Had a same day appointment with Adam after pulling/spraining a neck muscle so badly I couldn’t move all day. The difference before and after the appointment was night and day. Adam got me back to moderate mobility (from next to none) and reduced the pain enormously. He combined tissue massage and stretches, and recommended strengthening exercises for the affected area. He was also insightful regarding some recent issues I’ve been having with my wrist and neck. His insight was so helpful that I feel I now have a better approach in going forward with my exercise and health maintenance. I really was shocked at how effective Adam’s consultation and treatment was. I’ve seen many an osteopath, chiropractor, sports massage therapists and deep tissue therapists over the years. The quality of the treatment was absolutely up there with the best.

I was unsure about having someone round to help during the current circumstances and felt there wasn’t much option but Adam was extremely professional and easy to be comfortable with. Adam really helped kickstart my recovery from a problem that just seemed to be stuck and now I feel almost back to normal which is a huge relief. Adam confidently knows his stuff and will gently re-educate where needed and I think this is a big part of making the therapy work. I’m very grateful and happy that should the need arise he is just down the road!

I can highly recommend the Soma Clinic and the services supplied. I injured my back doing a workout and was unsure as to what was the best way to manage and rehabilitate myself so I could get back to exercise. The Physio offered by the Soma Clinic was first class. Adam listened to my individual case and put together a plan that enabled me to get back to exercising gently but with increasing confidence. Would highly recommend Adam! I badly injured my neck and shoulder, was in a lot of pain and totally stiff. Adam saw me the next day which was amazing. After the first session he had totally loosened my neck, got my movement back and eased the pain hugely. Was able to lay down and get some sleep again! Having been left without much post operative help or information after a Dynamic Hip Screw I found Soma. To date it's the best thing I could have done.
