I booked an appointment for waxing and threading at Soni & girls and it’s my first time here. The waxing and threading were both nicely done. She made me feel comfortable. I have no complaints in their service as it’s on point. However, I booked an appointment at 3 and did my waxing but for my eyebrows they made me wait until 4:40 because they had bookings at 4 and 4:20 they attended to their other appointments and made me wait just to get my brows done even though I was the first booking. If my brows were done straight after my waxing the person that booked an appointment at 4 would have had to wait for max 10 minutes where in they attended to the 4PM client and made me wait until all Their appointments were over. Didn’t make any sense to me really. But this was the only thing that annoyed me. Otherwise please check this place out they are quick with their waxing n make u feel comfortable. Editing my comment and giving them a 5 from a 4 because they took my feedback very serious and worked on it. I went there again and this time as usual the service was good and no waiting time. Thank you.

Where do I start... the best Brazilian wax I have received in London! Sonal makes you feel at home and very comfortable - the wax is practically painless! I Recently had my first facial with Disha and now I am glowing! Both Sonal and Disha helped me with my skin. The prices are unbeatable and it's rare you find people who are as passionate about helping their customers as Sonal and Disha. I can not recommend this place enough for all your beauty needs. Genuine customer review here!!! Words cannot explain how much I love Soni & Girl. At first I was feeling sceptical about coming here as someone previously has ruined my skin. But Soni & Girl changed everything. I come here to do Hollywood, eyebrow threading, under arm wax and belly wax, bottom wax. At first I was so so scared but she reassured me and made me comfortable and even offered to put music to make me feel relaxed. My hair growth is so minimal now and very very thin. Which I thought was impossible as I am of African/ Caribbean decent and my hair growth was thick. I will never stop coming here and I refer anyone to come and see for your self.

Okay where do I start… I’m the most dramatic person I know, I’ve never had my nostrils waxed but they deffo needed it, I’m usually very scared of pain but the ladies assured me it wouldn’t hurt, I asked to hold the hands of the other lady and she kindly held my hands while her colleague did the strip, it didn’t hurt as I thought it would! Pain level to me was 1.5/10. I would definitely recommend this place and I will back!.

Prior to visiting Soni and girl I was extremely reluctant to get a wax, due to a bad experience! However this time I was in safe hands and the whole procedure was quick and easy. I also decided to get my eyebrows threaded last minute and was blown away by how natural and full sonal made them look, whilst also keeping them tidy! Soni and girl is now my go to for both my wax and eyebrows, highly recommend.

This was my first time here and I have never ever got a wax before so I was very scared to try it. She was so lovely and professional and even though I kept on moving she was very patient and calm and even gave me a massage to ensure there’s no more pain and she even put music on for me to feel more relaxed. I 100% recommend this service to everyone especially first timers you will not regret it.

I’ve had my eyebrows threaded and tinted and my lashes tinted countless times with Sonal, and she does such an amazing job- she gets the best shape on my brows, I’d never go anywhere else now! Last time I was with her, I got a Hollywood wax too, and it was my best ever wax, I’ve always been so nervous of them but Sonal was so quick and painless and I’ve had no ingrowns at all since!
