied by overpriced foods and drinks, but I came out with a happy stomach and most of my money! The employees were so wonderful and let us try as many flavors as we wanted! Definitely coming back!

The gelato is delicious, of course, and the friendly service we always get makes us feel at home. They are great with kids, give them cute little dishes for their desserts. Great espresso drinks too, and I hear they do lunch too, which I'll bet is every bit as good as the rest.

Coffee, Hispánico panini with salad, and cannoli were perfectly prepared. Absolutely delicious and highly recommend this place. Not to mention they have gelato.

Wow! This is some of the best gelato I have ever had. We came in, only for coffee, my husband went straight for the gelato. The rich, flavor bursts with every bite. The coffee, good quality is an understatement. An amazing family establishment that deserves high praise!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were offered to try all the flavors we want. The gelatos are so delicious. I wanted to get them all. I felt guilty drinking the latte macchiato, it came out decorated. It was very good and went well with the gelato.

Rude!! I went in there to buy coffee but Needed the restroom first, so I asked the lady at the counter if I can go to the restroom. She said I have to buy something first. So upsetting so I just went to sprouts. They never denied me and their coffee is good.

This has quickly become our local Cafe. Espresso is top notch. Fresh muffins. All round Great food.

Coffee is Lavazza, my personal favorite. Espresso drinks are authentic and fantastic! Gelato and deserts are made from scratch, on site! Everything is amazing and service is top-notch! Very happy with this coffee house! I will definitely be back!

Rosa the cashier always has a bad attitude, i’m not sure what’s her problem but she is never happy! she needs to find another job for sure! i don’t recommend this place at all! Employees have a nasty attitude and they are not kid friendly at all!

UPDATE: The clerk now fills gelato cups in a way to create a void on the bottom of the cup thus giving you less product. Considering there is a already a large indent on the bottom of the gelato cups, the portions are now absolutely

Scrumptious new menu... here's their twist on the Caprese salad--olives and arugula instead of basil. The quality and the presentation of their ice cream seems to have declined a little from their beginning a year ago, though.

We love this place. The customer service cannot be beat. The taste of the gelato is always mind blowing. These desert should be serve at the top restaurants on the strip. Amazing! Great people that work here. They really care.

We only had their gelato and it was very delicious and freshly made. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. For all the gelato we tried, my favorite was hazelnut but all were tasty. I will be a returning customer.

I'm not a coffee person I usually force myself to drink it just for the sake of feeling alive but their coffee is amazing.. It's very smooth and full of flavor! I will keep getting my coffee fix there when I'm in the area.

Really nice people. And the service was too notch. I ordered the affogato with their dulce de leche gelato YUMMM!! It was so good I ordered it twice. Their pastry selection is awesome... overall a really nice place

We really enjoyed stumbling on this place. Coffee and ambiance was good. Want to come back to try the gelato. Only thing that took me by surprise is I was charged to use the honey container to sweeten my coffee.

The place it's really nice, the Food is good, but the staff is not friendly at all. They are rude. I found a little fly in my Coffee and I asked for another one. They gave it on a plástic cup instead of a mug.

Such a cute spot! We got a delicious quiche and coffee. Their gelato is great, but it’s also a nice coffee shop. The owner is the sweetest lady in the whole world.
