THAT WAS MY FINAL VISIT !!! **** Tried the new chili out today (1/9/19 11:20am) for lunch. The ad shows a loaded version with Fritos, onions and cheese. Guess they were out of Fritos huh? Found them missing when I got back to work to partake. Remember what Joe Pesci says they do to you at the drive-thru. Another thing - their "bowl" is more like a cup as far as size goes. A spoon would have been nice too......

Amazing customer service! This is Isle, and I have a quick story. This beautiful lady knows that I want a large frozen orange juice with real strawberries and real pineapple with a spoon, even when I order a medium and even just by my voice usually, mind you, I use the drive thru on my way to work. Isle even knows what I like when a co-worker makes a drink run and orders this for me, she asked my co-worker who it was for, because she knew a young man who always orders it. Absolutely amazing to have that level of service in such a large city. Thank you so much, you made today especially special being that tomorrow is my bday, so I came by this morning to treat myself. Thank you.

I have been here several times and it was the first time that I have used my Sonic App and the bun was unbelievably hard. I was too hungry to even send it back because I didn't have the time. And I was the only customer they had at the moment. There was no excuse for this!!!! Boooo! Not a fan of this location. Ordered mobile, got to the restaurant and they are leaving before business hours and shutting the lights off. I had to call customer service to get a refund (which takes 7-10 business days) while the probably 10 cards drive through the drive through. I wish they had the common sense to turn off mobile ordering if they were closing early. They all left with sonic drinks. Wish their customers could have gotten one.

The girl at the mic today must have been having a rough year because she took it out on my husband when he asked about the blast special going on. Sonic, my recommendation is to move her to a position where she doesn’t have human interaction, because she clearly can’t handle being decent. When asked about the special, she snapped, “well, yeah, we have it, but only if you ask for it.” ...which is exactly what we were doing, honey. Maybe you should order a blast of your own because you need some chill. I recommend the Oreo one! We will be going to another sonic from now on.

I'm very disappointed. I just left this location about an hour ago. I ordered 2 Oreo cookie a la modes, and a small chili/cheese tator tots, they were fine. My small ocean water and small cherry limeade was too, but my 12 honey bbq boneless wings are hard as freaking ROCKS. I'm so hungry and I didn't find this out until I got all the way home. They didn't even give me my receipt either. I tried to call but bo one answers. I'm upset, because I really wanted those wings.. I can't just up and go back over there now. Traffic is heavy too. Omg

Nobody wants a sloppy burger too much mayo too much mustard and too much ketchup oozing out all over the bun and on my shirt with cold cheese on the meat not even melted even after I take it back after I already told them "easy on the mustard and mayo" I still end up having to scrape it off of my burger bc it's too much, now I just order it dry and go next door to 7/11 to get my own packets of mayo and mustard just to make it how I like it. Most of the food I get there is cold as well

Food is fine but they don't seem to grasp the concept of easy ice. I have stopped in numerous times on my way to work and ordered a large drink either "lite ice", "easy ice" or "very little ice". I have yet to get a drink that even remotely resembles lite ice. If I'm paying $2-$3 for a drink, I would like to actually have drink to show for it not a cup 2/3 to 3/4 full of ice.

This was a quick bite and my experience was cool. I was actually reminded by the half off drinks where half off. So I actually got a Medium chili cheese tots, a double cheeseburger burger off the VALUE MENU , a Medium Sweet Tea, and a Strawberry and Cherry Slush The inside was super clean, staff was friendly, and helpful so overall it was good for something quick and simple.

Service is fast here for a sonic during the times that I’ve been at this location. I’ve never had a problem with my orders at this location with the exception of this evening. Our slushees had no juice and were nothing but slushed ice. I was upset at this because I went out of my way to go to this location due to the fast service. I hope next time the slushees are served properly. Over all, the location, staff and service is okay.

These young folks play too much I’m trying to order food and I can hear someone else talking in the back. When I pull up it’s a cop with a head set on. No joke and they goofing off throwing paper to each other. To top it off they forget to put in my other food item. Having to go back around and wait for it so I can go home and eat my fries cold right okay!

I am not from here but I am a regular at Sonic locations all over and this location hands down had the best cherry vanilla cream Dr pepper that I've ever had from any Sonic.

This is seriously the BEST Sonic I've EVER been to. I didn't know it was possible to get great customer service and great food at a fast food restaurant. Every single time I visit this location I receive outstanding service. I know it may seem like I'm over exaggerating, but I'm not. Go see for yourself.

Came across this spot while in town for Super Bowl Sunday. The food was delicious (mac and cheese egg rolls and pork belly potato skins were great). So we ordered and then got a table next door at Tempest which was perfect for the game and a few beers.

Order was incorrect. The double cheeseburger we ordered was ice cold and it was impossible to communicate this effectively to the staff. They were rude and pretended not to speak English. Will be speaking to their corporate office or owner.

I like this Sonic because it is close to home and it is along my commute. Both of those are bonuses. This one doesn't have the stalls. Instead, it has a drive-thru and inside dining. The staff was really nice and the food was great.

Believe it or not this was my first time going to Sonic. It was ok, my order was not what I ordered. I had already left so I ate what I got. Sometime in future I will visit again to see if there's improvement

The Pickle Juice frozen drink is amazingly fresh during the hot Texan summer. The staff at this location is very friendly and offered suggestions that I have put on my list to try. Very clean location. Two thumbs up!

Once again I stopped here for a bag of ice the crushed ice and a sandwich I had the cheeseburger with the chili cheese tots off the chain

Visited this morning, and when I tell you their new steak breakfast burritos are second to none, I really mean that. Oh they were delicious!!!! This may become my new go-to as long as they're on the menu.

My first visit will be the last. Drive-thru was slow, they gave me the wrong shake, all of my chicken strips were burnt and dry, and so was the onion ring. Waste of time and money!

Best Sonic in town! The ladies make the best breakfast burritos and juicy burgers. If I want Sonic, I go out of my way to make it to this location. Ilse is the best!

This is a gas station sonic but it does have a drive through and for the most part i have found this location to be very fast and with good customer service.

Quiet place. Hardly ever crowded. Connected to a 7 Eleven so gas up get your drinks and eat. Employees are friendly and attentive.
